Inside the Ala Moana Mall this is a pleasant place to stop, cool off and get a very cold, highly caffeinated drink (big smile)! There are also a few decaffeinated drinks. There are a few small tables. The walls to floor are covered with an oceanic mural. Lighting is good as this entire mall seems to be completely covered over. I got the POG fruit tea. I wasn't prepared for the kick of black tea but it works. I was expecting more of the Pog fruit drink, but this tea really works well. Not to sweet. Not bitter at all. The tannins are present and there are pieces of fruit boba that are also tasty. Cooling off here, this was the right call to make for taking a refreshing break.

Perfect stop to enjoy a sweet treat after a night of shopping at Ala Moana! One of the very few boba spots that stays open late. There's so many different options to choose from so even the pickiest boba drinker will find something to enjoy! The boba was great and the drink wasn't too sweet, highly recommend!!

The drinks were amazing and I had gotten a brown sugar with tapioca and a friend of mine got an Oreo version with tapioca as well. While some wouldnt combine those two, it seemed to be not too bad but not incredible if you are a first timer. The staff was only one person but she was nice though it felt slightly awkward at moments which I don't mind that much. They say they open at noon yet when I had went at about 12:45, it was closed for about another hour afterwards. I did not find any people inside which I think is just since the time and where it is located but it smells like tea and had very quiet music playing in the background. Would definitely recommend.

Teapresso is a solid spot for decent drinks! They stay open much later than other boba shops, making it a great place to study or hang out at! Although the smaller size, the shop is clean, nicely lit, and has a few tables and counter seating. They have an extensive drink menu that boasts milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, frappes, and lemonades. You also have the option to customize your sweetness, dairy options, and toppings. What's unique about Teapresso is that you can also build your own brewed to order teas--which I've never tried. Instead, I usually order off of their menu which I did during my previous visit. I got their Hojicha Milk Tea with 25% sweetness, boba, and soy milk. The hojicha tea was subtle, mellow, and nutty. Since their boba is already sweet the 25% sweetness was perfect. They also sell various snacks and desserts such as ice cream, macaroons, cakes, and chips. Located next to Ichiriki and close to Ala Moana, this is a great option for a refreshing pick me up. They have a shared parking lot in the back which can be a hit or miss, but street parking as well as around Ala Moana is always an option! The workers are friendly, helpful, and do a great job at making the drinks quickly. Although not my favorite boba shop, Teapresso is a place I can count on for a quick boba fix.

Teapresso is a decent place to grab something sweet if you're in the Ala Moana area. The quality of their drinks is fine. It's not the best but it gets the job done. I appreciate that they have a large assortment of flavors to choose from so you can try something new every time. The staff is friendly and the location is ok, but something about the atmosphere of the restaurant makes me feel like I don't want to sit down for a while and enjoy my drink with friends. The decor and art of the restaurant is nice at first but it feels a bit cluttered and dirty. I wish the design of the interior made me feel more at ease like other milk tea spots. I would recommend teapresso if you want a quick treat while you're in the area but aren't looking to sit down and relax.

Absolutely thankful!! Sadly it's been quite awhile since I've been here before all the boba craziness took off most probably because of the parking is kinda impossible. Known for it's brewed to order teas it's all freshly made exactly how you like it and you can definitely taste the freshness. I've been having to work a few extended hours these past few days and have been starting to feel it, tonight was 12 hours...exhausted and hungry I just Yelped places I could get tea...BAM! Teapresso Bar!? OMG Yass!! Though it's the only place opened not shockingly there wasn't any street parking available. First of all their menu is quite massive but I already know I need my flavored green tea so I build my own tea which is six easy steps to your creation. The staff here is super friendly didn't rush me as they seemingly see I'm clueless though helped me with any questions that I had. They do have an incredible varieties of sweets and snacks to go with your drink that's super convenient with quite a few indoor and outdoor seatings. It's a great hangout when you're done with dinner but not done chatting. I'm just grateful to to Teapresso Bar and it's staff for the late night hours to take care of some that don't have the standard work hours to take care of their needs...yup this was a need lol!! Thank you!!!

Lychee Dew Smoothie (supposedly with lychee jelly as we had ordered but a specific employee did not put it in)
    Gilbert S.

