Please consider before getting work done at Team Kia of Bend. We took our 2016 Kia Sorento to Team Kia of Bend for maintenance. We spent $1,600 on some simple repairs, including an oil change, replacing filters, and repairing the seat heater. After picking up the vehicle, we drove only about five miles before the engine failed. We had the vehicle towed back to the dealership because we believed the issue might be related to the service that had just been completed. Initially, Team Kia of Bend told us that this type of engine failure is common on these vehicles and attempted to have the repair covered under Kia's engine recall program. When Kia Corporate denied the claim, the dealership changed its explanation and told us the engine failure was the result of years of inadequate maintenance on our part. We understand that engines can fail and that no vehicle lasts forever. However, our Sorento had only 120,000 miles, had been a reliable vehicle up to this time. The timing of the engine failure--just five miles after the dealership completed the service--makes this situation extremely difficult to accept. To make matters worse, Team Kia of Bend has informed us that they intend to sell our vehicle through a lien sale unless we pay an additional $400 in charges. After already spending $1,600 on service and now losing a vehicle that was running when we brought it in, this has been an incredibly disappointing experience. What made it even worse was how we were treated by Team Kia of Bend. The service manager was dismissive, rude, and made us feel as though our concerns were a joke. We are not looking for special treatment--only fairness, accountability, and consistent communication. read more

1 star. At the end of the day, we signed the paperwork, so we take responsibility for not slowing down and triple checking every feature and trim level ourselves. However, the issue we had was the amount of incorrect information given by the sales staff regarding the Kia Carnival trims and features. About two months before purchasing, we did our first test drive with one salesperson who told us we were driving the base model, when it was actually the EX trim. Recently, when we came back and purchased with a different salesperson, features were discussed as if they were included on the trim we bought. Because of those conversations, we believed we were only stepping down one trim level and giving up a few small features, not buying the actual base trim. After getting home and spending time with the vehicle, we realized multiple features we thought were included were not there. Again, we accept responsibility for signing the paperwork and not researching more deeply ourselves, but the dealership employees should know their own vehicles and trims before advising customers. I will recognize they did meet one of our needs. I had a limited amount of time because I was on a work break, and they did a lot of the negotiating and paperwork preparation over the phone before we arrived. That part of the process was smooth and appreciated. However, we had multiple needs, not just speed. We specifically mentioned multiple times that the SX trim was the one we really liked, and that we were okay stepping down one trim level to save money. At no point did anyone stop and clearly explain, "Hey, this is actually the base trim, so you are losing a lot compared to both the SX and the EX." If someone had simply explained that clearly, we would have immediately realized the mistake before signing. That kind of honesty and product knowledge would have made us even more loyal customers long term. What disappointed us most was the lack of willingness to reasonably work with us afterward. We were willing to trade up immediately into a higher trim, meaning the dealership would have made another sale at a higher price. We understood there would be some loss because vehicles depreciate once driven off the lot, and we were realistic about that. However, being told the vehicle had essentially lost around $11,000 in value after only 3 days and minimal use was not something we could financially justify. Especially considering we received a strong deal originally, the dealership could have likely resold the vehicle close to what we paid and worked with us somewhere in the middle. Even something closer to a small loss on our side would have kept us loyal customers long term. Instead, it felt like once the paperwork was signed, customer service no longer mattered. The Carnival itself is a great vehicle. This review is strictly about the dealership experience and the lack of product knowledge and post-sale support. Buyers should absolutely triple check every trim, package, and feature themselves and not rely solely on the expertise of the sales staff. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we will not be recommending this dealership to friends or family. read more

I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 from them. I did not know it was factory modified to race in Canada. They removed 300 lbs. from the frame decreasing towing capacity by 2100 lbs. State Farm cancelled me sighting it is not insurable in Oregon. They finally reinstated my coverage only to cancel it again 2 weeks later. I went in and spoke to my agent he was able to get it reinstated 1 hour later. Then DMV said they would not register it. I drove around 8 months with no registration till they finally did issue me one. The 3rd day I owned it the left front drive axle started clanking while turning. I found the front differential was leaking and the outer bearing boot was torn. I emailed Jack and Brice, told them I would change it out myself while adding a leveling kit if they would pay for the drive axle and seal they both said yes. I sent them the AutoZone receipt and pictures. They said I would be getting a check for the $189.56. They never sent the check and then always out of the office when I called. Problem with an anti-collision sensor caused by license plate frame. First, it's inexcusable to deliver a new car to a customer and expect the customer to drill holes in the car to mount a license plate. Yes, really. Second, a 2 minute fix cost a couple hours of driving to Bend and back when it could have easily been resolved over the phone. And they actually had the gall to charge us $220 to remove our front license plate. This is our third car from them. And our last. read more

