I got a missed call from them and I called them back and they said it was ready. I go pick up my computer only to try to get over charged until I told the guy I was quoted $129 then he wants to adjust the price. Then he tried to tell me he called twice last week to tell me my computer was ready but he couldn't produce his receipt, I have my receipt where I only got a call from them once. I'll never recommend them to anyone.

On the aspect of diagnosis and the followup: They are very…read moretransparent, helpful, and polite. I have a Lenovo Legion PC. It worked completely fine one night, and in the morning it wouldn't turn on at all. Turns out, it started storming after I went to sleep, and some power surge killed my GPU (yes, I had a surge protector and the PC was off). I took it to them and they had it diagnosed within the day. They tested all of the parts, and called me with all of the information they had acquired so far. Replacing the GPU was a sudden expense, but any questions I had, I called them and they helped from start to finish, and were respectful with me, my hardware, and all other aspects. They installed the new GPU for me and everything seems great so far. My PC is in the same, if not better condition after being with them for 4 days. For both diagnosis and installing the GPU, the grand total was only $120, which would have been much higher had I gone to another repair center. The GPU itself was much more of a hole in my wallet, so I'm keeping that price private. The only negative experience I had with them was their diagnostic price is still set lower on their website, but I believe the increase is a pretty recent change, so I don't blame them for lagging on updating it. HORRIBLE computer repair store!!! First of all, I was told that I could pick my fixed computer up…read morein two days, and I didn't get it back until EIGHT DAYS LATER! I took my computer there to get it cleaned of viruses and the like, and the idiot WIPED ALL THE INFORMATION OFF MY COMPUTER, including emails from my recently deceased sister and a family tree with 600+ individuals that I had been working on for five years! And this was AFTER telling the guy about these things and receiving assurances that none of it would be lost! And even more strangely, the moron deleted the sound driver from my computer. ???? Of course, when my husband went back up to the store the next day to confront him about what he had done, he denied all of it. He even claimed that he tested the sound on the computer "right before it was picked up" and it was perfect. I refused to let my husband take the computer back to the guy to "look into it" because I was afraid he would damage and/or lose even more precious files! We ended up having to replace the computer (yes, despite the fact that the Computer MD moron said it was "fine"), and take my old one to someone else to retrieve all the info from the hard drive that was still there after Computer MD worked it over.