The Vietnamese female employee with short shorts and sleeveless outfit with a loud voice never fails to get our orders wrong. When we ordered smoothie here before, she barely gave enough toppings. And just tonight even when we told her we wanted a lychee jelly topping, she completely omitted it. For my Thai milk tea, I told her clearly that I wanted less ice but she filled my cup up with plenty of ice anyway. As we left Teapresso Bar, we called her to complain and as we were telling her that she messed up our orders--and told our complains--she hangs up on us. We called her again right away and told her why did she hang up but she denies hanging up on us. She even goes to the extent of denying of what she had done with our orders, telling us that she had our orders right.... *sigh* This lady is making Teapresso look bad and she does not deserve working here. I love Teapresso but she is the "bad apple" of the business. I am not talking smack but this is the truth to be told. Not everyone can be a phenomenal bobarista. She needs to go....

A great little place to get Dave's icecream, macaroons, tea etc. small clean and the staff are very friendly. Not far from Ala Moana park or the mall. Great selection of smoothies and other healthy refreshing drinks. The macaroons are perfect and out of this world. A wonderful selection of various cheese cakes. Ok ok you can have a healthy drink so a little indulgence on desert. Perfect!! Defense neatly a great place to stop and get a snack and refreshing drink. I highly recommend.

I've been to this Teapresso in the past before and it wasn't a good experience. Some old lady got our orders wrong, refused to remake our drinks, and didn't even give me an apology. Coming back here after a while made me hope that things were different, but it's really just the same. Instead of an old lady ruining my experience, it was a dude this time. One barista at the time of this review was working their a** off making drinks for me + 3 other customers. All by themselves. Then you get this guy who was just sitting at the counters, staring at... I don't f*cking know? Struts outside looking at the roads and cars passing by... I don't know what their role in this establishment is, but telling off the barista that they haven't helped a customer with their order yet when YOU could be helping is such a bad look for your business. If you're not going to do anything, then leave. All you're doing is just making the business look like sh*t. Really couldn't stand that attitude. To the barista working by themselves, I hope you quit this job and work somewhere where you can get proper support and help from fellow coworkers and caring management. Not that piece of crap.

My favorite part was the ambience of the store. It had a really cool underwater theme, painted from floor to ceiling. It's a pretty small store, so they line can rack up quick. Luckily we got in right before a rush. I saw that there was only one employee in the front side preparing the drinks, which could affect the wait times for the drinks. I recommend the Brown Sugar Matcha Milk tea. I'm normally not a fan of Matcha, but I was introduced to theirs previously and it's one of my favorite drinks to get from here now!

Boardgame anyone? Well, not right now while we practice social distancing. But this is a nice modern cafe appealing more towards younger crowds. A bunch of cute mini polaroid photos posted all over the wall as decor and pre-covid they did tables inside with a variety of board games out. Their drinks list is pretty extensive with milk teas, iced teas, smoothies, frappes, lemonade, slushes, coffee, and build-your-own-tea. Hokkaido Milk Tea- Assam, earl grey, black tea variety, milk. A Japanese version of "royal tea". Not sure what they included as a sweetener, but it was overwhelmingly sweet. I like my tea more bitter and should have gone with the customizable tea option. Iced SeaFoam Caramel Coffee- I'm not a coffee drinker but the person I was with said it was well balanced with the brewed coffee and salty frothy foam. Overall Service: They were pleasant. Very laid back.

Came here with my friend after a night of shopping. One of the few boba shops open later at night in town! The workers were very friendly and the boba was a perfect sweet treat after shopping!

I find it ironic that the cashier not wearing a mask wouldn't let me order without wearing a mask. They lost a regular customer.

The wonderful Hawaiian ladies who run the shop are incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Their aloha spirit shines through in every interaction, and they make you feel like family the moment you walk through the door. The smoothies are some of the freshest and most authentic I've ever tasted. Everything tastes natural, wholesome, and made with high-quality organic ingredients. My favorites are the guava and strawberry smoothies, which are bursting with fresh fruit flavor and perfectly refreshing without tasting overly sweet or artificial. The biggest compliment I can give is that during my one-week vacation in Hawaii, I've already come back three times! That's how good this place is. When you find food this fresh, service this friendly, and an atmosphere this welcoming, you can't help but keep coming back. If you're looking for authentic, healthy, delicious food and drinks in Oahu, do yourself a favor and stop by. This place is an absolute gem and deserves every one of its five stars. Highly recommend!

