    Cheese quesadilla

One of my favorite spots when I'm in the area I've came here a few times, each time is consistent with service and food. I'm also a sucker for a place that has a salsa bar (they also have beans, carrots and etc on the salsa bar) They have up close private parking The inside is very spacious with really big comfortable chairs. You can also see an open kitchen where they are cooking / cutting up the meat Each time I've came here, Lucy has taken care of us. -you walk up to the counter and order -they give you a number -then they call your number and you pick up your food. -Everything is self served. You get your own drink refills (I always get the fountain drink. But they do have other types) -you get your own napkins on the salsa bar -you get your own utensils on the salsa bar -you get your own salsa, beans and etc on the salsa bar -you seat yourself -you clean up after yourself and throw your food away and put your tray away I haven't had anything here that I did not like. I'm not a huge fan of chicken, but the chicken nachos are amazing. The chicken has such a good flavor to it The Birria is not overly salty like at a lot of places Service is friendly Ambiance is nice with really comfortable chairs and a ton of TVs Food portions and quality are great

Wow! We stopped in before a baseball game and weee so happy we did. The restaurant was open and food choices amazing and authentic. We had the carnitas quesadilla with guacamole and el pastor tacos. We loved the salsa bar and spiced veggies. We will be back!

This is a half eaten burrito, ham and cheese. Pretty good.

I am a breakfast burrito connoisseur. And the restaurant nice atmosphere is cool. I had a ham breakfast burrito. It was big for sure. They have beans and rice, the tortilla was a little thin, but fortunately, I'm a master and it didn't explode on me.

Al pastor tacos and a lingua taco

Ugh this is one of my family's favorite spots to go to! The tacos are consistently delicious and high quality. We got majority Al pastor tacos, along with quesopastor tacos, and a few lingua tacos as well. Their agua frescas are also so so good. We usually get the watermelon, strawberry, or horchata. I would saw on a hot day the watermelon is perfectly refreshing. They have a lot of seating inside with nice chairs and tables. The cashiers and workers are always very nice too!

Ordered via DoorDash, and everything was literally amazing with the exception of the french fries. Potatoes are supposed to be simple, don't complicate potatoes.

El Fogón has such a great vibe the second you walk in. The wooden tables, leather chairs, and wide-open seating layout make the place feel both cozy and spacious. I love that every seat has a clear view of a TV - perfect whether you're chatting, watching a game, or just wanting background noise with your meal. The only interaction I had was ordering my food and getting my food One thing I really appreciate is the self-serve sauce bar. If you like customizing your food, this is heaven. You can grab as much salsa as you want without having to ask. (Maybe not ideal if you're a germaphobe -- but for everyone else, it's a huge plus.) The agua fresca de sandía was delicious and tasted super fresh. It actually tasted like real watermelon, not like sugar or syrup. Food-wise, everything was on point. The Fogón Fries with al pastor were a standout: perfectly crispy fries, melty/goopy cheese (the good kind), and guac + sour cream that tied everything together. My boyfriend added grilled onions and played around with the dressings bar sauces, and it made an already great dish even better. I love that this place basically lets you create your own perfect version. The quesa tacos with al pastor were also amazing. The cheese was melted perfectly, and the tortilla had that ideal crispy-but-not-hard texture. And best of all -- the pastor wasn't overly salty in either dish, which is something we run into at a lot of other restaurants. The flavor was balanced and delicious. Overall, the aesthetic, the spacing, the customization options, and the food quality all make El Fogón a must-visit. We'll definitely be back!

Order a burrito for my husband and found a huge string that he almost chocked on. Very disappointed!

Bomb tacos here! I came after a football and wanted to try it! I got tacos of course so two asada and two el pastor tacos and both were delicious. The restaurant is really nice, and they had a live singer friday night. The salsa bar is average. They have free refried beans but didn't have any grilled onions or jalapenos in the pot. The salsa was pretty good on the tacos. Friendly service and smiles. Aqua frescas are on my list next time i come in. I think the pricing is good for what you get and the quality of it. Would i come back, oh yes indeed for those tacos!! Food rating Tacos 8.8/10 very good Flan terrible 4/10

Papa Fogón and the potato is black on the inside.