This is the worst dealership experience I've ever had. My wife and I went to Team Kia a couple weeks ago to price out a new car to replace her Soul. Our man Chase, who was new, was an absolute beast and total pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions and let us test drive a few different cars. When it came time to talk numbers, the finance goblin came out and quoted us a lease price that seemed way too high. (We later found out it was over $100/mo higher than their own website quoted us for the same car, and the total price of the car had been bumped up $7k from the price listed on their site.) We said this seemed too high for what we hoped and that we needed to do some more research before committing to buy. After pressuring us to make a decision, we said we needed more time. The Sales Manager then REFUSED to let us take the pricing or car information with us. He wouldn't give us the printouts because it was "private dealer information." This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard, and the several dealers I've spoken to since this happened (who all happily sent us copies of their pricing information) have laughed at how absurd and sad this tactic was. They also said they are not able to lower the price of the vehicle, which is an absolute lie. We got up and walked out of the dealership. We ended up buying from Weston Kia near Portland who was great to work with. We got the better, souped up Prestige version of the Sportage that we wanted for $120/mo LESS than the lower model that Team Kia lied to us about. That was easily worth the drive. Avoid Team Kia at all costs. But again...Chase was a beast and should be promoted. read more

Mishandled paperwork on our 2022 Kia Sorento to where my name appeared on a random strangers registration and only my wife on ours. We also paid for upgraded plates but only received basic ones and were not refunded. In 2025 alone, they botched a warranty transmission replacement that started a chain of re-repair visits. They either reinstalled our cooling system with incorrect clamps or didn't tighten them at all so it overheated on a short drive between towns and Left us on the side of the freeway for over an hour on a 95° day. This took out our engine that they had to pay out-of-pocket and still resulted in many more return visits for cooling system leaks and "forgetten" various other covers, fasteners, clamps, fender liner,etc.. Each time it was a fight to get a loaner car, one was even a used car with brake issues we were stuck in for the entire summer. When we got our vehicle back there would always be mysterious damage, including a massive series of deep scratch across the top of the hood. It's become so bad that we are seeking legal council. read more

A service representative assisted me in getting what I needed to get some warranty repairs done. I was able to get it from the California dealer I purchased the SUV from. This was an amazing car experience from start to finish So appreciated the attentiveness and fantastic pricing and rebates. Worth traveling 500 miles for. They even offered a reasonable trade in value for my truck. One aspect that really showed up was the level of team work amongst staff in supporting the customer through the purchase process. Matt the sales coordinator utilized Kia's new interactive car orientation program that walks you through every control and setting. in the end i had a pretty good comfort level of all the interactive customizable settings the ev niro had to offer. This is the worse company I've ever done business with. Their service department nickel and dimed my repair in the total sum of 7k and then let me know the motor is shot. Keep in mind when I brought it to them for the first time I had them look it over and their service writer said the everything looked great. So I proceeded with the repair and then drove it home. Not long after the car started acting up just like it did before. I take it back to them, they held on to it for about 3 weeks and I hadn't heard anything. I called them and was told it wasn't anything they did but another part directly related to what the repaired had gone bad. So I agreed to having it repaired. Now at this point I'm 7k in this motor. Now after said work has been done and cost has accumulated before picking up the vehicle they call me to advise the motor is completely shot and will need to be replaced or rebuilt. This outfit literally drained my bank account while telling me everything looked good and once I'm at my limit financially they then tell me it was all in vain. Avoid this company at all cost. Do not do business with this unethical disgrace of a company. If this is how other Kia dealers operate, I'd avoid buying a Kia as well. read more