Lots of fresh fruit when you first walk in, with a digital menu to look at, along with suggestions of people's favorite combinations. Also a section of crack seed goodies as well. There was 1 person working, so it took a little bit of time for her to work through the orders, to then take new orders. Patience is key. And there's not a lot of space to wait, when it gets busy, which may be why there's a bench directly outside. Got the strawberry guava smoothie, though it seems as if they threw the entire guava plus the seeds inside, as it was the crunchiest smoothie I've ever had. I would've much preferred that they omitted the seeds or strained them out prior to blending. Also would've liked a more thicker smoothie, as it liquified and separated rather quickly on the drive home. The honey kumquat lemon tea on the other hand was delicious. I had asked for lemon tea (no honey, no kumquat), and ended up with this. Not mad about this mishap, as it was rather refreshing and something I never knew I needed.

I think I may have found my new forever spot…read more This was my first visit, and when I arrived the ordering area was at capacity, so I was standing outside. I noticed a QR code on the door for online ordering, scanned it, grabbed an outdoor table and figured I'd give that a try. I ordered the Smoked Salmon and Bacon sandwich, the Apple Pecan Salad with balsamic dressing, and a large cold brew. I paid online and sat outside for maybe 15-20 minutes. I never did figure out whether I was supposed to get a notification that my order was ready, so eventually I just went inside to check. Sure enough, it was ready. Easy enough, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind. Then I got home and opened everything, and THAT is when I became really impressed. I had included a note with my order that I planned to eat the salad the following day and asked that the wet ingredients be kept separate. They absolutely understood the assignment. Everything was packaged so thoughtfully. The Apple Pecan Salad was beautiful, incredibly fresh and substantial, with the ingredients carefully separated so it would keep. It wasn't some obligatory pile of greens tossed into a container. You could actually see the care that went into making it. The Smoked Salmon and Bacon sandwich was equally good. Fresh, generously filled and absolutely delicious. I ate half the sandwich and some of the salad and was completely satisfied. Between the two, I can easily get four meals out of what I ordered, which makes the value even better. And the cold brew? Wowzer. Robust and delicious! I think what impressed me most was simply the level of care. A sandwich and a salad aren't complicated foods, but doing simple food really well takes effort. Fresh produce, good ingredients, thoughtful preparation, paying attention to a customer's request, and putting out food that looks every bit as good as it tastes. I felt that in this order. I actually tipped 15% when I ordered because I was thinking, okay, this is basically grab-and-go. After I got home and ate the food, I wished I'd tipped 20%. It genuinely felt good spending my money here. This was visit number one, and they've already set the benchmark. I really hope they stay exactly like this, because what a find. I will absolutely be back.

I don't want to be that person when this place has an overall rating of 4.5 but this is just my honest opinion. I got the blue dream and yes it was very ascetically pleasing, but it was just too icy. Before coming to this place i read a couple of reviews that also said the same thing and i didn't understand what that meant, but now I do. There are a lot of flavorless, just regular, small shards of ice in the bowl. On top of that, the moment I received my bowl, it was already borderline melted. So that got me thinking, how can it be melted and icy at the same time? The only explanation that I can think of is just ice additive/fillers. It's not pure cold acai or whatever is in the bowl you choose, but there's a mixture of ice in it too. Yes I understand, it's Waikiki, everything is more expensive, but the added topping prices on top of the already expensive bowl prices just don't make sense. You want a beautiful looking bowl with a lot of different toppings, yet some toppings can go up to 1 dollar PER topping. I don't know if I've just been spoiled by a couple places in SoCal, but at those places they have unlimited toppings and those bowls are the best that there is. I'm not bringing any bias from other locations, but this is just an honest review based on my experience today.

They will do takeout on the dessert, however it does not travel well. The ice cream melts, the frozen coconut cream thing melts and it becomes a big mess. They have an app and a loyalty program - use it and you can get some free stuff. The timing in the app isn't always right because sometimes it says ready in 20 minutes but it's in 5 and sometimes it's in like 30. I don't think they adjust the timing to reflect how busy they are inside; I wish they did. Small spot to sit down and eat there if you want and some outdoor tables. However the outdoor tables are considered takeout, so if you order desserts, it won't come on the plates, it will be boxed, and sometimes a mess when the ice cream parts melt and make the paper soggy. No bathrooms inside. They are friendly enough but they often feel like they don't really want to be there but they're cordial enough. I will keep coming back for the dessert anyway! They say they close at 9pm but they don't. The told me 8:45pm and if you come at 8:55pm they're basically shut down. Not a fan of this because if you really close at 8:45pm, then change your hours. Otherwise actually stay open til 9pm, which does mean workers have to stay later. In any case, I'm not a fan when there's this mismatch. On the other hand. The Alley says they're open til 9pm, and if you're at the door at 9pm, they'll let you in.
