Our experience with Team Mazda could not have been any better. When I first put out feelers to several dealerships, Team Mazda's Samir responded immediately and very helpfully. He was interested and enthusiastic without being aggressive or pushy; he was responsive to my questions without exerting too much pressure. He stayed in touch, and was very obliging as I tried to get clear on what the car had and what options were available. (He even went out into the pouring rain to snap an another few pictures of the car, when I requested them.) Samir was very patient, considerate, helpful. He had the car ready for us to go; there were no unpleasant surprises; he walked us through everything efficiently but helpfully, and showed me the features of the car. The whole experience was so smooth and so transparent that as we were leaving the car lot, my partner--a lifetime Subaru owner--- said, "I think my next car will be a Mazda, just based on how things have gone for us here." Now that I've been driving the car for several days, almost a week, I see more and more reason to stick with Mazda: it's an absolute pleasure to drive that car. After my old car of many years breathed it last, it was time to go shopping and ended up searching Team Mazda's used car selection. Found a Ford Escape that looked interesting and would fit my budget so I submitted an online inquiry. Was contacted the next day by Tony Woods, an Online Product Specialist, expressed my interest in the Escape which was fortunately still in their inventory at a recently reduced price. Told Tony I would catch a ride to the dealer and give it a test drive, but he offered to pick me up at home in the Escape which made it very easy. I liked it and Tony began the sales process. Haven't purchased a car in years and this wasn't something I was necessarily looking forward to but Tony made the whole process a pleasure (or at least as much of a pleasure as dropping a chunk of $ can be) and completely pressure free. The add-ons were offered but there was never any arm-twisting that you often hear about in the car buying process. Even the dreaded F&I portion of the deal with Javier was quick and professional. Tony told me that the Team dealers in Vallejo were recently purchased by the Del Grande Dealer Group (aka DGDG.com) and they work to make car buying a transparent and up front process. Just wanted to thank Team Mazda Vallejo for the great experience while leasing our 2022 CX-9. The entire team couldn't have been more accommodating and professional throughout the entire process. Thanks to Doreen Jey Tan, the Sales Manager, for introducing me to our salesman and making sure everything was taken care of while I waited for my turn to sit down and sign all the paperwork. Our salesman, Anselm Duchaussee-Stevens (Ant!), was great! Friendly, knowledgable and attentive. Made sure the car was perfect and patiently explained all the features during the delivery. I just made an account to write this review! My husband and I was beyond satisfied with our service here!! We are first time buyers coming from South Korea, thinking we were going to just look at a car but not qualify for anything newer. Then within minutes walking onto the property we met Jon Zrihen, he showed us a few SUVS & took his time to find the perfect car for our little family, seeing that other dealerships I went to before closed by 5pm/6pm , I never felt rushed here. Shortly after we were introduced to Rocco Marconni the assistant manager, & he did everything in his power to make sure we would go home with a car and make sure we would be completely comfortable with the deal. (Also the detailing on the car was beyond satisfactory!) We ended up staying until past 9pm and they were in no rush to push us out, & the family friendly environment this dealership offers just made us that much more happy. I've been a customer at Team Superstores, Vallejo for years and the service I always received from the Service Department is second to none. Recently, I took my daughter's car for repair that needed to be towed to the service department. Mr. Gavin Macliesh wrote it up and took care of it all the way. He kept me posted as to parts needed, estimated cost, and the estimated completion date.When it is all said and done, I did mentioned to him that the car is running on fumes and I might get stranded on the street on the way to the gas station. His genuine concern and re-assurance that if I ever get stranded, to call him on his direct number and he will send their driver to insure that I will have gasoline for the car to make it to the gas station. That is what I call OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I dealt with the other two service advisors, Danny and Sandy, and both are equally very helpful and provided OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE too. To MIKE VOSS, Team Superstores Service Manager, under your helm, you sure have a great service advisors who have genuine concern for the costumers who have vehicles needing services. My boyfriend Troy O bought a new 2010 Madza 3 from here. After deciding on the car he went ahead and ordered an aftermarket rack and ipod adapter from the dealer. At least 3 weeks after waiting for the call from the dealership telling him the rack was in (they assured him it would only take "about a week") he called them. He was told that the rack order must have "slipped through the cracks" and had not been ordered. The person on the phone explained this was a mistake and they would "take care of the problem immediately." Two weeks later, the dealership called him and told him the items were in. Troy dropped his car off for the rack and ipod adapter to be installed. He then got a call from Frank telling him the rack that was ordered was for a different car, and the ipod adapter was sent without directions so they didn't know how to install the adapter. WHAT A PAIN!!! If you are able to do business with another dealership I would recommend doing so. This one needs MASSIVE improvements, and seems like people don't know what they are doing.... boo Vallejo Mazda! read more

We did our homework, .. we knew exactly the car we wanted, .. a Mazda CX-5, Grand Touring with the beautiful Soul Red Crystal paint. But then, we couldn't find one in the on-line inventory of Mazda dealers in the S.F. Bay area. Finally we found one at Team Mazda in Vallejo. We called and Mike Woleslagle, said he'd park it right in front of the showroom for us to see and take on a test drive. The test drive confirmed our decision. Then we asked if we could bring our dog in the showroom. We just rescued him from the pound, and he's still a little nervous and we didn't want to leave him in the car while we talked. Mike said sure, .. so my wife, our puppy and I sat down with Mike and in no time we had a deal. It was fast, smooth, painless. In short, (too late) it was a pleasure to buy our wonderful new car at Team Mazda in Vallejo. It was an hour+ drive for us, but well worth the trip. My wife Laurel & I have been leasing a Mazda 3 (actually 2) for several years and have been very happy with our choice. We recently had an issue with our car battery however and worried that it might not just be the battery but something more serious and costly. We brought the car in and Kyle at the Vallejo service center was knowledgeable an very helpful. He explained the diagnostics that were needed and what the potential problems were. I'm not a car guy but he broke it down in layman terms. We thought we might be in for some big expenses & downtime for a car we relied on daily but we got the good news by the end of that same day. We just needed a new battery and the costs were covered under our plan. We could pick up the car anytime. What a relief! I thanked Kyle when we picked up the next day. This is my 2nd purchase with this dealership and I only deal with my guy Tony Woods. I've gone to other car dealerships before and I hate it. I always feel like I'm always being lied to or like they are trying to manipulate me into a purchase I don't want to make, not only that but they waste your freakin time. Tony, he's different, you walk in, you tell him what your looking for and he tries to get you there. I just did a deal with him for a 2016 Mazda 6 and I kid you not the longest part of the process was waiting for them to detail the car. I never feel like he's lying to me or trying to sell me. After a recent negative experience where I wrote a really bad review for them, they were quick to call me back and apologize. The manager took full responsibility for the inconvenience that had been caused earlier and wanted to regain their customer's confidence in them. They were sincere in taking care of their customers and had offered to get my next service with them in their main store where the manager Mike Voss would personally take care of me. It's really nice to know that a company is on top of situations like this. It's easy to get frustrated when something negative happens but what they do to win you back, this kind of customer service, you know you are in good hands. We were helped by Tony and Tina with the purchasing process a 2021 Mazda. Not knowing much about the brand at first, they both were there ready to answer any and all questions we had. On the 29th of October my car was totaled in a parking lot, of all places, by an uninsured driver. My car only had 20k miles on it and so buying a new car was not something I was looking forward to; in fact I was dreading it.
