Came here for the Boba and left raving about the crepes! Boba was great but the turkey pesto crepe was super yummy and filling!

Love this hidden gem. Ordered the blended taro and blended strawberry with honey boba. Surprise was they added real taro and strawberry to the drink. No cutting corners here! So delish!

Kim is the best!!!! She puts her heart and soul into this business and you can tell with her customer service and her clean business! She's working with what little space she has! Fresh fruit and the lemonade is next level! She adds honey to it!!! Go give this cute little Eatonville shop a chance and if you like spicy try the spicy mayo on your sandwich! So good!

    Closed

I really like this place it is very clean and cozy but every time I have driven 30 minutes out of my way to come here they are closed despite their hours saying 10-4 everyday. If you try to call the phone never connects to anything not even an answering machine.

Soft & chewy boba, great drink options, and friendly service...definitely returning the next time I'm in the area!

My husband and I stopped here for a quick coffee and a snack. He got an iced americano with a splash of hazelnut syrup and I had an iced hazelnut oatmilk latte. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We also shared a panini - turkey, avocado, and pickled onions with the cranberry mayo. It was probably one of the best sandwiches we've ever had. We will definitely be stopping by again!

Probably the best boba on this side of town. We'll definitely become regulars. The photo areas are fun. I had the Flower power and it was DELICIOUS. They have a range teas and milk teas. They also have crepes, but we didn't get to try them since it was close to closing.

We loved this place. Great boba, good panini. Everyone was so nice. I highly recommend.

Love all the different photos areas. For the month of October they have this cute Nightmare before Christmas inspired backdrop.

I love the Tea Garden in Eatonville. There are a variety of amazing drinks, sandwiches, paninis, crepes and more. The staff is so friendly and willing to answer questions or modify a drink if asked. Great food, super cute atmosphere and excellent service what more could you ask for?!

    Peach green tea

I was so excited to try this place.. but it was super disappointing honestly. I'm not big on leaving negative reviews but I paid 8$ for this little drink and i couldn't even drink it. I ordered the peach green tea and it was just not good.. it had zero sweetness (which to me peach tea should have a little) it also had a chemically taste almost like they had added rose water or something but it was not good and stupid expensive.

There cute photo section! This was around Halloween

Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #115…read more This is one of three Sunright Tea Studio locations in King County and is by far the largest in terms of size. It's the only one that has actual seating and tables, which makes it a much better location to relax in and slowly sip on drinks. We visited on the way down to Portland, hoping to get a caffeine pick-me-up before the long rush-hour fueled traffic on the way down. This location has two kiosks for easy ordering, although in less busy times, the bobaristas are happy to take orders and answer questions. Fragrant really condensed milk and extra cane sugar for sweetness. Slight fruit essence. regular ice on a hot day almost all gone within five minutes. About 3:1 ratio tea to milk Boba great soft yet really chewy and bouncy. Compresses soft layer on outside. Fragrant Oolong Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Regular Ice, House Milk w/ Brown Sugar Boba ($7.25) - As the name implies, this drink really is quite fragrant, with the somewhat fruity and floral taste that is similar to an osmanthus oolong. It's rich from the addition of condensed milk - in fact, this drink seems to have more dairy in it compared to most boba shops. Watching the bobarista assemble the drink, I saw perhaps a third of the cup filled with milk and condensed milk before adding the tea. I ordered the drink with regular ice and it wasn't nearly enough to survive the hot day - within 5 minutes of pulling out, all the ice was gone. The boba is great. It's soft yet really chewy and bouncy. There's a compressible soft layer right on top that's pleasing on the tongue. Milk Tea Rating: 4.5/5 Boba Rating: 5/5 This Sunright Tea Studio is consistent with the other two locations in the county, serving some really great drinks. I don't come down to Federal Way often, but this would be my choice for boba for any future trips that far down south. Bathrooms - Single unisex room

