My oolong was a a little on the watered down side and not as sweet as i would've preferred but I'll definitely be returning to get the sugar level to my satisfaction. First, I wish they were open at 11AM during my lunch hour. Second, I wish they would serve the BERRIES smoothie in a small size and not just the large size... It just doesn't make good sense that customers are forced to buy a large BERRIES smoothie to get the flavor desired. Third, I really like the smoothie flavor & texture, but wish they had better hours than the current 12pm-8pm hours. I think it would be good for business for them to be open 11 AM till 7 PM for early lunch clients like myself who are working in the Oakleaf area. The decor is adorable! The wood on the walls is really cute and so is their figurine collection! That's a must see! Their bubble teas I wasn't too much a fan of. The boba is very firm and small. Their drinks were very very sweet. I got 25% sweetness and it was still a little much for me. I love all the option they have though. Had the strawberry and green tea milk foam. It was kind of different. The foam was salted cream cheese mixed with half and half.. yeah, kind of different. But it was definitely good. They only offered that in the large which was $6 and some change.. decor was very nice and welcoming. The music is why I took two stars off. So I saw this place on someone's Instagram and had to try it. I love milk tea and boba but haven't been able to find a place I enjoy in the orange park area until now! This cafe has a super cute interior. I had the brown sugar milk tea and it was phenomenal!!! I added the tapioca balls and they were sweet! I've had tapioca from other places and they've been flavorless. I took my mom with me and she tried the Thai tea. She was surprised at how good it was! This was her 1st time ever trying milk tea. Wanted to enjoy a late night tea and drove all the way to Tbaar. I get there and its packed, every seat in the place is full and it's 9:02. As soon as we walk in they tell us "no we are closed" and refuse to serve us even though people were sitting down drinking and chatting and an entire family was just picking up their order. It's the only boba place that I know of close to home. It does have a good selection of flavors to choose from. I enjoy the ambience it gives they have. it's very open and friendly. I cannot express how much I genuinely wanted to love this place. I'm giving it two stars for how nicely the cafe looked and the staff for being so friendly. We ordered the protein max, dragon fruit tea, passion fruit tea, and milk tea with herbal jelly as well as red beans. All of it came up to $29 and some change. Before I go into how the drinks are I just want to say that these the drinks are insanely priced. I go to juice bars and smoothie shops all the time and have never in my entire life payed for a $9 smoothie. The smoothie was supposed to have like all sorts of fruits (mango, apple, bananas, as well as protein powder...etc), and all it tasted was bananas. The only drink we ordered that was exceptionally unique was the milk tea with the red beans and herbal jelly. The fruit teas were water down. Maybe I ordered the wrong drinks. Maybe I just have a different taste bud. I think they're unique in their own way. It's a hard pass for me. But I do appreciate the concept. This is solely based on my opinion and experience. If you haven't been to TBARR, than I suggest you should go. The cafe looks awesome and has great seats to lounge around. If anything, I would say DON'T order the protein max smoothie. read more

The one star is for the cute interior, otherwise the tea and value of this place gets NO stars. I was thirsty after the drink and why you ask is because the drink was sooooo sweet. A variety of fresh fruits and vegetables are used in their juices and smoothies. I especially like that there is no added sugar. So far I have had the Mr Green Smoothie and the Vitamin C smoothie. Both were delicious and refreshing on a hot day. The only recommendation I could make is to offer an almond milk or some other alternative to dairy for those who are lactose intolerant, allergic, or vegan. read more

Thank GOODNESS we have a proper boba spot on this side of town. Their flavors, variety and tapioca pearls are amazing. Some people say it's too sweet but you can always ask them to reduce the sweetness; so total and error to find your perfect drink. That's the fun part! My go to drink is the Roasted Oolong Green Milk Tea with boba and pudding. I tried the Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea and it's AMAZING.