Can I give them 10 stars?! I cannot say enough about how great the Team Kia staff has been. Not just sales, but finance, service, and their paint & body shop. My sales guy, Stephen actually listened to what I had to say and found the PERFECT PHEV (plug-in hybrid electric vehicle) for me. He even let me take it home overnight. There was no pressure. The next day he answered my zillions of EV questions with patience and knowledge. Then the wheeling and dealing began, so I rolled up my sleeves preparing for the battle. Bryce, the sales manager, gave me what I wanted for my trade-in, got me into a payment that was actually less than what I had envisioned, and promised to fix some minor scratches in the paint job. He even made the appointment for me and it was fixed within 4 days of buying the car. I got everything I wanted with no arguments. The finance guy, Mike was awesome. He helped get me a loan with the best interest rate around and we were in and out with our new (to us) car in just a couple of hours. When I brought in to get painted, Larry in service was very friendly. I got the car back, in a little over a day, they'd even fixed a scratch in the bumper that I didn't think they would be able to do. When they returned the car to me it was clean, shiny, and had a full charge for my EV. This was a great used car buying experience. Even my husband was impressed with the service we received. I will definitely buy from them again...if I can ever part with my Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. read more

They told my girlfriend flat out lies about the SUV and they talked her into making the decision to purchase and afterwards she found out it was worth 6000 grand less than they told her so...she couldn't afford to keep it and she was unable to sell it because she didn't find a buyer that would pay the price so she lost her 12000 trade in on top of everything else!! If I could leave zero star I WOULD!!! I go in there to test drive a vehicle as I am on the hunt for a bigger safer mom car. Ive always loved the look of the kia Telluride. When I go in there I am greated by an australian guy who I'm not sure of his name because he never introduced himself.He just sat me down and questioned me for ten minutes and was basically telling me I couldn't afford a telluride because I said I wanted a $350 payment. He had no knowledge of what kind of down payment I had which I can assure I have a good one. And he says to me "well you can't have a telluride with wanting a $350 payment. these are $800-$900 payments." which I'm sure that's the case with like a $5000 down payment. But that is not my case. The guy was rude the entire time and at one point tried to tell me there wasn't even a telluride on the lot as I'm staring at two and one the other guys says "yes there is" after over hearing him. This guy has almost completely ruined me even wanting a Telluride just because of how he treated me about the car. read more

Because of this dealership, I will never buy a Kia again. I had a 2022 Sorento lease that was ending in March. I love my car, so I chose to keep the car and finance it instead. That was my first mistake! The sales department acted like this is the first time they have ever sold a car. First they told me to come in and sign paperwork on a specific date and time, I did so, and no one knew I was coming / paperwork was not ready. Then they jerked us around for about a month. Eventually told us to go get our own financing first. Odd - we have bought several cars and have never had to do that but okay. We go to OnPoint and set that all up. All OnPoint needed was paperwork on the car from Kia. We asked Kia to send that over to the bank - they said we have no idea what you are talking about . ?????? Okay then. Then they say you know what for your troubles we will push this through to management and get it done here. Show up today at 1:15 (as scheduled) and I was ignored for 35 minutes, and then Mike talked to me like I was an idiot. He told me "we are not a bank, lady" - as if people don't finance cars everyday ???????? Overall a horrible experience and because of team Kia of bend, we will never be purchasing another Kia. We could not be more disgusted with their unprofessional and Unknowledgeable staff. 0/10 recommend. read more

Wrote a negative review on 09/23/23 because they were still adding surcharges. Bought a new 2023 Kia Sorento PHEV 6 months ago from them. Traded in a 3-year-old Subaru Outback and got a value of $3K less than I paid. Incredible, I think. I did pay full MSRP for the Kia. No adders to the Kia. On a car that was/is still not readily available. Had a little accident with the Kia. Drove over a handicap curb and tore the plastic underneath that covers the battery. They inspected, took pics and proclaimed that I did not damage the battery all at no charge. Could have cost $10K to replace the battery. Last week I took the car in for the 5K oil change. They even allowed me to bring my own oil because I'm anal about things I own. No attempt to add stuff. Have never been happier with a car buy/trade and service ever. read more