I had such a great first experience at this location, I went back the next day and ordered again…read more It was so good. I had been hitting up the food truck, up the way. Bobablastic at the food truck court in Lacey!! Food trucks are fun, aren't they!? Gotta support local small businesses. I was wondering if there were any other places that served these fun Bubble Slurping, Popping In Your Mouth, Scrumptious Drinks!? So, I googled nearby places and to my surprise there were several!! So, I chose TinTin!! I ordered The tarp with, coconut milk and tapioca boba bubbles. (Yeowza!!) It was SO GOOD!! The first visit the lady behind the register didn't speak much English, but was so nice, and welcoming. Had the biggest smile on her face, spoke enough English to help me out the best she could, answer questions with Bubble flavors and what not. Yes, I'm one of those people that ask all the questions cuz I'm still a Bubble Tea Newbie!! ‍ I won't be a newbie forever. I gotta start somewhere. Lol My second visit I ordered the brown Sugar tea... It was featured on the flyer. I attached a photo below. Dear lord, help me!! It was BEYOND Delish!! Unfortunately, I didn't have the same lady serve me this time. She was younger and not as friendly when I approached her with questions. She was more short, and acted irritated that I didn't know what I wanted to drink right away. Maybe she was having a bad day?? It wasn't bad enough where I'll never return, but enough to where I needed to mention it here. ‍ So, I guess we shall see on my next visit. Lol I haven't tried any of the food at this location so I can't review that. As for the ambiance of the restaurant it is very nice inside. It is a smaller establishment, but there are tables where you can dine in if you'd like. I'd definitely come dine in and try out their food sometime. Especially if the first employee I did business with is working. So far, I can recommend this place for their Bubble Teas. They're Greeeaat!!

I only lived here for barely a year, but the boba was so squishy and sweet! I got a mix of chocolate Nutella strawberry and omg...the drink was soooo good. Still think about it 'til this day! I hate that there are no outlets here, so could not do my work :/ lots of booths, yes, but the other half of the table are chairs. easy parking and a bit of dim lighting. it seemed off-white of a shade, which I no like as much because it makes everything look bland

Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #117…read more We visited Onit Cafe on a rainy Saturday afternoon in June, hoping to score an after lunch boba. Sprinting through the downpour, as we hadn't expected the rain, we threw ourselves into this modern, yet industrial shop, where we saw a couple of people sitting inside like us to wait out the rain. We placed our order with the friendly bobarista and got our drink within a couple of minutes. Jasmine Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Less Ice w/ Boba ($6.75) - The milk tea has a heavy powdery creamer flavor, but it's not gritty or silty at all. Unfortunately it's so heavy that the drink tastes almost entirely like creamer with only a tiny bit of flowery finish. It's not the most pleasant flavor due to this quality. While the creamer is on the heavier end, the sweetness is not; at half sweet it's not too sweet. The boba is very good, super bouncy and chewy with basically the ideal texture. They aren't marinated that long so aren't quite that sweet or flavorful. Milk Tea Rating: 3/5 Boba Rating: 4.5/5 Onit Cafe is one of those rare places where I liked the boba far more than the drink. I don't visit Federal Way too often, but if I'm even down there again, I'd give it another shot to see if I can get a better drink next time. I don't live nearby, but I ended up grabbing a stamp card, so there's a good chance I'll come back eventually for the drinks alone. I ordered a chrysanthemum tea with boba along with a banh mi. The drink was probably the highlight of my visit since it was super refreshing, flavorful, and made pretty quickly too. Definitely quenched my thirst. The ordering process was a little awkward though. There was one guy working the front and I had a hard time hearing/understanding him at first (maybe he was speaking too quietly?), but it became easier once we switched to Vietnamese. He also didn't seem to recognize the drink I wanted even after I gave the menu number, so I had to point it out on the menu before he could ring it up correctly. I'm guessing he might've been new. The banh mi took longer than expected considering the place was empty, probably because from what I could see, there was only one lady in the back making food. Taste-wise, it was decent but nothing especially memorable for me, and the size felt smaller compared to other places I've ordered from. I think the banh mi only came in one size. Usually, I'd order a Large so maybe that's why this one seems small. There were at least a couple tables inside so I could sit and wait. I still had a good experience though and would come back mainly for the drinks because that chrysanthemum tea was genuinely really good. They have tons of options so I wanna try out their other drinks too.
