Nice ambiance other than that total rip off. I came in for a fill & a fix of broken nail. I told the lady to cut them down & make them thick. She was doing the full in and I noticed how she still had them thin so I said please remember I like my nails thicker. She continued to say ok then as it went on I thought maybe she won't fill or drill too much.... WRONG!!!! I asked her multiple times to the point I stopped her in the middle of the service and said forget it. Then she said oh I'll do another layer as if she didn't just waste all my time. The kicker at the end I still paid her my mom got her eyebrows down so the total was $62. I gave her a $100 dollar bill was going to still tip her to kill her with kindness but when she gave me my change it was 8 bucks folded up lmao. She must of thought I would be so mad & storm off without counting my money. Then she tried to play dumb I told her I was going to still tip her but for that she ain't getting anything. I went in without an appointment because I've been trying to find a new salon to call home. They took me pretty quickly and began filing my nails down so that they could soak. (I get dip nails). My tech finished someone's pedicure and then attended to me. Although she did a pretty good job, I was there for almost 2 1/2 hours which is a bit too long for me. I went to get a pedicure before a trip. I wasn't warned before my nail tech dug into the ingrown nail and it was very painful-I didn't even know I had one but I stayed silent and trusted the process. Now almost 2 weeks later I'm scheduling doctor's appointments to get it checked out and not even the antibiotic ointment I was prescribed is helping. Came in with full set that was done wrong at a different place and they did not soak my hands or wrap in aluminum. They took a fake nail and took it off with that and it made me uncomfortable even if it wa faster. She did my pedicure first and I didn't even see her pull out the equipment from a new bag I had to ask her if it was new equipment for my nails and she gave me attitude. I'm not from the area. I came here because of the pretty pictures and decent reviews and I was due for an appointment. But honestly.... I have never had a worse powder mani or gel pedi in my life - and I get my nails done regularly every two weeks. First of all, I called and asked if they were able to do fancy nail art, they said yes. I asked what they could do, they said show us a picture and we can do anything. Okay, great. I arrive and show them my first inspiration picture. "No we can't do that." I show them my second inspiration picture (below), they agree. As they start doing my nails, I notice the gold they're using doesn't at all look like the inspo picture. I ask if they have any other shades or types of gold glitter - no. So I asked them to remove the gold. Once they finished my nails, the dip went beyond my cuticles, it was messy, unevenly shaped, my nails were bumpy, and they chipped within a few hours. They never even asked me if I wanted to adjust the length of my nails for my hands or feet, just rushed through the job. For my pedi, they barely scrubbed my feet, barely filed my toe nails, and slapped on some gel polish. And these were two different techs who worked on me! I don't know who's writing these reviews, but I will never be back. read more

Left with cuts on every finger, acrylic was so thick, the shape wasn't what I asked for and polish had streaks/bubbles. She didn't even have the decency to apologize after cutting me multiple times and seeing me flinch when she cut me with the file and drill. Don't know her name and don't want to! I usually go to another place for Lash Extensions, but my tech was unavailable. Being a Sunday I knew it would be difficult to find a place on short notice. Most salons are closed. I called Dep Nails at the Town Center and asked if they had availability. The man on the phone asked for what time. I said, "I'm on the other side of town, I can get there in 40 minutes." I can hear him calculating the time, "It's 1:30 now... Ok, see you then." I was thrilled! I thanked him and told him he made my day! I was thrilled! As much as I dread the traffic at the Town Center, I zoomed over there with 10 minutes to spare, only to be told they could not see me today. They had booked another client. Big waste of time! And gas! YOU KNOW we can't afford to be wasting gas these days! He did apologize, and offered me a $5 gift card for next time. After this experience, I'm not sure if I would go back. read more

Deep must be the short version of over and beyond! I'm still here for my collagen pedicure, but I had to express how well I've been cared for while here. First I was offered a beverage, and the women who filled the bowl made the water the perfect temperature. Then the pedicure itself was amazing! They weren't trying to get the job done and rush me out. The technician Rose, took her time and kept me comfortable. I didn't flinch at all or get embarrassed from all the tickling I always hated in previous pedicures. Nor did I have to mention my latex allergy for those who have to use those gloves.
