A satisfactory boba experience! Feels like an endless menu but I can almost guarantee you'll find something for everyone you come here with. There's comfy seating inside and a table out front. Also some claw machines and other keychain trinkets by the counter. As a mom of littles it was wonderful to see they have simple coloring pages and color pencils. I ordered: 1) Sunset Passion, after tax with crystal boba (25c) was $6.34 - one of their top 10 drinks - did not taste much of anything except a bitter after taste due to the green tea - utilizes syrups - thankfully does not have the seeds which I dislike that's common in most passion fruit drinks - crystal boba was 25 cents which was sus to a tee (expiring? expired?) Service: I tested their service by asking why the crystal boba is 25 cents. And the response I received was "not many people get it." Super glad to see a new boba shop in Livermore! We visited TeaZenTea to beat the heat with a cold drink for the weekend. It was a tad bit hard to find since they don't have a logo / sign outside of the business. Walking inside of the store itself, we were so pleasantly surprised to see how well decorated and inviting the whole place was! Lots of earthy tones, and booth seats ideal for 2-4. It seems like a nice plate to go hang out. You can order at the register or at the side kiosk if you prefer. They were having a BTS 10th anniversary celebration that weekend, and offered special drinks which sounded cool too. The place got suuuuper busy but luckily we got our order in before the rush. I tried the cheese cream green tea with boba. The boba was really good, and had a great texture! The green tea was nice and fragrant, but the cheese cream was alright. I came here on Friday for the soft opening. There were a few other groups as soon as they opened. I ordered at the kiosk and it was really helpful that they included descriptions for the menu items. You can also search for items which was useful since they have a rather large menu. (Promo code: SOFT for 20% off during the soft opening) There's faux plants to decorate the interior. I liked the little booths for indoor seating. There's no outdoor seating yet but there is space to put some outside in the future. I ordered the ube taro creme brulee and taro black milk tea with boba. I received a text to confirm my order with an estimated time of ten minutes which was accurate. An employee kindly offered me a bag after noticing I was going to carry out two drinks in addition to my toddler. I've never tried creme brulee style drinks so I ordered it 50% sweet. Happy to see a boba tea shop in Downtown Livermore! We came in during the Livermore Downtown street fest. They were a bit busy but they have a self service tablet where you can order your drinks and a live person to take your orders if you prefer. They have quite a few options! So I recommend taking a look at the menu before going to place your order so that you don't hold up the line. However, if you need help ordering the person upfront is helpful and can guide you! The establishment is clean and nicely decorated with a tropical feel to it. I had the pink dragon with mango popping and she had a chocolate milk tea with boba. Save your hard earned U.S. dollars! Seems like it's all about maximizing profits here with the customer getting the short end of the stick! Family and friends have been coming here since this location has opened, supporting this business. Four drinks were ordered this week. Every drink ordered is supposed to be less ice. Half a cup of ice for each drink is not less ice! I noticed the staff pouring it with what sounded like a lot of ice. When asked if all these drinks is less ice, staff replied yes. Fun decor, nice staff and tasty boba tea. The cashier said they specialize in fruit tea. They have a large menu and something for everyone here, so I'm excited to try more things. They have a lot of fun toppings like blueberry hearts and cute drinks that have butterfly tea (blue-purple color changing drink when reactive to lemon). Lots of seating areas and decent Wi-Fi, we spent 3 hours working with our laptops here. The music is a bit on the loud side so bring headphones if you need help concentrating. I will say there didn't seem to be any AC and it was pretty warm in there so I hope they can get some ventilation going. A friend and I stopped by as we were in the area and had the time. We had skipped lunch but still weren't particularly hungry so I suggested we hit up a tea spot and he knew of this shop in downtown and we were only a couple of miles away. We were looking through the menu and as of a couple of months ago, I usually only get fruit teas now. Nothing seemed new and interesting to me, but then I spotted the honeydew milk tea and that sparked my interest so I thought huh, I'll give it a shot. I added boba to mine. For snacks, there were two options but their egg tart (in Mandarin Chinese it'd be dan ta) was out of stock so the only option left was pandan pancake. Needless to say, it was really, really good and I wasn't even hungry. Add the honeydew milk tea to it? One heck of an afternoon snack if you ask me! I dont know if we just hit the shop at the right timing since a lot of schools were probably on break, but there weren't too many students present and the whole shop just had a really, really quiet vibe to it which felt amazing. You could have a decent conversation with someone without shouting at them haha. I'll definitely visit this place again when I'm in the area. got the blended thai tea which is absolutely delicious but does not taste of thai tea like at all tbh. it reminded me instantly of chick fil a's soft serve, which is so random for something that is supposed to be thai tea but i'm not complaining cuz it's sooo good. it's a very smooth blended, so it's not icy in texture. my mom got the hot black milk tea at 50% sweetness and it's quite good. she initially was going to get 25% cuz she doesn't like when it's too sweet and to be healthier but is happy she went w 50% because 50% is just the right balance of sweet and bitter notes of the tea. she does wish the tea flavor was more potent tho but still quite satisfied read more

The combination of small booth seating and few barstools at the front of the store is great for small groups, but not anything larger than 2-4 people. A few other notes from my first two visits: - Service is friendly - Menu is expansive with a variety of teas, milk teas, and blended drinks - Great central downtown Livermore location For both my visits I ordered the same drink - a hot Jasmine Green milk tea, 0% sugar, and boba topping. My only initial complaint is that whereas my first visit my drink was very creamy and tasty, the 2nd visit I was left with a bitter and less creamy drink. So for something basic, there is not good consistency and for paying nearly $7 (not cheap), I don't want to end up with an unenjoyable drink.