I always come here with my family to eat when we are craving some really good tacos. Their service is great and ambiance is even better but today they kinda dropped the ball. My wife wanted to try the Papa Fogón ana did not get what she expected. Her potato was raw and in some areas the potato was going bad. We ordered more food than that but only my wife's potato was really bad i would not recommend the Papa Fogón it isn't like expected and overpriced for what we got

To Go: Birria Nachos: So many toppings, so worth getting again
    Jae E.

I've only ordered takeout from here because Tacos El Fogón is usually very packed. It's not because it's a small place, but it sure is a popular place! I couldn't decide on one item so I got a few and still wouldn't know which would be a favorite. Each option was so deliciously different that I think they're all worth getting again! Besides the entree options, they have an assortment of meat, aguas frescas, and a good variety of dessert. This is very much a "if you crave it, we probably have it" type of restaurant. The service is quick, even when not mobile ordering. I don't think I'll eat there in person for fear of getting back in line to order another plate! Not pictured bc I was too hungry to take a moment of appreciation for presentation: Buche taco, chicharron taco, tripas taco, and chicken torta

3 Salas for all this food plus no onion and cilantro on the tacos this is terrible!

I'm so pissed off! I order all this food spent $100 to have it delivered. They gave me 3 salsas for all this food, it's 5 people and 3 salsas unbelievable! 4 asada tacos, a mulita, 3 birria queso tacos, a Cali burrito and a Chile relleno burrito. And they didn't put onion and cilantro on the tacos or give me onion and cilantro on the side. This is terrible. I hate it that we pay all this money for food and can't even get the condiments to eat it with. This is sad. I will never support this business again. Now I have to go buy onion, cilantro and salsa from the grocery store for my family. Ok so on the upside the food is good. I probably will eat here again but I'll go in person instead of ordering online to make sure I get what I need to enjoy my food. I recommend this restaurant for walk ins order at your own risk.

Ugh I got so excited to eat that i forgot to take a pic! I ordered a quesadilla de carnitas and it was soooo gooood! I was full and even had left overs, which is ALWAYS a win for me! The horchata was delicious as well. Both green salsas were amazing as well. I might have just found my new go to during lunch. I also loved the indoor dining chairs! They were so comfortable.

4 Tacos Plate with asada and chorizo
    Vic V.

I came across Tacos El Fogón when I craving tacos. I ordered a taco plate which comes with 4 tacos, rice and beans. They offer a variety of meats but you can only choose 2 for the plate. I ended up choosing asada and chorizo for my tacos. As somebody who doesn't really like beans, I thought the beans were delicious and flavorful. The rice was dry and is very similar to Northgate's rice. The tortillas were a little cold as well. In terms of seating, there is ample seating. While you're waiting for number to be called out, you can pick out your salsa and various small sides at the salsa bar. My personal favorite was the avocado salsa; it had a small kick to it. The line filled up quick several times but everyone was served quickly. I would come back again for the taco plate.

If it weren't for the very loud music playing, I would not have known this was a Mexican restaurant. We ordered Fish and Shrimp Ceviche tostadas, but it was ok not the best I ever had. Tostadas had more Cucumbers and Tomatoes than Fish or Shrimp, and to make it worse, it was soaked in some kind of unidentifiable watery juice which made the hard Tostada soggy. What prompts M E Perihuete to soak a hard Tostada shell with water? unbelievable! The Chilaquiles were bad. They were so spicy I could not taste my food. Overall, the service was bad the lady who served us was busy laughing and giggling with the male customers instead of attending to her tables. I have to say the obvious about the waitresses here, to be as nice as I can put it, their lips stand out as plungers, the chest, and behind well, so obvious they were not normal... The service was bad and the food was not the best. Pricey. Plenty of parking.

Place was nearly empty, we still went completely unattended for long stretches of time, orders were all wrong, and the waitress instead of fixing it was argumentative & completely wrong. For example, when I noticed my order was wrong, I told her and she immediately contradicted me to the point that I had to move the meat aside to prove to her that there were no beans on my order when there should've been. Instead of then fixing and apologizing she blamed the chef. When my spouse pointed out what was wrong about her order, she asked us what she wanted her to do with it? Maybe take it back and fix it? It was almost like she was blaming us and expecting us to just take what they brought us even if it was wrong. NOBODY IS TRYING TO PAY FOR THE PLEASURE TO FIGHT WITH THEIR INCORRECT WAITRESS.
