I was out running errands and had a quick craving for a milk tea. I always see this establishment on UEs but I never knew where it was or what they sold. They are conveniently located right across from the Epic movie theatre. There was ample parking and I found myself at a self-serve kiosk with a lobby filled with patrons. The building area is a little small but this seems to give the business a nice personality. I loved all of the decor and could easily see that the business appeals to everyone. The environment is very colorful and they even sell small trinkets. The kiosk is very detailed in the order specifications and allowed me to choose everything from light ice, amounts of sugar to my choice of milk. You can even pay $4 more and supersize which is a bit much for me but excellent for someone who just can't get enough. I ordered 2 Brown Sugar Milk Teas and it took them about 8 mins to make the drinks. I will be honest and say that they are in top ranking for flavor, service and presentation. I easily could've sat there and finished my drink. I am so happy they are only 12 mins from my house and encourage anyone who wants a good milk tea to try them out. read more

My sister had told me about this place when she had ordered their popcorn chicken (from another location). We were in the area and Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken sounded great. I pulled up the menu and prices looked too good to be true so we headed over. We arrived and unfortunately you order on a kiosk and there is little human interaction until your order is ready. I ordered the Spicy Popcorn Chicken, the Peach bubble waffle and a brown sugar milk tea. My sister ordered similar and my son a hot cheetos mozzarella rice dog (not sure if that's why they call it). We waiting about 5 minutes and our orders were done. We took our food to go. The waffle didn't even make it the 10 minutes back to my sister's house. My son and I, both don't care for peach, but we all loved this waffle. The milk tea was tasty and the boba was cooked well and had a nice chew. That popcorn chicken was fantastic. The perfect amount of heat and I like that they ground the basil into the seasoning. I would love it if they added some whole fried basil as well, but it was tasty none the less and for the price I could not have been happier. My kids and I love coming here! Their Korean corndogs are HUGE-- always fresh & delicious! But the star here is their fried chicken with the secret spicy sauce! SO so good. I have been here a few times and will continue to come back. My first time coming in we were just looking for something for lunch and I know my sister likes spicy Taiwanese chicken. I had been to the Mandarin location before so I knew it was good. When we walked in we went to the kiosk and ordered. I got a brown sugar boba tea and a spicy Taiwanese popcorn chicken. I really like their chicken. It is all super fresh and very tasty. It is spicy as holy heck but I love that!! The tea was very good. My sister got their pink velvet waffle which is really peach flavored (an all time favorite flavor) it was amazing! I have been back and that waffle is now in rotation! Their food is always made to order so there can be a wait. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the staff are not friendly, There is no greeting, no opportunity to ask questions, they call out your name when the order is done but there is no real dialogue. Overall, not a big issue but especially when its your first time, maybe you want to ask a question or not just be directed to a kiosk. read more

I got the King of Oolong Tea. This tastes nothing like oolong. It just tastes like sugared milk. It was a waste of money. If this tea is a taste of the rest of their teas, I would never recommend this place. I'm visiting from California and was craving some boba. I stopped by Tsaocaa in Oakleaf after a previous visit for their Taro milk tea with boba, and this time I decided to try something different. I went with the melon green tea and one of their Korean corn dogs - the one dusted with hot Cheetos and filled with a half-and-half mix of cheese and hot dog. The place was pretty quiet, with only a few people coming in for takeout orders, so it was a calm atmosphere. The melon green tea with Nata jelly and fresh fruit was extremely refreshing and different from what I usually get, so I enjoyed that a lot. As for the corn dog, it was super cheesy - definitely not a snack I could eat neatly! It was delicious, though, with just the right balance of cheese and spice from the Hot Cheetos dust. Pricing seemed fair overall, although the chicken options looked a bit on the pricier side, which is why I opted for the corn dog instead. The staff were friendly; however, the guy handling the cooking seemed a bit reserved or just not as engaging. Would come back again if in the neighborhood. read more

Always been a fan of Tsaocaa. I was so happy when they opened up this location in Oakleaf. Oakleaf was missing a good boba place. Especially with an extensive food menu. Their Bubble Waffles and Fried chicken are very delicious. The drinks always come out fast. My family and I absolutely love this place! We first had Tsaocaa in Orlando. When they opened one here in Oakleaf, we were ecstatic! Boba is always on point and the food is really good. Overall, we really enjoyed this place. They have a very good selection on the menu and overall the Boba and the teas were very yummy when we ordered them. The service was really quick for being a new place. High recommend coming here. I usually come here now and then with my boyfriend to get boba. I personally get the Mango yogurt without the crystals, and it's so delicious. I have never tasted Korean chicken like this. It was horrible. Ordered the chicken wings and the drumsticks. The meat seemed to be of bad quality (fatty and old with lots of dried blood in it) and it tasted like it was cooked in old grease. Tried to eat it because of the cost but couldn't do it. We spent around $60 for 3 Korean corn dogs, dumplings, 10 honey garlic wings and two bubble teas. The wings barely had any sauce and they were bland and overcooked. The dumplings didn't have much flavor either and the filling was a bit runny. We enjoyed the corn dogs and our drinks were decent but I've had better. Nice clean restaurant in a good location. The other issue was the young lady at the counter had trouble distributing the food orders. Someone else grabbed my wings and took them to their table. They returned them unopened once they figured out their name wasn't on the receipt. Just seemed a bit unorganized. I don't think it's worth another visit. read more
