An update on our two month saga with Team Chevrolet in Vallejo. We brought out truck to Team Chevrolet for service after it had been vandalized, the ignition switch looked damaged yet when I jumped it with another battery it fired right up but would not idle nor stay running. I had it towed to Team Chevrolet and told Luz, the service writer, the exact problem was that the new battery was drained but when I jumped it with another battery it fired up, but would not idle nor run smoothly. The same key I left with our truck was the one that turned the motor over. For over two months were were fed excuse after excuse, all blaming the availability of parts, however they could run down to Auto zone and get them for one fifth of what they charged our insurance company. I continued to emphasize to Luz that i needed my truck because i cannot keep driving my wife to work and pick her up when I need to get to my various chemo, and cancer related appointments. Luz told us the mechanic had an accident and broke both legs and arms. They should have put another mechanic on it. I hope that was not another outright lie. Another time she told us that our company changed adjusters and she would have to run them down and has not been able to contact them. Today our adjuster said, unequivocally, that she has been the only adjuster from the beginning. After two months I was told that I even though they had completed most of the work, we had to wait until they got parts (ordered three weeks prior) for the door. After we posted a negative review on their website, Luz called me with her hat in her hand saying she did not understand what I was asking for and I could pick up the truck until they got the other parts. I checked with her at 9:00 in the morning and she was going to have it brought up, at which time I told her I would be back after 3:00 in the afternoon. The truck drove two miles home but when i tried to used it two days later, steam came out of the hood briefly. Even though the gauge temp. was good when I lifted the hood, not steam was present an the radiator and hose were not even hot. I put in one and a half gallons of water and even though the motor had the same sputtering problem and would barely run, I was able to nurse it home three miles away at 10 mph. Now the service department tells me they only charged for the door and ignition locks. Over three thousand dollars for door and ignition locks? Myself or any other handy-wife or husband can change those themselves in an hour or two for under a couple hundred bucks. We cant, however diagnose a problem with the ECU, so that is when I towed it to Team Chevrolet. While waiting for them to fix my truck this time, I find that a second amended work order request was filed for an additional $ 884.86 cents for door parts that were never mentioned as being part of the initial vandalism damages, in fact, the second billing included duplicate charges for parts they had already listed on the original bill and have been paid for. It seems that these duplicate charges are nearly $700.00. How can they bill the insurance company for work I never asked for, nor authorized by me, or was even a problem? Now we will pick up out truck, have to have it towed elsewhere pay for the proper repairs out of pocket, because they seemingly have fraudulently billed our Insurance company. I was allegedly pre-approved for $ 21,200 after submitting extensive 1099's, tax returns, income statements online by sales representative Rocco Marconni. He falsely identified himself on my first 2 intial contacts to his cell # 707-704-5115 as an auto broker not an employee of Team Superstores and that he sold 300 cars a month on average. I made an appointment with him carrying my cadre of documents, income statements, etc. I choose a car with a MSRP of $ 16,455.00. At this point it was clear now I would take a car for this price. I wanted no money down, etc. I finally agreed to put $ 1947.81 down to cover tax and license, however now the car price had changed to $19, 480. I again reiterated the price was incorrect and a third price came back at 18,900.00 with now a greater down payment of $ 3000.00, Albeit my credit is not that great, but the moving target price made it perfectly clear what I was dealing 100% with a "scum bag operation," I made it perfectly clear this was unacceptable, I talked with another "shady" character sitting in a raised finance glass office (probably to make him feel superior because of the raised office---NOT!) He stated the bank was requiring him to sell the car for more, after I intellectually undressed him for that lie and trick, he said "WELL THEN BUY THE CAR FOR ALL CASH," I said no way I am not buying a car that way. Like the sales rep he had a sweet smell emitting from him similar to alcohol, both smelled heavily like they had been drinking, (I SEE A VALLEJO CRIME BLOG WITH A MATCHING NAME ON 10/1/2012 FOR ONE OF THESE INDIVIDUALS WITH THE SAME NAME ARRESTED IN VALLEJO FOR DRUNK DRIVING? WHAT DID I GET MYSELF INTO WITH THIS OPERATION???) I left and will never return to such a sketchy operation. NICE TRY TO SCAM---THWARTED. after contacting this