I want to publicly thank Lithia Kia of a bend of continuing their "less than 1 star" service. So I received a email offer, with a "quoted" price that they would buy my car. This after I serviced it with them, as I always do. So I call "Mike", and he says "yes, we want to buy it." So today, my wife and I, drive "two" cars, a total of 70 miles ( 140 total on two cars ) , wasting the priceless fuel is the real deal that pisses me off. We meet with Mike, and that quotes price in the email, is just a ignored, and they quote us 4500 less than the offer over the Internet. So the moral of the story is, they give false advertised quotes to buy your car via email, and don't stand by those quotes, all at the cost of your time and $$, and screw the customer over. Update on my last review. Not only did Team Kia's service department sell me unnecessary things and have terrible service, but they also overfilled the oil by 2 quarts. I was replacing my air filter and thought, why not check the oil while I'm under the hood. I couldn't believe how over full it was. I ended up pulling the dipstick out and wiping it off 5 times to make sure my eyes weren't deceiving me. Sure enough, I drained almost two quarts out before the dipstick was down to the full mark. While I was draining the oil I also noticed that there was oil spilled all over the panel covering the bottom of the engine that was not cleaned off after the oil change. Team Kia's service department is completely incompetent. I paid for a 5 year service contract that I now don't want to use because I can't trust that they won't actually be causing more damage to my car than helping. read more

Very disappointing experience. Had a great experience with Chase, the salesman who helped us test drive the car. Went home to think about it. Through text talked to a second salesperson. After some back and forth he said what their bottom dollar would be. Thought about it and texted him back to say I would pay that price if they would buff out a few blemishes. He texted back to say he would talk to service department in morning to see if he could get the repairs done the next day. Talked to Chase again next morning and told him about conversation with the other salesperson and he said great, looks like we have a deal. We set up a time to come in and write a check and take the car. When we got there, Chase asked us to sign an offer form for the price I was already told they would sell the car for. Thought it odd, but played along. Sales manager came in and said no way they could sell the car for that amount. I showed him the text string of the deal offered by the 2nd salesperson and his only response was that couldn't do that. No offer of compromise. Just no to the deal his staff had already agreed to. Was told by Chase that they had 3 other people looking at the car so my assumption is that after agreeing to our deal they decided they could make more and backed out. Not blaming the people, blaming the apparently systemic management problem that would allow something like this to happen. read more

I am a disabled U.S. Army combat veteran. On July 3rd, 2021 I was traveling to Oregon where I grew up from Idaho with my six year old daughter and my wife who hadn't had a vacation in almost 2 years. Because of Covid I hadn't been able to visit family and friends. My daughter had named our 2015 Kia Sportage "Penelope". She had been a great dependable vehicle which we had regularly serviced. She had less than 80,000 miles, new brakes and new tires. Close to the Southern side of Juntura, Oregon (population 26) at around 4 pm my wife said she was losing acceleration. We pulled to the side of the road. I checked the oil which was fine. We had a hard time restarting. No rentals and no place to sleep within 20+ miles. We managed to get to to Burns, Oregon. It was 26 miles and by some miracle we made it. That Monday the Burns Ford dealership ran a diagnostic check on our vehicle. They lacked the parts to try to fix anything because it was a KIA only part. They contacted the Team KIA dealership in Bend, Oregon. The KIA dealership said they would take care of us if we could get towed there. The tow cost was $525 because he gave us a good deal. We were told our engine had been recalled and our engine would be replaced, towing fees and motel reimbursed and a rental given. My wife cried. She doesn't cry often but when something this amazing happens it's understandable. We had moved several times since we bought our car. Apparently, KIA had sent two recall notices in the mail but none by email. Since we didn't have those notices recalled we were told upper regional KIA management had denied our claim. Our vehicle would cost around $9000 to fix. We would be stranded in Bend, Oregon with no vehicle, no motel and no plan. There were no rentals because of the holiday in the area. An option for us is we could buy a vehicle. I believe the customer service person was disappointed. We were told our salesperson knew our situation and would do everything he could to help us out. We looked at used vehicles but honestly, looking at used $30,000 vehicles with no warranty with over 30,000 miles is a terrible idea when compared to a new vehicle. I did my best to express this by looking at the whole parking lot while the salesperson focused on selling my wife on one vehicle. Aside from that we were offered no price breaks and we had no idea of our trade in value. Always the clock was ticking and we had no place to sleep and no transportation to get us there even if we had. Late that afternoon, we ended up buying a 2021 Kia Sorento hybrid. My credit score came back as 814. I was given $400 because of a veterans promotion. That's it. No other incentives. We were given $5000 trade in value on a vehicle 100% paid off with less than 80,000 miles that Kia will find time to put an engine in and sell for $15,000. I suspect someone will find a way to write the engine off. The customer service worker was excellent. The finance manager was great. The salesperson was doing his job and I know his first child is on the way. If KIA regional management made the decision to deny our claim they didn't do anything wrong however, they also didn't do anything right aside from profit. They looked out for profit while absolutely not doing anything to go above and beyond to help out a good loyal customer. In the photos with our new car my six year old daughter is crying while holding a sign. She gave Penelope a kiss goodbye. My wife cried as well. The salesperson said he had never seen someone be so emotional about their car. Penelope meant a lot to us. She was family. A moment that was supposed to be happy is just the opposite. The new vehicle is a good vehicle and it's an upgrade but under bad circumstances. Nobody in sales or management tried to go above or beyond. Nobody felt they were taking advantage of a bad situation with a good family. I did not speak to any KIA manager who wanted to know how we were being taken care of. I believe the finance manager felt my frustration. In the future, I won't tell people, friends and family that if there is a recall KIA will use a process that takes care of people who buy their vehicles. I can't lie and tell them that my worst car buying experience was a good one. At this moment, I can't. We had the option to buy a car or figure out where to sleep outside. Management never bothered to get back with me. Should I feel like a valued customer? read more

