My go to drink is the orange green tea half sweet. Since it's summer right now, I have been obsessed with watermelon and asked if they're able to make me a watermelon tea since they have watermelon lemonade. They made it for me! I came few weeks ago and I got a crepe cake and a couple of drinks (taro slush and brown sugar milk) which were good. However, the crepe cake came to us FROZEN, and I was not told before hand that it was. As for the taste it was just artificial durian with a bit of mashed durian on top, not very pleasant. The employees were also wearing their masks under their chin when I had entered, and there was a man that was drinking a drink with his mask down in the are where they make drinks. My first time here after following them on Instagram. It was soooooo good, I am going back tomorrow to try another drink. I needed something refreshing and cold to escape this 115 degree summer heatwave. They have so many choices here and everything is made with fresh ingredients! I knew I had to get the Dragon fruit Tea I saw on their flashing screen. I added crystal jelly in there for some chew. I watched the girl cut up a red dragonfruit and mixed it in with the iced tea with a slice of lemon. She used half of the fruit. The drink is a little pricey but keep in mind dragonfruit (also known as pitaya) is a super fruit that is very expensive when you buy it at the store. This is fresh pitaya and NOT the dehydrated kind they use at Starbucks. My drink was Beautiful to look at and tasted just as good! They have cold pressed green juices available and you can add wheatgrass. This is a dream come true for me! There's no other place that sells boba teas with all fresh ingredients and green juice! My friend tried one of the split cup flavors they had. It's so cool to get 2 flavors in one cup! We went during happy hour and it was buy one get one half off. They also sell mille crepe cakes too. If you are looking for the trendy Brown Sugar Milk Tea they have it and it looked really good because someone ordered that behind us. The service was very friendly and helpful. They're the sweetest! I was visiting LV for about a week and started craving boba (but what else is new?), so I happened to come across this spot on DoorDash. I was having an awful night after a Dasher mishap that left me bobaless, and I couldn't reorder from the same place because they closed for the night. Tbaar came in for the win! Their wonderful selection of teas is able to satiate any palate. I ordered their Taro Slush with boba, purin, and a milk cap (I'm extra I know, but it tastes great I swear) for myself, a Mango slush with lychee jelly, and a Strawberry slush with mixed jelly for the kiddos. I also ordered their Milled Crepe Cake. I was looking forward to having the Matcha one, but they ran out! I had no idea until I received my order, apparently they tried to call for the correction but I never saw the call When I opened the bag they attached a lovely handwritten note apologizing for the inconvenience, their customer service is A++ I cannot stress how kind that was! I went to this place for the first time today! I ordered the dragon fruit drink, not the smoothie! It was great with natural strawberry chunks! Only 2 things were dissatisfying, one was the customer service level! It was like talking to a wall! Also a lot of trash on the floor! My go to spot "no.1 boba" was closed so I decided to order from here (through UberEats), ONLY because I was craving a smoothie with FRESH strawberry, coconut, pineapple (Which I always order from my usual place). I read that this place Tbaar uses all fresh juices/fruits no syrups/additives. Great! NOT. Receive my order & I could literally see the separation between the boba, the syrup they claim they don't use, & the smoothie at the top. I had others taste BOTH boba drinks & they even said it tasted artificial. Yuck. Worst $20 I spent all month LOL. Plus their boba was all hard in the middle, & sweet AF. I don't like the manager who stared down his newbie-seeming employee the whole time we were there. Does he not realize that this is a lot of pressure on a worker and stunts growth/improvement? Is he really getting paid to just stand, stare, and give stress? That's disappointing. He could have assisted the newbie by politely butting in with answering our questions. Also, all employees should be allowed to sample EVERY food/drink product for FREE (once, maximum twice) in order to build product knowledge which then can be applied into personalized, quality customer service leading to big cha-ching sales and gaining regular customers by rapport. How can I say this? I was the top salesperson in both of my dessert retail jobs I used to do. One of them, I was top candidate for next keyholder/team lead before I found another job. Also, my drink was not suitable for my taste. It would've been appreciated if staff training involved helping staff describe the products to indecisive customers, and ability to direct a customer to a decision with a voluntary upsell. I was so interested in spending on 5 items, but decided on only 2 cheap ones because of the lack of teamwork between management and newbie, plus poor description. Sadly, I won't be back until the reviews increase so I can find out what drink and desserts match my taste instead of wasting money on the hit-or-miss game. The 100% fresh fruit juice sign and claims of no added sugar or even water caught my eye. Note my rating does not reflect the green juices which I believe should be real fruit and they looked good but I got a Mango smoothie for my daughter and she hated it because it was actually a "slushy" instead with just water and syrup and didn't taste that good. I don't think they should call it a smoothie then. I should have asked before paying for it. It was more disappointing because I assumed being a juice bar that they would at least use real fruit on the other drinks so I felt deceived.
