So afterwards, we went over to get a fruit tea to share and noticed there were two doorways to enter. A good quarter of the door had cute sleepwear clothes that you can purchase with all types of patterns for all ages and sizes. The rest of the shop had a couple tables with chairs, a long table with several bar stools lined up, and finally the ordering counter. It can get a bit confusing with who is done ordering or has not ordered as the double entryways make it confusing. Another part that threw me off was no greeting or mention from the cashier that they could take our order. When he did acknowledge us, he rudely asks if we were going to order. I was confused as the place was so bright and vibrant, so it felt like whiplash when the tone and attitude of our cashier was so cold and rude. My sister and I ordered some bubble tea on their website for pick-up. There were no additional fees to order online nor were their online prices higher than what is on their menu. It said it would be ready in 15 minutes, and our orders were indeed ready for pick-up in about 15 minutes (although we did place our order about 30 minutes after the opened). The owner (I'm assuming) called me and my sister to let us know our drinks were ready. I gave an extra star for how friendly the owner was, and how quick and efficient it was to get our seven bubble teas. I ordered one for my cousin, and she, my sister, and I all thought the tapioca was a little too hard. I tried the Grapefruit Green Tea (added tapioca) and Passionfruit Tea w/ Aloe Vera (added crystal boba), both at 30% sugar level. I liked when both, but liked the passionfruit one better; it had more flavor, though still a little sweeter than what I expected for 30% sugar, and the aloe vera and crystal boba went well with it. My sister also thought she can go less sugar next time, but liked all her flavors. We definitely plan on giving more flavors a try, and hopefully, the tapioca will have a better texture next time. read more

It's located next to ZEN Ramen & Sushi Burrito restaurant in the South Tacoma Village Shopping Center (SMALL center) on S Tacoma Way. There's a parking lot for customers to park at. I got their dark roasted oolong milk tea with 50% sweetness and light ice. The drink wasn't too bad! It wasn't super amazing, but I can definitely taste the roasted oolong flavor that many shops do not have. Definitely liked that aspect. My friend got their Hokkaido milk tea with 50% sweetness. This was actually relatively good too! They offer 5% military discount (darn, missed this) and also have a stamp card system with buy 8 and get 1 free offer. This place didn't seem like those traditional, popular Taiwanese boba shops (Vietnamese-owned), but they are pretty good and following the hype of those stores. The next time I'm around the area, I do want to try their other drinks. They offer a wide variety of drinks outside of milk tea including smoothies and teas. read more

I am mighty glad that there is another boba shop in this area. I hated having to drive to the mall to get my fix on milk tea. Additionally, with COVID, we couldn't really go to the mall for drinks. I prefer ordering online these days and with this establishment, they have one of the easiest ways of ordering online. I was actually surprised at how easy and fast it was to order. Once the order is paid for, the final page will show you the estimated time for pick up (usually within 15 minutes). Staff will call you once your order is ready for pick up. Same as if you were ordering in person, you can let them know how much ice you would like, how sweet you would like your drink to be, and what toppings you would like with your drink. Keep in mind that the toppings are an additional charge, which I find weird. I feel like that should be a part of the order. One thing I hope they will do in the future is add the smaller sized tapioca balls *cross fingers* to their topping options. Price can range between $4.50 - $5.00+. I'm not super adventurous when it comes to milkshakes and smoothies but I Oreos are one of my greatest weaknesses. The menu has the options of a vanilla Oreo smoothie and a taro Oreo smoothie. I almost went with vanilla but I thought, "I'm hardly ever come by and it's not like I can get a taro smoothie just anywhere." So I went for it. I was not disappointed. I don't really know how to describe the taste of taro in the smoothie apart from "really good and just the right amount of sweetness." If you want something cold, with the magic of Oreos blended in without going into a sweetness coma, this is the drink you have been waiting for. The shop: It's small and there's room for a group of four to sit down. Otherwise, you'll need to take your drinks to go. The service: The owner and workers are so kind and friendly. I was shopping at Hmart and was craving for bubble tea. As I look into Yelp, I found this place located closeby from Hmart. There were plenty of parking around the area. IMO I thought their bubble tea was mediocre. I do agree with some others that they do lack the tea flavors; it's more milky. I tried their oolong milk tea which I think isn't bad but a bit too sweet for my liking. They give you a punch card for purchasing their drinks. $5 drinks was a bit pricey but I guess that's how much bubble tea cost these days.
