Worst service I've ever experienced. I got a call from YAMAHA regarding of my tires that i ordered…read more I live an hour away from Wasilla so I asked, "is Saturday a good time to bring my bike over to change the tires?". They tell me "of course, bring it over". Cool, that means they have space to work on the bike. Saturday arrives, I rent a trailer to tow my bike and made my way to Wasilla. I went to service to drop off the bike, and the manager tells me "we don't have an appointment for you today". "I was told to bring it over today, so I did. How there's no appointment for me?" Anyways, the manager from service helped me out since I already did the trip, affecting the people already in line to get their bike serviced. I head over to the part department to talk to the guy who told me to bring it over. He says "yeah, i told you to bring it over but it's not on us that service is backed up for 4 weeks, WE DONT WORK WITH SERVICE" (it's the same fucking dealership, they're both YAMAHA, how will you say you don't work along with service, ridiculous). Why instead of saying to bring it, you could have said "talk to the manager from service to make sure he has space". It's not that fucking hard, you don't need a college degree to do so, just some common sense. In other words, as a client is my fault and my responsibility of not making an appointment before hand. "FUCK THE CLIENTS" that should be the new part's department motto. Shoutout to the service manager to be mindful about the situation and helped me out.

Very unhappy with my local Yamaha dealer, Performance Yamaha of Alaska. It took them two months to…read moredo a standard service, brake jobs, and oil changes on my two machines. It was 5 weeks from when I dropped them off to get a call just to verify parts. Another 4 weeks to get the parts in and repairs. And to add the Icing! I got machines back with no oil in them. Found out when the boys got stranded 4 miles from home. I know where I will purchase my new boat motor, new snowmachine, and another four wheeler! Not at Performance Yamaha in Wasilla! #terribleservice #notgettingmybusiness #HelloAnchorageYamaha

I gave Dakota and Roy some wishlist items for my Dream Bike not really expecting much enthusiasm…read morebecause it wasn't the newest model. Well, they found exactly what I wanted, and helped me with some upgraded accessories as well. They also delivered it right to my garage! Their expertise was extremely helpful, and their customer service was seriously unbelievable. I can't thank them enough for helping me find the bike of my dreams! If you have something in mind even if it's not in new, let them know and they won't stop until you're riding it. I know personally!

The service manager phoned me and the date and time were scheduled. We arrived and were greeted by dealership staff who did everything they could to make us comfortable while we waited. The service was undertaken with a high level of skill and competence. Knowing that the ride from home to Alaska had been over some rough roads the tech checked and torqued every nut and bolt on my bike, and checked everything else. I was able to watch him through a window into the shop and was impressed by the thoroughness of his work. Washing my bike was included in the service, and the detailer spent an hour in the wash bay cleaning my bug covered, muddy, dirty bike. It looked showroom new when he finished. This is a small dealership, family-owned. I'll stop there for service again next time I ride to Alaska.
