It has a limited membership base so there is never a waiting line on whatever piece of equipment you want to use. I've been attending F45 since day 1 of boot camp at Lake Eola and every class really tests my endurance, my balance, and my posture. If I never saw F45's under construction coming soon signs, I most likely would still be overweight doing the same workout routine everyday and just plateau. I thought I was always going to stay 215 lbs. F45 Downtown Orlando has trained me to shed fat and gain muscle definition. I feel better today than when I "peaked" at a younger age. Coach Dan, Omar, Kim, Caroline, Sarah, and Dejuan will keep you motivated and push your limits. They will also make sure your posture (back posture was my biggest issue) and movements are correct. Keep breathing. They guide you the whole way. All members are very friendly and its always great to meet new people. F45 Downtown Orlando is my addiction.
