A serviced my lawnmower three months ago and I called because it was not starting. The young man walked me through what I needed to do to start it and I hung up the phone. By the time I got to trying to charge the battery I saw someone pull up to my driveway, which was the young man, and he had come to help me charge the battery. This is amazing customer service. They did not even ask me for any kind of payment. I really appreciate going over and above.

I called into the store on Saturday afternoon and got no answer, so decided to wait until Monday (my scheduled return date) to deal with it. As I was a repeat customer to this point and had a good standing account I figured it would not be an issue. When I returned the saw with the gas still full and the can they provided me untouched I explained the situation. The main guy who works the counter, mid 40's spikey black hair became irate, accused me of lying and did nothing to try to ease / resolve the situation. I explained to him I intended on renting a chipper later in the month and how I rented a lift the week before and that over a $150 rental he should really offer a credit to my account, unfortunately he did not agree. I explained that over that small amount he would be losing a customer to which he told me to get out of his store and that I am not allowed to rent again. This is an unreal experience of a professional business.
