I told them Not to do anything with it as i would take it elsewhere. Today they called me with an estimate of $189 to repair a $200 trimmer. In spite of me telling them not to do anything with it because they couldnt find it and has not evaluated it they charged me $50 to evaluate it. Had they offered to credit the $50 fee towards a new one i would have considered it but since they couldnt find it and charged me even after me telling them not to do anything including estimating it since they couldnt find it. i will not deal with them ! So much for trying to support a local small business rather than a box store!

The gentleman could not find the paperwork and called us back later to say he had found it and they would look at the generator now. So where was the paperwork for 3 weeks and would we have heard from them if we hadn't called? A few days later we get a text that says it's ready for pickup and the cost was over $500. They never called for consent to do any further work beyond the diagnostic. I called and the woman was instantly very rude to me as I tried to explain why I was upset with the way they had done business. The gentlemen I spoke with after was slightly less rude and did apologize for not calling with an update but then tried to excuse it by exclaiming how busy they were. If you're too busy to conduct business fairly and provide adequate customer service then maybe turning people away is better than taking their money before they've consented to the repair. Had he communicated with me about what the generator needed and why he thought it was worth the cost to repair it as opposed to buying a new one I would have appreciated that very much and I don't think is too much to ask. We asked for a small amount off the bill to compensate for our bad experience and they said no and that if we didn't pick it up they could sell it. Very predatory way of doing business and simply rude people who can't take accountability when they mess up. Steer clear...I will find a repair shop who treat their customers better.

On January 5, 2026 I took a Husqvarna chain saw into them for chain sharpening and tune up. A deposit of $52 was requested. I was told that it might take 2 weeks to be serviced. After not hearing from them for 3 weeks I called and said it was "on the table" awaiting repairs. Did not hear from them again for a couple of weeks and when I called Don said he was awaiting a part expected the next day. Called again after a couple of weeks (nobody ever bothered to call me). When Don came on the line he whined about how much time it was taking and he couldn't get a part to fit (gas tank cap). So I told them I would pick it up. When I picked it up I asked if chain was sharpened, plug replaced. "No" but when I asked for deposit Jen said they would keep it for them "having to look it over!" Long story short: after two ten minute "chats" on Husqvarna's website, new part received that fits. All I had to do was send them a picture of the incorrect cap. 'Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me." Never again. I hate to be ripped off. The only reason I gave one star is that they answer the phone.

After 3 initial calls of diagnoses, false time lines and an overall lack of communication spanning over a month... I called in yet again. To be told the mower was mis-diagnosed from the beginning and now they had to order different parts and were "still working on it" upon this call, which was now 6 weeks in. I got no apology, no sense or remorse or effort to prioritize this now in any capacity.... Until I completely called him out for all of this. 6 weeks total. 4+ phone calls almost all of which has been lies or false information with a complete lack of follow up or apology. So then I ask what's the time frame to resolve this. "Well depends on when the part comes in" When will the part be in "Well I don't really know hopefully this week" It's 2024 guys. We have tracking and you order these parts for mowers on a regular basis. You should know a time frame / estimate. So now. I wait. In a response for when parts come in. Not knowing what's actually being done, what I'm expected to pay or when it'll be done. Needless to say. 100000% will never come here again and you shouldn't either.

A serviced my lawnmower three months ago and I called because it was not starting. The young man walked me through what I needed to do to start it and I hung up the phone. By the time I got to trying to charge the battery I saw someone pull up to my driveway, which was the young man, and he had come to help me charge the battery. This is amazing customer service.
