I didn't know about any of the reviews, but I can only attest to the drink I ordered and not the food. The wait was a bit long for my taste. I was at the counter for a good 5 minutes before a worker addressed me. She seemed to be the only one there, so I was curious if they are understaffed or something. Rose Lychee: This was not a bad tea. I did taste the floral notes of the Rose in the lychee tea. And adding strawberry jelly was a good topping choice. At less sweet and less ice, it was the ideal combination for me. Overall, not a bad spot. Had a better experience here than the other tea shot I have been in this area. The Asian women was so rude, she yelled at me when my order was ready, put in a here container when I asked for a Togo container she had a fresh mouth. Decided to give this boba spot a try to see how the fruit teas tasted before heading home. This standalone boba stand has ample seating in front and on either side of it. There's an order and pick up window. What drew me in was their fruit tea selection - I'm a fan of passionfruit and I haven't seen "Pineapple Passionfruit" on a menu very often so I tried it. It's $5.95 WITHOUT any toppings and there's no Yelp check-in deal either. Toppings are additional .50 cents which would put the drink at $7 with tax (quite expensive for a plain fruit tea). I ordered light ice and 75% sweet. My drink was a decent size, but it was just a bit plain for my taste. I don't think this place is as good as iTea or other places, especially since they actually have a topping(s) included in their drinks sometimes. If you're looking for a quick drink and not too picky about pricing or flavor, give this place a shot. After shopping around we decided to check this place out for a drink and a little snack. The shop is pretty small and 1-2 people can stand in line to order. They offer a variety of drinks and fried items. We decided to get their Caramel Milk Tea ($4.95). Unfortunately they had no boba at the time since it was pretty close to opening. We opted with lychee jelly instead. We also ordered fried fish ball ($4.95), popcorn chicken ($5.95) and fried chicken wings ($6.50). It took about 5 minutes for our order to be ready. There are a few tables provided by the outlet near the store where you can eat. The fried items were okay. Nothing bad but nothing over the top as well. Portion wise it's okay. A bit on the expensive side for how much you receive. It does do the job though if you're craving a small snack. The caramel milk tea was pretty good. Not sure how it'll taste if there was boba instead (possibly better) but the lychee jelly was a good substitute. Overall it was pretty good. Don't expect to get full unless you order every side on the menu. Nice little place for milk tea/boba drinks if you're in the outlet. Day 5 of 7 Days of Boba finds us at Tea Heart, in the Livermore Outlet center. Let me preface this first by noting that this review is specifically for the location that is in the outlet shop front, and not for the location that's in the middle of the outlet that's sort of in it's standalone hut/shack. This listing appears to be for both of these locations reading through the reviews and the pictures, so wanted to clarify this first. The shop front location isn't very large, as there is just a small entry way for maybe 1-2 people typically to be inside, and for social distancing times, really just 1 at a time at the front counter. However, plenty of places to wait outside, and they do have the social distancing spots marked on the ground out the door, so not bad. The menu is fairly straight forward, as all of the drinks are listed at the top, and a small food menu behind the front register. Staff was friendly, no issues there. Also, time wise they were quick, and did not take long at all to get my drink done. Pricing, also not too bad, and on par with the other drink/food places in this huge outlet. The plus here is that the drink does include boba with the drink, and appears you can even switch it with others, so one free topping included into the price per drink is good. And you can adjust ice and sugar here. The boba was actually pretty good. QQ, but not too chewy, and does have some flavor to it. Decent amount of boba too. The downside is that the drink itself was subpar at best, as the flavor of the milk tea part of the drink was very bland. Not a lot of tea flavor. Not a lot of milk flavor. Plenty of watery flavors, unfortunately. All in all, it's okay. Not terrible, but also nothing spectacular. There's more than a handful of other boba places (not necessarily in this outlet) in the surrounding shopping areas, so if you want better boba, you'll have better luck there. But if you're at the outlet, and want to grab a boba, it's not the worst place to get it, at least at the location with the actual store front and not the hut/shack location (haven't been, so can't speak to it). This tea shop is a kiosk building that is in an area that you would pass through to get to the outlet shops away from the parking lot. So you can easily miss this spot if you are not parking in the back parking lot. From what I could tell there was only 1 or 2 people running this location. The worker that I interacted with was not the friendliest. When I went to pay my card chip was having problems being read by their machine because the payment didn't go through but a receipt printed. The worker was in the middle of handing me the receipt and hastily pulled it away. They said my card didn't work and to put my card in again. I checked my account and they didn't double charge me but I find it weird that their system printed a receipt when the payment didn't go through. They may be using an older system since the worker inputted the amount I had to pay on a payment tablet. I ordered a pink guava tea without toppings. In comparison to other boba shops the price was on the more expensive side in my opinion ($6.56). What I did like is that the shop had taped squares on the ground to indicate where customers should stand. read more

Pretty much the only boba option within the livermore outlet complex. Prices are higher and there's usually a wait. They have 2 locations on close to the food court and the other is located on the northern side closer to Michael kors. I usually get an oolong kreama and ask for 25% or 50% sweet. The smaller location in the north pretty much never adjusts the taste. The one closer to the floor court definitely does. I like their lobster ball but it's pretty over priced. It's about $6 for 6 balls. They don't have any stamp cards or rewards program. My bf likes the mango sago there. First time trying their drink which I had the traditional milk tea with agar boba and grass jelly with 25% sweet. It was delicious but the only thing is the sweetness was perfectly sweet being at 25%. Which means at regular sweetness must be really sweet. I would suggest to get 50% sweet for their drinks. I usually get my drinks sweet and regular sweetness at most places but this time is diff. Health reasons, wanted it to be little sweet but turn out it's the perfect sweetness I usually drink at most places. Anyway. The flavor is soooo goood. Strong tea flavor.