dealership and receiving an alleged pre-approved loan for $ 21,200, they tried to con me by telling me that a 2012 chevrolet sonic 4dr, sedan, lt, 1lt with an msrp of $ 16,455 they would lose money if they sold it to me at the following prices offered to me by rocco marconni 707-704-5115. the scum bag sales manager, later identified by picture as DOUG HAVARD. they claimed: first offer msrp $ 16,455 would lose them -$ 294, invoice is $ 15,824 + 631 for them second offer created by sales manager DOUG HAVARD $ 19,890 would lose them -$ 294 invoice is $ 15,824 + $ 4066 for them third offer created/invented by sales manager DOUG HAVARD $ 18,450 would lose them -$ 294 invoice is $ 15,824 + $ 2626 for them DOUG HAVARD actually was stupid enough to claim that the financial institution he was getting me the loan with required him to sell the car for more, of course this would make the LTV over 100% what a bone head! NOTHWITHSTANDING ANY HOLDBACK! this car had a cargo net, front guards and trunk mats as only dealer options. they continued to claim a loss of $ 294.00 each time even though there price changed 3x. nada data is clear on the invoice. these guys are liars and very dishonest, it appears they use a software program for finance that is a word processor template so that they can enter any number and make up whatever they want. stay away from this operation read more

I'd rate Team Superstores 10 stars if I could! I can't say enough about the kindness, courtesy, and professionalism of all the staff. They helped me trade in my Chevrolet Tahoe in 2012 and in just the last week I was able to 'upgrade' my SS Camaro to a 2014 model. The latter wouldn't have been possible if it were not for ROCCO MARCONNI- Assistant Manager to the stars! I received Rocco's email regarding my selection to partake in Team's vehicle exchange program. Intrigued, I responded and was able to meet with Rocco at my convenience. From his first handshake and smile, I could tell how professional and personable he is. He walked me through the steps of the exchange program, patiently answering my questions and concerns. Rocco was very prompt in returning my calls and emails to him even when he was out of town. So I recently came in to purchase a truck after being referred here from a sales lady Rene. Me and my wife were in the area so we decided to come and take a look and we had the pleasure of doing business with Nate and he was very professional. He showed us every truck and I ended up falling in love with a 2016 chevy Colorado, and after doing a lot of the paper work we found of the price I could pay for this vehicle and the manager Rocco was very understanding and he managed to get me a great deal on the truck. They had an area where my daughter could play so she wasn't bored. I was not sure where to put this review on the website, but my story must be told...I was driving home on 9/24/16 and hit a curb. Three seconds later I had a flat tire, and just so happened to be driving past Team Chevrolet. So, I pulled in and initially just needed to use the phone, but Henry, Billy Ross, Peter and Jason went over and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Henry took it upon himself to speak on his personal cell phone with my insurance company, call my brother and fix my tire. Rocco at DGDG Vallejo was a huge help in my car buying process. I started with a test drive with him, then went to other dealerships. Going to other dealerships was a mistake. I was given the run around by them, BUT NOT Rocco. He constantly was updating what we could do in terms of deals to make my purchase more affordable and took time to find out what he didn't know instead of saying that he would get back with me(which other dealers would always say they would but never did). While I couldn't prevent my initial car going to someone else, Rocco still went out of his way to find cars that would suit my needs. He found my Toyota and I love it. You're response was pretty expected, but we both know that there's nothing that can be done. I'm canceling the shady service plan that was sold to me on complete lies! Dale told us that this plan would cover the duration of the loan, that was a lie! Dale intentionally deceived us making us think that the key policy was part of the original service agreement, going through the signings so quick you don't read it which is totally part of his Time Share feel session, The key policy does not replace lost or stolen keys which was how the plan was pitched to us, the whole car buying process was nothing but a sham! I received great customer service from all of the staff here. From just an email inquiry I received an email with a nice approach not pushy. They were willing to help in any way. Armon who helped me through the while process was awesome. Friendly and reassuring all the way though since it wasn't the ideal time for me to get a new car but they made it possible. Without me even asking he got me the best deal he could on the car i wanted compared to anyother dealer that approached me.There was a mishap on my paper work that i wanted changed and there was no hesitation or annoyance with changing it.