If I could give a negative I would. Do not trust this sales team including the sales manager! I'm a single mom and have worked extremely hard to save up and buy my first new car, you moms know it's always about the kids. I was told I could put a deposit down on an incoming Sorento I was looking at, then when I arrived to pay was told the manager changed the rule and it was no longer allowed. Trent then pushed me toward buying a more expensive model he can get sooner from Medford. I told him I felt very uncomfortable because everyone I talked to would tell me something different. He assured me he was just trying to help me so I asked him to see if he can get it down another $500 and I would take the car. As I sat in his office I heard him go ask the manager and the entire group of men started laughing and mumbling. He came back and said it was approved and we can start paperwork. He went away and came back, saying the sales manager said if I was getting a discount I couldn't have 0.09 APR and would have to pay 5.99 APR now and do I still want the car. I couldn't believe it, here I am with 12k to put down on a brand new car and they are trying to get over on me and treating me like I have nothing to offer and was a waste of their time. I left full of anxiety and feeling so humiliated by the way I was treated. And don't understand why they thought I didn't deserve the same respect anyone else would. After I pulled myself together, I called the Medford location and bought the car directly from them. They gave me a lower price on the higher model than I was going to pay for the lower model in bend, and the 0.09 APR I was promised. They also threw in some amazing other services and the sales person is delivering it to me personally despite me being 3.5 hours away. I'm glad I was able to give them my money instead of Team Kia of Bend. You will be taken advantage of here. read more

The manager of team kia in Bend is HORRIBLE! I would not buy a car from here if Stephen E. is the manger there. He not only talks rude about and to his customers, he will add on "back end" charges that are not wanted or necessary! He will lose my service and anyone I talk to will know that Kia is not a trustworthy store with Stephen E. as manager! I have bought here before from other managers that did not treat us this way. I had an excellent experience buying my new baby from these guys. What a great group of people they have over there. Tyler is my man! He got me what I wanted at the price I wanted and the payment size is what I asked for. Go see him. Gets the job done. Hard worker . It was rather painless buying from them. I was not there all day. Which made the experience even better. The car I drove to the dealership (was my fathers) and it broke down right on Kias property. Tyler offered to have his Chevy tech look at it at no charge . And he allowed me to drive the car I wanted to buy and it was good, I fell in love with it. What a great business ethic. Impressive. And thoughtful. Don't go anywhere else in town ! Shoutout to Team Kia of Bend for taking almost 13 weeks to repair my wife's Kia that was under warranty....which took 4 weeks jusy to confirm that it was covered under warranty. I greatly appreciate the piss poor attitudes we were greeted wjth from their service manager as well as general manager when we called to get a status update on their timeline they repeatedly missed. My favorite part of the entire experience was when they took my wife's SUV in for warranty work they told us they'd cover a rental car cost up to $35/day..until they could provide a loaner. My wife has a nice large SUV because we have several kids...after 8 weeks of rental car costs that we had to pay, they finally provided her a loaner that didn't even fit 1 of our car seats let alone multiple. It was awesome how after 12 weeks and several thousand dollars in rental car expenses they finally got to work on my wife's car's warranty work. I loved how at that time they tried to upsell us for additional services that were "needed" on the car but expressed that it would delay the repair time. Since they had already been so timely with the repairs we opted out of the additional services although i would've loved to have them rep our car for a few more weeks.. By far...my favorite part of the entire experience was last Friday when we picked it up, we submitted all of our rental car receipts (that we've now fronted) totaling over $5,000...they closed out our claim without submitting those receipts and have informed us today that in order to reopen the claim it would have to be done through their class action settlements division... If you like time, money, and customer service...as well as a company that stands behind their products and warranties...i can't say enough bad things about the folks over at team Kia of Bend. read more

Everyone on their sales/finance team did a great job assisting me with my Sportage purchase.

