Was quite rudely told could not use gift card with another credit card when paying and that the whole amount had to be paid in full with one card even though gift card did not have enough to cover entire charge. Got my eyebrows done here once because it seemed convenient. When they were done, they looked worse than when I walked in! Terrible job. She was rushing and rude. I had to go out the next day and have them done because they were so sloppily done. Don't waste your time and money!! read more

WHAT!! ok i am at the Auburn mall with a couple of friends and we decide to go to the salon to get our nails done.So we walk in and the guy that is at the middle of the center approches us by saying WHAT DO YOU WANT that was rude i couldnt even believe it in .Cali we give so much much respect to those who wanna go up in bussiness. I went there last sat and by tues my toe and my thumb were infected. My pedi was rushed and she dug so far into the corner that now I have to be on antibiotics for 10 days. My thumb was bleeding and she still polished it and put the brush back into the bottle. So 55 for a mani pedi and 100 for Er bill and 50 for antibiotics. Never ever again read more

I rate it no stars!!!! But it made me click at least one.The tech was rude, rushed and did a horrible job! I have fuzz under a sloppily layer of top coat..every nail is a different length..she was rough..It was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon with my daughter but instead I left frustrated and disgusted. There are too many other places to go where you dont feel like you are part of an assembly line!!! I did leave them a note because I did not have it in me to even bother taking up with anyone. I moved to the Worcester area about 6 months ago and was looking for a good place to get my nails done. I am VERY picky about my nails and always go to one place, wherever that may be, depending on where im living. I was working at Victorias Secret in the mall for a few months when i first moved here and was suggested to go to T&C nails. My best friend who also lives in Worcester swears by them as well. Everyone is very friendly and the pricing is average and reasonable. The majority of the staff speaks english well and doesnt make you feel uncomfortable. They have a very wide variety of colors and options for nails and toes and also offer waxing. If you are unhappy at all with what they have done to your nails, they will fix it on the spot. Everything is clean and they do a great job at making sure you arent there forever like at alot of other salons. I have never left T&C unhappy and would suggest it to anyone in the area. read more
