Newest n cutest boba shop In the desert!! The lady in the front was sweet and very helpful. My family and I were huge fans of each of our drinks! Their milk teas are creamy and super yummy. The drinks are my absolute favorite of any boba place I've ever been to, but it's closed at least 75% of the time I try to come here, despite the hours online stating they're open. I've asked about it and was told "no they were open." They clearly were not. What are the correct hours of this location? Overall, I was very disappointed. The store is not air conditioned at all. I initially did not mind; however, when you need to sit in the store for 30+ min to wait for two drinks, air condition would be nice in 100 degree weather. The service was not good. People were getting upset because they also had been waiting 30+ min for their drinks. There is only one worker and when there's a line of 5 people ordering, the worker will take all the orders before making one single drink. This means there's queue of potentially 8+ drinks at a time that need to be made. Not a great experience. It was evident that all the customers (17 people at the time) were just sitting idly waiting for their drinks for 30+ minutes. read more

Came in when the store was empty and ordered 2 drinks. Subsequently 4 other people came in after me. 10 minutes had past and my order wasn't fulfilled. However the two people after their drink came out. When I asked about my drink they said it was coming right up. Another order came out that wasn't mine. At this point I was annoyed and asked again where my order was. The lady said the guy in training is making it. I get that you you have to train but you should prioritize drinks that come in order or acknowledge the customer their drink will take a bit of time. This was my first time in this area and I was looking for a nice way to complete a meal I had earlier. My lady saw this shop, and because she loves boba, we went. Tea Momo is conveniently placed in a place where there is a lot of good food, shopping, and easily seen from the main roads. What caught my attention was the overly lifesized cup of boba that actually a lamp display for people to see in the evening. Entering the place, it is neat and tiny like many boba shops are. The menu is in clear view, and I LOVE that they have certain details in parenthesis. They labeled everything whether it was dairy or not, and which ones were the more popular drinks. The cashier who served us was helpful in answering all of our questions, including the questions that could have been answered if we would have just read the menu more thoroughly (I know a lot of you do the same thing hahaha-JUST READ!) The drinks were chilled, the boba was great, and everything was very tasty. Shoutout to yelp for that 10% discount to check-in because any percentage is super helpful. The one guy (I think he's the owner) has no customer skills the girls aren't that much better BUT I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt bc they're not rude but they're not friendly either and I think it's bc all the times I've been there it's just one girl behind the counter taking orders and making them and like 5+ customers. this a good representation of a young woman who does not want to work at a place but was very nice. she took 30 minutes to make four drinks and one person got a refund and I almost got a refund as we were late to our dinner. My drink tasted like water and even tho the board says 65 cents for toppings they charged 75 cents. I tipped which I regret. I would not hear again especially with the same woman working.