We purchased a 2018 Kia Sportage SX Turbo from Team Kia of Bend and Linda Lee at Team Kia of Bend on Friday. Late Saturday night, I realized they had lied to our faces. They fraudulently mis-disclosed the sale and took my Fiat Gucci for only $2,142.00 (that KBB between $7,000 - $10,000) as well as lying that the car we bought was NOT a certified pre-owned car when it was advertised as one. We thought it was a simple mistake since we confronted Linda Lee as well as the finance manager that the numbers didn't look right while we were signing paperwork. Both times we were told it was just the way it was laid out on the paperwork. I didn't think big car dealerships still swindled people, but I was dead wrong. When we complained the general manager, Danny Santana, basically said tough luck. Who treats people like this, and a disabled person at that, during a pandemic?!?! We're supposed to be looking out for one and another. We love Kia, but these deceptive business practices are completely unacceptable. read more

We were looking into buying a Telluride recently at Kia of Bend. I was told (by Mike) that they look at what Portland dealers mark up, and then they cut that in half... so basically Bend would have the best deals around. I had no reason not to believe him until we really started looking around the Portland/Vancouver. Turns out, Portland is significantly cheaper to buy the same new car vs in Bend with these guys. read more

I went into Kia this morning at 11AM after receiving a promotional flyer in the mail that had a scratch off ticket. I scratched off the ticket yesterday and it revealed that I won the prize for matching 3 cherries. My prize was supposed to be $1000 cash. I registered my prize on the website listed on the flyer and received a text message the next day from a man named Andy. I scheduled an 11AM appointment with him to claim my prize. His text message was worded like this: "Hello, this is Andy from Team Kia, here in Bend, OR. I am contacting you to see what time you can come by and check your confirmation code to claim your prize, and possibly take advantage of the sale. Please let me know when you are coming so I can set an appointment. Thanks. ANDY." I arrived. They spoke with me about my current vehicle and asked for my keys to inspect it for a trade in value. That was the last time I saw my car keys until I left the lot. Even after asking for my keys multiple times, they refused to give them to me. And after 3 and a half hours of looking at cars that weren't in my budget, nor were they the kind of car I was looking for.. I decided to settle on a car because I was under the impression that it was the "loophole" to receive my prize. And they were going to pay off the rest of my current loan (which only has a year and less than a couple thousand left on the payments) so it seemed like an okay deal if I would also receive my prize winnings along with it. Once in the finance office, they were trying to get me to sign off on the car paperwork but my mother decided to come down and help me with the task at hand (getting the prize money I was told I had won). Turns out the flyers are a HUGE SCAM and I was informed that I didn't win any money and that the scratch off ticket was pointless because the flyer holds the true info about whether you won anything or not. This is greatly disappointing and disgusting. I understand what it takes to be a sales person but this behavior was absolutely atrocious and it should be illegal for grown men to keep a young woman hostage without any way to leave even after repeatedly saying "no thank you I'm not interested". Thank you for dinging my credit just so you could hopefully scam me into a car. Shame on you. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. read more

The first time we bought from Team Kia we had the best car experience ever. Move ahead from two years ago until now. They are always very quick to see if you need help. Being a returning customer. I was excited to buy a second car from them. We found a car we liked. We made an offer. Then we were basically told we don't do that anymore. They took $100 dollars off the price and said here ya go. . I said two years ago when we got our first car we went back and forth until we agreed on a price. Then he said well yeah I guess we still do. I told them exactly how much I had to spend. It was $ 290 less than they were asking. They still would not budge and starting being a little rude. At this point my wife and I decided to take our business elsewhere. When I checked the online price of the car we were looking at. They raised the price another $600. This tells me that the customer is really not that important. It's all about the Benjamin's. It's sad. However there are plenty of dearships that will be happy to have our business. I do however believe in second chances. We will see what the future holds. read more
