I LOVE the food and service at this restaurant! Favorite dish is the filet mignon pho, hands down. It's so satisfying. I prefer to eat it in-house but I grabbed a few orders for take-out and my family at the dish for THREE separate meals. So much bang for your buck. So healthy and satisfying. Saturday evening 7:30. We order to-go at the restaurant due to phone issues. It was very busy with many guest that wanted to order at tables and a line that wanted to order to pick up. To say the least they were busy but preformed in a fast calmly matter. We ordered the vermicelli along with a few other items. Let's be honest, to have that dish it's best to have it prepared there and eat it there. They did an amazing job with their Togo service and packaging. Clean, delicious food. Wait staff didn't speak English, but it didn't stop us from getting yummy food. Two of us had pho. There was plenty of shrimp and meat. The broth was delicious. The Vegetarian Vermicelli bowl was loaded with fresh crisp veggies. We also had Crab rations that were bursting with filling. Know you're eating at a good place when the restaurant is packed with a steady stream of inside dining and take out. Service is friendly and quick. Food is good and serving size is plentiful. Pork Vermicelli bowl (#10) was extremely flavorful, the House Combination Pho (#4) ample and the Crab Rangoon (#14) crunchy with the right proportion of stuffing. Iced Thai Tea was refreshing. Will be an ongoing future stop when there is need for Pho on the palette. read more

For Traverse City...this is a SCORE. Ordered the Shrimp Pho to go (7 or 8 huge delicious shrimp's). When you get it to go, it comes in a bag all separated. When you get home put the broth into a big bowl (or pan) with the noodles and shrimp and briefly REHEAT. Keep the basil, sprouts, lime and others out of the heat. Mix all together with the two sauce packets and lime (could use an extra lime) and enjoy. Trust this review---this is VERY good and healthy too read more

The food here decent and the owner seems like a nice person. After our positive first dining experience here, we decided to come in again for our second. We sat down at the table, and apparently there was an actual hostess at the counter where customers pay; we didn't see her yesterday. The tall woman did not greet us, nor acknowledged that we were even there. She took to-go orders, took payment for to-go orders and even served two other tables that came way after we sat down. The most shocking thing was that, as she served the second table after us, the hostess walked passed our table and didn't even ask us if we wanted to order. The owner came out serving another table and we mentioned to her that we were ready to order and that the hostess had ignored us for over 10 minutes. The owner signaled that she would let the hostess know but apparently, she did not. We thought that the owner was going to come out to serve us since she knew us from yesterday when we had dined there. She came out and went to another table to bring the customers their food. By this point, I was pretty upset, needless to say, so I decided I would call out to the hostess and asked if we could order. She walks over and asks us what she could help us with. I said that we'd like to order and even mentioned how long we waited and how she ignored us, and she said nothing. She didn't even apologize and just took our order. The owner even knew this but never apologized on the new hostess who was "just helping out." I don't believe that she was just helping out; I think that this was her day job but wasn't all that good at it. Whatever the case may be, I would not come to this restaurant again.
