The service adviser did very well in identifying the process of completing the work based on warranty and non warranty work. Gave good advice when detailing the problem and the work required. The only negative in the process was picking up the vehicle. I was told the work was complete and I could pick up the vehicle. When I arrived 30-40 minutes later the paperwork was not done, the vehicle was still in the shop, and then needed to be released and washed. About 30 minutes in waiting. Not very good. read more

I wonder why it is so difficult for salesmen to be straight-forward. Why does selling cars have to be such a game/hassle? I am that naive to think that in this economy with a limping brand (General Motors) a salesman/dealership would be focused on what the customer wants and giving them an honest experience? I was actually naive enough to believe I found an honest salesman a few weeks ago at Team Chevrolet/Cadillac.....when I stopped in to Team Chevrolet inquiring about the all new Chevrolet Equinox. The salesman we met with was energic, knowledgeable and personable. Even though they didn't have the vehicle we wanted, and even though Vallejo is quite a hike from SF---we arranged to have them trade a bay area dealership for the vehicle we wanted......or so we thought. One rental car and 2 bridge tolls later, we learned that the dealership had not acquired the vehicle as they told us.... What a waste of time. They took up a good portion of my Saturday afternoon waiting for a vehicle they never had, while trying simultaneously to get us in to a much more expensive cadillac. My parting thoughts? Save your time. Pass on Team Chevrolet and the Chevrolet dealer in Fairfield. Unfortunately it seems the challenge for General Motors just isn't overcoming weaker products, but also with slimey dealerships. read more

I ended up being at the dealership for quite a long time that day due to I had a trade in but the whole entire deal was not stressful what so ever and each and every other person involved in the deal was just as great as Tony was. I kind of had to.We bought a new chevy car and paid extra for maintenance.They treated us with respect,but scheduled appointments were always at least 1hr. behind schedule. Now that our scheduled warranty is done, we pay for maintenance, Now when we make appointment we can count on our car getting into shop 2 hrs. late at best. We orderd defective parts that were under warranty and told they would be in on a certain date. parts never came in. Because store never placed order. I was a first time car buyer and went to this dealership looking for a used car. I was in a pinch and needed a vehicle fairly quickly; however, I would have liked to taken a couple days to find something. Unfortunately, I felt like the dealership really pressured me into signing. Of course, it is the job of the salesman to sell cars, but I still feel like it was too much. I took my truck in today to have the oil changed and the electrical system checked. I left the truck at 7:30 am and received a call at 4:30 that they could not check out my electrical system because 2 employees were off and they locked up the tools that were needed to check the system so now I will have to take it elsewhere to get it fixed imagine that a dealership that big cannot fix my truck!!!! read more

Once again, my car is stuck in their service department. I made an appointment for 7:45, so my car would be one of the first ones worked on. When I made the appointment, I was told it was a two to three hour job. Today, when I dropped it off, I was told two and a half hours. At noon, I called because it was already almost twice as long as they said it would take. Greg said it would probably be ready by four. Same same thing happens every time I go there. Even an oil change takes six hours. Why can't they just tell the truth? read more

