It was a nerve racking experience looking at different daycares, comparing and contrasting. The selling point for me was the courteous staff, the way they communicated with my children, and myself as a parent. The class sizes are not extremely large to where I feel as though my child would get lost in the crowd. The teachers keep parents well informed of activities, lesson plans, meals, etc. Knowing lesson plans and what was covered for the day allows me to come home and build upon the day's activities and accelerate their development. This summer they brought in a magician, made ice cream, and lots of other activities. And potty training... They made that a breeze. My children have bonded greatly with their teachers and talk about them constantly. I don't know if the Childtime staff will ever truly understand how greatful I am for what they do on a day to day basis. Thank you Childtime! You have been a blessing.

My kiddo started to become agressive after attending this Kindercare and very anxious. My kiddo broke his arm during outdoor play time. They did not notice. I found out when they called me to tell me he hit a teacher. After they put my kid on the phone he tells me a teacher picked him up and his arm hurt. He hit him to try to get him to put him down. I took him to urgent care and found out it was broken. It had been broken for hours and they had no clue.

This facility has earned a bad reputation lately. The last director was a nightmare. However, things have completely turned around under the leadership of the new director. She's upbeat, loves children and goes over the top to be helpful. Teachers have gone from stressed to positive, and do an amazing job with my 2 kids. They find fun and creative ways to engage the kids and teach them important social skills. The new cook there makes delicious food that I would want to eat. My kids come home cheerful and kind, and use important skills they learned from great teachers. My life is 10x better knowing they're in good hands and I can go to work knowing that one area of my life is well taken care of.

I had to wait on someone coming in both times. Not one person introduced themself or greeted us. It was like the teacher was unaware she was coming or just unprepared. I had to lead the conversation, where to put my daughter's bottles, diapers etc. -I picked her up with the whole right side of her face completely scratched up. No one called me or addressed it when I came in. When I picked her up I noticed it. "A friend must have grabbed her to say hello." Wasn't an actual answer at the time. Why was my 4 month even on the floor?? She is the youngest and doesn't even sit up yet. Safety for her wasn't considered. Couldn't give me an incident report because no one was available to sign. The following day I stopped in to grab it and her stuff, the form stated "she was laying on floor, friend scratched her" -The teacher had my baby laying across her lap no head support just dangling off her leg. She looked miserable! She didn't even get off the floor to great me or pass me my daughter. I had to bend over her it was just unsettling. -As soon as I walk in "she cried all day! Nothing soothed her! She cried all day. She wouldn't stop crying." When I left her I told them to call me if she was too much I'll drop everything. My daughter opened her eyes at the lady & she goes "don't you start crying again" not in a positive manner. -Asked when she was coming back (I hadn't processed the events) I said tomorrow at 6am, she gave a sigh and eye roll like "we have to do this again tomorrow" Talked to the Center Director the day after incident & she didn't say a whole lot. I spoke about all the issues and I felt like I was talking to myself. I'm not sure if she did anything about the situation like maybe more training for her teachers etc. I explained she will never be coming back & they failed my daughter

They wait until the parent arrives to pick up the child that day to view the injury ,explain what had happened, and then give out an incident report (which is standard) for the parent to sign. They operate on the CYA policy. Even if it is a "very hard fall." The owner makes it very clear that she wants your business but doesn't need it. She lets you know that there is a wait list to get into her school. So if you don't fit their criteria, demographic, or criticize (the way they care for your child) then there's someone in line waiting to take your place. Money in money out. They don't consider that because of a parent staff conflict the child is the one who suffers. Not just in the case of an injury but also because of a change in the child's regiment and development. Don't get me wrong I like the school and I like the teachers but the owner is a big problem.

She cares for the children as individuals, communicates to the parents as family, and treats the staff with complete appreciation and care. While working there, my daughter attended the daycare, starting in the toddler class and moving onto the two older classes. I was so happy to have her in such a loving environment. They went above and beyond what a daycare is. They not only kept her safe and busy, they also made sure her individual needs were met (she needed a longer nap time than others and they also worked with me on my request of reducing her thumb sucking) they taught her a wonderful preschool education (she was reciting the entire pledge of allegiance AND writing her name clearly at the age of 3!) She learned to care for her peers and respect adults. They also had fun "beach days", teddy bear picnics, and annually have the fire department come by to talk to the children about safety and let them tour the fire truck. The toys are constantly being cleaned and rotated. They made sure specific health requests were met, from medications to allergies. When bringing your child here, this daycare facility feels more like an extended family because of the small class sizes and caring staff. I highly recommend this wonderful business to families who want the best for their children!
