After a $200 blotchy color job and a ghosted follow-up (seriously, the other stylist refused to text, had no voicemail, and left a "reminder" the day before my appointment -- which I missed because I didn't see it until the next day), I was done. Especially after losing three loved ones that same month and still planning to call and explain... only to get completely ignored. Then I found Lyndsey -- and thank god I did. She's professional, communicative (she texts! what a concept), and actually listens. She removed the banded color from my last disaster, lifted my dark hair without damage, and gave me a look that actually got compliments. When I asked for a slight tone tweak (because she insists on making things perfect), she happily scheduled me back in with no issue.
