Lovely little place. Trying the Ladybug drink was a nice first type of this drink. The lady there was very helpful in explaining the options. I came here to this location the other day since they were the only Boba place nearby that was open, I was wanting a milk tea , I was surprised by the selection of all the other types of drinks that they had, unfortunately the Boba was not ready yet, and the milk tea was OK, really was not my best milk tea that I've had the tea tasted burnt, or like old coffee, kind of bitter... and it definitely was not sweet I suppose I needed to ask for it to be sweet I just thought it would be sweet enough to cut the bitter taste of the tea. I've really enjoyed the other Teaspoon locations, so I was excited to hear that this new place was opening. I walked in, and the owner greeted me with the friendliest welcome. Everybody there was extremely kind and warm, and you could tell how happy they were to have people coming in. I got the Silky Strawberry and Taro Lover, and both did not disappoint. Everything tasted consistent and fresh. The boba was the perfect consistency and I love their generous amounts. Everything is reasonably priced as well. I'd definitely come back to buy another drink. I've been to the Davis location so this is my first time here at the fair oaks location. Let's go into my review Location and visibility: 5/5 I could find it right away. It's on the corner of the plaza. The location is convenient. Go shopping and then come back for boba or go get boba and drink while you're shopping. Drinks: 3/5 there is no food food items. But they do have pastries. My daughter loves the macaroons. Today my sister and I got 3 drinks. She got the lychee on lychee at 75% sweetness and I got the mango puree on organic whole milk. I couldn't reduce the sweetness according to the cashier. Total came out $13 before tips. The lychee sweetness was too sweet for me. I would have gotten the Vietnamese coffee on matcha or ube. I tried the Vietnamese coffee and it was good. Customer service was excellent. 5/5. The cashier was patient was guided us to select a drink. I didn't feel rush. So excited there's a new Teaspoon closer to home!! They have a great location in Loehmann's Plaza so I had been eyeing it anytime I was driving past. It's a smaller one much like the other ones but they do have some tables inside, and there is outdoor seating around the corner if you wanted to hang out. Service is always super quick here which is impressive since they just opened up. I came in yesterday to grab the new Starlight Sesame drink which is a hojicha milk tea and it tasted so good! Very roasted flavor and true hojicha milk tea, which a lot of places don't offer! The crème brûlée on top makes it creamy and you can smell and taste it while you enjoy your drink! I will definitely be back soon again for that drink and to try the new ube creme brulee drink too. read more

Teaspoon offers a wonderful menu that has unique drinks that made my sweet tooth go crazy. The drinks came out pretty fast and the drinks are of decent quality. Boba had a nice chew to them (which I like), and the drinks were not overwhelmingly sweet. I got the silky strawberry and the bits of strawberry within the drink made me love the drink even more. Tried their silky strawberry and it was good! Basically just a super sweet strawberry milk with boba. The boba was chewy and pretty sweet. I don't think this specific drink can be adjusted for sweetness but some of the other drinks can. Their drinks overall tends to be on the sweeter side so I always adjust to 25-50% if possible. I appreciate how this drink comes with boba but I asked if it can be substituted for crystal boba and the owner(?) said yes but there would be a upcharge for it as an additional topping, which I don't really understand since it would be subbed. The drink was $6.75, which is on the pricier side but I guess pretty standard for a drink with boba nowadays, but I wish there was a cheaper option for this drink without boba so that I have the option to choose the topping. I do notice that their drinks overall tends to be on the pricier side compared to other boba shops but am happy to see they offer happy hour deals!
