Review Update: Let me tell you this! I'm about to be in the gym hitting it hard after Easter Weekend ‍.. TC Bakery, got me in my happy zone over here. I had to go back to Fresh for Less and hit them up for everything that I saw. Please don't judge me ‍ just doing some reviews over here while enjoying these delicious desserts and still got 2 more to go.. I was able to snatch thee slices: 1.) Banana Pudding Cheesecake 2.) Butter Pecan Cheesecake 3.) Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake 4.) (Another) Sweet Potato Cheesecake I gave all these slices a 100/100 for real though it had me feeling like I was in a meeting with the Usher Board from church .. Check out her Facebook page to see the flavors of the day she changes them and sometimes has additional hours she will be open or closures if she is traveling. My favorites are the chocolate ganche, blueberry dream, blueberry shortcake cheesecake, oreo overload and 7 up pound cake. People have raved about her keto chocolate cake, will try soon. I was borderline obsessed with trying TC Bakery. Her pastries are sold in multiple places and are in high demand. I was finally able to make it to the actual bakery. I ordered the sweet potato pound cake and the lemon blueberry pound cake. I mentioned not caring for cheesecake and she let me taste the sweet potato cheesecake. It tasted like the creamiest sweet potato pie! Delicious!! Both of the pound cakes were tasty as well, with a good crust, my favorite part. Both cakes were sweet without being too sweet. As a bonus, she is very nice and clearly has a passion for baking. I definitely recommend! read more

So thankful I was able to get my custom cake order last minute with TC Bakery for my husband's early birthday present. This yellow cake with chocolate icing is the most delectable cake of its kind I have tasted. The cake by itself is so moist and the chocolate frosting is as smooth as whipped mousse, but even richer. Prior to the pandemic food used to be offered, but the owner (Jennifer) said she only baked now, hence the new name of TC Bakery featuring Ma Mary's. We have a few birthdays coming up and TC Bakery will be the place I go. She offers cakes slices and cheesecake slices as well if you just want to dabble. read more

We had some last minute dessert cancellations for our Thanksgiving Luncheon at work, so I called TC Bakery the day before our event and they were so very helpful. They had us 6 dozen cupcakes and 2 cheesecakes ready to go the following morning. They were very polite and the pickup process was easy. EVERYTHING was so delicious. We had no leftovers. The BEST bakery in Big Bend!!! Love the Classic cinnamon rolls, but my favorite is the Blueberry Lemon cinnamon rolls!!!

My first time trying TC's Bakery was a few months ago and I've been a recurring customer ever since. Mrs. Young is a master at her craft and each visit brings a smile to my face as I'm met a smile, pleasant greetings and a new and delicious cake to try. Personally, my favorite dinner item is the baked chicken meal- great flavor, affordable price and very filling. The atmosphere always feels like visiting a family member's house, as other customers and employees are always in good spirits amongst each other. Mrs. Young and her crew makes everyone feel comfortable and accommodated from their entry to the their departure from the restaurant. I highly recommend, you won't regret it! read more

Sweetest owner! I ordered a delicious birthday cake ( mint/chocolate) for my husband. We were from out of town and I found this wonderful bakery to fulfill my order. The cake was absolutely delicious and moist. We came back the next day for cinnamon rolls. The BEST cinnamon roll that I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and order the apple pie one. My only complaint is that I don't live closer to enjoy this fantastic bakery. Order yourself something from here... you will not be disappointed! read more

I asked on the Tallahassee Foodies Facebook page where I could get the best cinnamon rolls in town. Lots of people mentioned TCBakery so I gave them a try. The search stopped right then and there. I have never tasted something so divine in my life. Very cinnamon-y. The cream cheese frosting is ample and delicious. But what really sets it apart from other cinnamon rolls is the texture. Definitely try this place for your Keto bakery items! On a spur of the moment trip to Tallahassee, we called but it was after they had closed. The Owner was wonderful and told us to come on over. We got their Keto Carrot Cake. The cake was very moist and delicious. Be forewarned, they are not in the best neighborhood. We will be back though!! read more

I really wanted the food to be great at this returning landmark! I really wanted to enjoy the bakery items and make this my new lunch stop. I stopped by for lunch at noon and ordered only sides--collards, mac n cheese and yams. I also ordered peach cobbler pound cake and a mini key lime cupcake. The collards were great! They tasted fresh, homegrown and seasoned with meat. The Mac n cheese was the velveeta variety which is a no-no in our community. Mac n cheese MUST be baked with eggs, cream and shredded cheese! Even if velvetta is used, it must be in addition to other hard cheeses. Everyone knows this! The cake was just ok and the cupcake was so so. I am surprised that the food was not great and it was opening week! read more

This is not the same Ma Mary's that I remember the food is not good or seasoned at all the best thing about the whole meal was the cornbread!! As far as the TC bakery it was not good either I ordered the red velvet cheesecake cake and it was disgusting! It tasted like plain red cake with Idk not what? But it was not cheesecake! I am thoroughly disappointed!!! Save your money and go to Oleans!! Such a shame because Ma Mary's used to be on point! read more
