Everything was going well, they gave me two options, have a technician come out to try and clean it or take a discount. I chose to take the discount because I didn't want to deal with the headache of exchanging this large item. She asked me if I would like to receive the discount back to the original card that ended in these 4 digits and I said "no, wait, I had paid with two cards, a visa gift card and a credit card. She told me the last 4 digits and I was not familiar with this card so I said it needs to be refunded to my personal credit card. She proceeds to put me on hold and then comes back and tells me the lead said there's nothing we can do you will have to contact the credit card company of the visa gift card. How the hell am I supposed to contact them?? Who keeps a visa gift card credit card after using it?!?! So I said I need it to be refunded to my actual personal credit card. And proceeds to argue with me that I said yes to her question of "did you want it back on the original card? I said I need to speak to someone above you and this lead person above you that said there's nothing they can do, because this is ridiculous! She puts me on hold and then tells me after that unfortunately there is no one above the lead here past 7pm. So they will call you back within 24hrs. Clearly you guys don't want to deal with this so you're just trying to pass it off. This is the biggest load of crap I've ever seen. Do not go here for your purchases. On the other hand, sales rep (Guy) who actually sold me the recliner was nice and he gets 5 stars but all this other nonsense gets them 0 stars. I will update this review after they call me back.

When they first opened, it was crazy with gobs of early birds. At the entrance are two large containers of freshly brewed coffee that they sell on the premises. I got me some. People were chatty and jolly shopping for Christmas. Then a long line to check out. But the line is a fun place to be. There is so much to look at at each stage of shopping here. It's wondrous. 4 PM there was hardly anybody waiting in the checkout line. I returned one item and purchased many more gifts. There is plenty of parking.

Horrible products, horrible customer service, horrible after-sales support, and outright deception…read more I purchased a sofa from Ashley Furniture in March 2025 for over $4,000, expecting basic quality and honesty. Instead, I got a defective product and a company that refuses to stand behind what it sells. In less than a year, with a total usage of maybe 30 hours, the cushions have severely sunk. My wife and I are almost never at home, so this couch has seen virtually no use. There is absolutely no justification for this kind of failure. To make matters worse, I was sold an "extended warranty" with clear assurances that it would cover everything, including cushion issues. That turned out to be completely false. After two so-called "expert" inspections and more than six phone calls totaling hours of my time, they are now denying coverage and backtracking on what was promised. This is not just poor quality, it is blatant misrepresentation. I have two witnesses who were present when I was told the warranty would cover cushion failure, especially this early on. Now they are pretending otherwise. I will be taking this matter to small claims court. Avoid this company at all costs. I will never buy from them again and will continue sharing this experience so others do not fall into the same trap.

We ordered a set of outdoor furniture to be delivered July 19th and chose a set specifically for the in-stock status as we need it for an event on the 25th. Today is that day. They are now saying it won't be ready until the 28th. When I reached out to customer service, they stated that there was one item (a rug) that was not in stock yet, so they'd be holding the WHOLE order until then to avoid a double-delivery, or, if we wanted, WE could eat a second delivery fee, which is insane to expect of us. I requested that they delivery everything ready to us by the 24th, and they refused as its "our policy." So, to clarify, their "policy" is that if we provide you a delivery date that is inaccurate, we expect you to just deal with the consequences of a delay; therefore, when ordered from Crate & Barrel, you essentially cannot ever plan around a delivery date--not even within a week of that date, since we are being pushed 9 days out. So, be sure when using this company, you either a) plan nothing for a long period of time afterward that depends on that order's delivery, or b) do what we will be doing and use Wayfair or Pottery Barn (which is where we'll go from now on) because when things like this happen, they help facilitate solutions, not resolve it with "sorry, it's our policy."
