My son and I ordered to go and I got the crème brulee dirty boba 1/2 sweet with coconut milk and he got the citrus Lord 75% sweet. We both added crystal boba. The green tea was very strong in his so I wound up adding a packet of stevia I had on hand and he was very happy. Loved all the fresh fruit in his! My crème brulee was the most delicious, decadent thing! For those avoiding caffeine or coffee, this gives you the comfort and joy you're looking for and maybe even missing! The crackle of the brulee'd sugar is so fun, and the cheese foam....well, we can safely say it's now my favorite thing! I won't have them very often because I really don't eat sugar, but the flavor of the brown sugar and creamy milk is really something special! I definitely want to come back to try other flavors! I like what I like, just as others like what they like. So I wasn't sure what I was going to get stuck with. So on the way to the outskirts of Katy, we stopped in at Ding Tea. Let me tell you how busy this area was on a beautiful Sunday before lunar New Year. There wasn't a single parking space to be had in three different lots. There was traffic everywhere in people. Do not drive well when they're looking for a parking spot. People just stopped in the middle of the parking lot and didn't move. Waiting for someone to walk out of a building. Super annoying. Luckily, Ding Tea is located behind lot of the larger restaurants and the golf course and other super busy areas. There was a parking spot waiting for me out front and it was easy to get in and out. We ended up getting a tea to share, and two to go with us to the party. We also got an order of the popcorn chicken.
