Seriously hitting, shirts ripped and fists hitting! It was horrific!!! All the other employees were trying to separate them and everything that was said was in Vietnamese, so I have no clue why there was a fight! It was the longest 10 minutes I've experienced in a very long time. And I paid them and went to the wright place for a stiff drink!!! The owner has asked me to remove my post because she fired both employees. I'm not going to remove it, I will add that my nails were done beautifully and the work that was done was great.

I came in for a basic pedicure, but I felt pressured to upgrade to one of the more expensive options. After I declined, I was seated, and the water in the pedicure chair was so hot that I couldn't even put my feet in it. Instead of helping me or adjusting the water, the employee walked away to sweep and mop the salon. I sat there for about five minutes without anyone checking on me, so I ended up leaving without receiving any service. Today, July 3, 2026, I brought my niece in just to have her nails painted. She had barely sat down, and no one had even started painting her nails before they were already asking me to pay. When I politely told the owner that no service had been provided yet, she rolled her eyes at me. That response was unprofessional and disrespectful. Based on my experiences, I felt unwelcome and treated differently than I expected as a paying customer. The repeated pressure to spend more money, the lack of customer service, and the owner's attitude have convinced me not to return. I cannot recommend this salon.