So, let me start by saying I never review anything but I had to do a review for my experience at Team Superstores. My experience with Rocco and Alaric was amazing. I put them through 3 weeks of being indecisive about purchasing a vehicle even though I knew it was time. I must say I had the GREATEST experience car shopping today with the best Team Superstores (Chevrolet, Auto Mall in Vallejo). The customer service was exceptional from the start of a phone conversation to driving off with my new ride. Rocco and his team, Miguel and Brian, we're the BEST!!! I had gotten pre-approved to finance a car, but with previous negative experience, i.e. Paul Blanco, I was kind of hesitant to take a step towards the purchase of a new car. When I called Team Superstores, Rocco answered the phone and I told him what I was calling for. I was straight with him and said that I didn't want them to waste my time and if I couldn't get straight answers from them I will go somewhere else. He took down all the questions I had and said he will gather the information and will call me back. I kid you not when I say they called me back within 10 minutes. I wasn't even expecting a call back to be honest. Miguel called me and provided me with the information I wanted and I thanked him. The first thing I liked was he wasn't pushy like other sales people. He asked what time I could make it in and said I didn't know and hung up. I wasn't that easy to convince nor showing any intetest, but I took a shot at it and my parents and I made a trip to their location. From the time I stepped grounds at their vicinity til I drove off, the customer service given to my parents and I was exceptional. Miguel was with a client so he introduced me to Brian and assured me that Brian will take care of what I'm looking for. I was a complicated and challenging customer but not once did Brian make me feel any negative vibe or did he complaint. I told him the kind of car I wanted, the monthly payments i was looking for, the down payment I had and I even said I was not going to add more to what I said I was providing as a down payment and lastly, I made him understand that I'm good and eill not hesitate walking away if I didn't get what I wanted. Brian showed me all the different SUV he thought I might be interested in and then I chose from the selection I was given. Took it for a test drive n I fell inlove...but I wast smiling just yet because there were nbr to work on and I wanted to make sure that what I wanted was what I will be walking away with. After careful analyzing, paper works, talking, and negotiating, Rocco, Miguel, snd Brian delivered as promised and even better. I was financed with a car I wanted, they accepted the down payment I offered, and I walked away with the car I chose. The manager Jason was very friendly, honest, and most of all transparent during the buying process. He disclosed everything about the car I was buying and how much he could give me for my trade in upfront without having to haggle over price or going back and forth. This made the buying experience much faster and easier going without the awkwardness. Salesperson K was also very friendly and easy going right from the start. Team Chevy Service Dept has stepped up. I've been back and forth to their shop 3-4 times in the past month and 1/2 spending over $1000 on service for my Denali. The water pump went out on me and it would be another $850 to replace. I couldn't afford the expense and was going to just pay for the diagnosis and take my truck, but the Service Manager worked out a great deal to help me out. They are working hard to improve their Customer Service and I must say they impressed me with this one. Thanks Leo and Ken. Do not give Team Superstore your phone number! You will receive monthly phone calls to " buy back" your car. The number that they call from is not listed so you cannot block the calls. Requests that the calls stop are not responded to. Sean Shahid does not return my calls requesting that they stop calling me. On 04MAY2013 at 0906, I dropped off my vehicle at Team Chevrolet and was assigned Sean Dodson as a service advisor. I told him that there was a whining noise coming from the engine compartment that was a function of speed (increased with speed). I was told about 1032 that the tech had confirmed the noise and that it was coming from the transmission gearbox. I was told to make another appointment to have the transmission dismantled to determine the cause of the noise. On 08MAY2013, I dropped off my vehicle with Sean Dodson. I was not offered a rental for warranty work and was challenged as to the validity of my claim that this repair would be under warranty. Once that issue was cleared up and confirmed that it was under warranty, I received a rental car through Enterprise. This put me as a customer in an uncomfortable position to have to argue with a service advisor in front of other customers. Although it was subtle, the atmosphere created was not one that Team Chevrolet would be proud of. The following week, I called on 13MAY2013, 15MAY2013, and 16MAY2013, to assess the progress of the repair. Each time I was told that Sean Dodson was on vacation and that I would have to get a call back on the status. I would think that a service advisor would at least have a fellow service advisor advise his customers of ongoing major repairs and not leave them in the dark. Finally, I had a report on 16MAY2013 from another service advisor during my call to Team. Chevrolet that it would be ready Friday, 17MAY2013.***It was not.*** I called on 17MAY2013 and was told it would be ready Monday. On Monday, 20MAY2013, I was called at 1325 pick up my vehicle and that it would be ready. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle at approximately 1630 (2011 Chevrolet Cruze) that had a complete transmission replacement, I was told by the service adviser, Sean Dodson, that it was all ready to go. I asked for the invoice, and he said that it was not ready and that he would mail it to me. He then tossed me the keys and stated, "it is parked somewhere over there" and pointed in the general direction of about 200 cars. After I found my car, I noticed that it had not been washed. In my experience at Team Chevrolet, after a service appointment, especially a complete transmission replacement that took over 13 days, that the vehicle would be washed. That however is not the biggest issue. The larger issue is that after I had already crossed the Vallejo Bridge (toll bridge), I received a call from Sean Dodson about a half hour after I picked up my vehicle that stated he needed me to come back because the technician did not write down the serial number of the transmission for the warranty for Chevrolet. Therefore, I had to pay another $5 dollar toll so that they could write down the number of the transmission. This occurred on 25MAY2013. It took 2.5 hours from the time that I arrived until the vehicle was ready for them to lift the vehicle, wash the vehicle at my request (not offered), and return the keys. Had this not been under warranty, I would have severely fought the amount of time that this took due to an error on the behalf of TEAM CHEVROLET. Therefore, due to the way that I was treated as a customer, with a major repair to my vehicle, and the manner in which the repair was handled by all parties involved, I will not be returning my services to Team Chevrolet ever again for my Silverado or my Cruze. I do not my experience to have to be endured by any other potential customer at Team Chevrolet. read more

How can anyone in their right mind even think to mark such a low value vehicle for such a price, well ill tell you who, the snakes that will give you that price as a starting point to negotiation. Then when you settle for a price and decide to make a purchase make sure you do your homework on what it is they mention to you because thats the final to the scam of things they do, then every creditor in the world sends you a denial or approval letter which sucks on your credit report. read more
