I was still taking photos and checking into Yelp when they said my honeydew and Thai teas were ready. The staff was friendly and reserved, but not exactly warm. There was no vibe like you'd want to sit for awhile and enjoy your tea. It was a very get in-get out feel. There was some seating in the far back that was a bit blocked off, and there was nothing in the front. When I didn't grab my tea right away, they seemed a little put out and gave the person behind me their order in a different part of the counter as to really show me that my stuff was in the way. I took a picture of my tea as they watched me and then I said thank you as I left. I didn't have a tea emergency, but if you ever have one, this is the place to go. You'll get in and out in a heartbeat. If you want to sit and enjoy your tea in a relaxing and cheerful environment, this probably isn't the place. I drank my honeydew slush with warm boba on the way home. In my hot car- it took a minute to cool down. The situation was less than ideal. Hey! At least I didn't order hot tea! The ambiance is pleasant, and even the sturdy, high-quality bags they provide add a nice touch to the overall experience. But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check.
