    ##6. Burrito & Enchilada Combo

The food was not very good at all and the food I ordered was barely even warm, although I had just got it. Would highly not recommend. Also found a hair stuck in the beans.

Horrible !! Spent 10.00 on a Carne Asada bowl and I got a water down bowl with hardly any meat on it , the meat is tiny pieces of ground meat mixed in , this is the last time I'll be coming back , they have gone down hill , and getting cheap .. Had to throw it away , even the rice was watery , I hate to complain about small businesses but this is Bad .. At least at Qdoba. and Chipotle you get some meat and not water down crap.. it's going in the trash it's inedible . I also called and complained . They don't care .

Came here for the first time in years. Definitely wanted to try more items but didn't want to over do it. Very budget friendly and very good customer service. Will have to come back for the carne asada fries and nachos.

I decided to take my grandson to this place. He ordered a beef burrito. I ordered a taco salad. Which was okay. I wish ir was a bit bigger but they do have a spicy red salsa that I liked. Here is a picture of one of the menus.

Just got back from Mexico, still craving tacos, so I ordered take-out of 3 carne asada tacos. Super good, packed with flavor, and beef was tender. Had to get a glass bottled coke to go with it. Yum!

Staff is friendly. Food is pretty good. Prices are a little high for this type of fast food. Inside has the feeling of a hole-in-the-wall spot. Not in a bad way. It's clean.

There was a large amount of foo Pros: Fajita was good..large serving...the beans and rice were blah but still fine The burrito my husband did not like, but partially due to it not being ground beef.. Likely will not return, also wanted to mention don't be fooled by the pic of the menu...each item about 2$higher than what is being chargrd

Fasle advertising they have this price in the store and on line but different at the cash register . Cashiers are very rude.

Does anyone know if they have a detailed ingredient list somewhere? I cannot have gluten and need to know the exact ingredients and I cannot find an ingredient or allergy list anywhere for this company.

Hmm, I do not know, sorry. If you have not already tried I would call one of the store and ask.

I found on Yelp that Volcano coffee was within 5 minutes of my location. This was definitely a random visit which turned into a wonderful one. Upon my entry, I was greeted with a cheerful "Good Morning " by one of the ladies (employee/possibly owner) and had made eye contact. I advised it was my first visit and if she didn't mind me taking some updated photos of the business as Yelp had old pictures. She stated "You're more than welcome, let me know when you're ready to order". I thanked her and I would holler. The place was larger than I expected. The building didn't look as big on the outside. I guess I was fooled. LOL! The ambiance was clean, comfortable with cozy lounge furniture and dining tables. There is a Fireplace, however, was not in use as it was warm inside. The Christmas tree was still up. I was advised by one of the ladies that they leave it up and change the theme throughout the year. I thought that was pretty neat. Drive thru is available. After looking through the menu. I opted to order the sausage egg muffin breakfast $6.50. This was good. I also ordered a Masala Chai latte with coconut milk $6.30 (inclusive of up charge $.75). This was recommended by one of the ladies and had claimed it was her favorite drink. I enjoyed this drink very much! I also had a warmed apple fritter $3.05 which was good. The three ladies that were working on that day were so joyful, full of smiles and laughter. I could tell they had great chemistry and enjoyed working there. I believe one of them was the owner. They surely made my morning and my day. I left merrily on my way to run the rest of my errands. I shall be back! =)

Wanted breakfast and thought why not Tim's…read more Well today should have need "Not Tim's" We got there at 8am and it was a little busy. But not so busy it took 5min to greet and seat us. Really lots of empty tables but a staff that seemed to not care or we finally had mastered the power of invisibility. Finally someone motioned just a minute. Like 5 minutes wasn't enough. So we got a table and reviewed the menu. We decided on a simple breakfast. Eggs, bacon, coffee, toast etc.... Simple right? It took 5 minutes to get two cups of coffee. Then we waited. Remember it was not very busy. Server was nice but nothing about sorry your wait was so long. Nothing! Well the two breakfast dishes (scrambled eggs and sunny side up eggs) still were a no show. And we like crisp bacon but not overly cooked bacon. Not a difficult order. I have whipped this out in my kitchen in less than 10 minutes for 3 people. So why did it take almost 15 minutes to get ours. And why no coffee refills? And crispy bacon is not drop already cooked bacon into a deep fryer and forget it and then serve it and it actually is sooo overcooked that just looking at it makes it break and charcoal would have tasted better. The eggs were under cooked scrambled as my wife likes done eggs and my sunny side up were two rubber disks and overcooked with no sign of the runny eggs I like. The rest of the food was meh. So lesson learned, don't think Tim's will be an option for any meals in the future. P.S.: even when we pointed out the issues the server didn't blink when she said "You asked for crispy bacon, and the kitchen was overwhelmed" Really!!!

The first issue was the seating. Instead of putting our party at an area that had tables that could be moved together five of us were put at a booth meant for four people. The area with more capacity was by the door that leads to the outdoor dining, and was being used by other patrons, with more room available. A chair wa placed at the end of the table for the booth we were in. The legs for the table were such that I had to "tuck" my feet under the chair I was sitting on. This was very uncomfortable for someone who had seven knee surgeries. During the meal I had to place the plate with my biscuit onto my knee to get my coffee refilled, either that or the server would have needed to reach over me to refill it. The food was a bit of a disappointment for two of us. I had the chicken fried steak with country potatoes. My wife had eggs Benedict with loaded hash browns. My county potatoes were actually cool, not cold, not even warm, cool. What made them semi-warm was the gravy on top of them. My wife's potatoes appear to have been sitting around. They were more than crispy, being hard, and cold. The eggs for the eggs Benedict were almost completely hard cooked. The yolk was not at all runny, to blend in with the sauce. Her fruit cup had lots of water in it, and the melon was not as ripe as it should have been. She remarked later she should have gotten the biscuit. We did not complain to the server. Had we done so everyone else in our party would have finished their meals by the time our replacement would have arrived. Well over $100 spent for a disappointing experience. The first we can remember at a Black Bear Diner.
