My coworkers and I are so happy that Teaspoon has finally opened their door! We have walked over during lunch/breaks several times now and have had good experiences each time. Their menu isn't super extensive, but they have a little bit of everything - milk teas, fruit teas and a few smoothies. I've had their lychee on lychee and their guava sunset. Both were really good and sweet. If you don't like your teas super sugary, I would recommend adjusting your sweetness. I really like that they offer samples from time to time. I'm usually on the fence about milk teas and I was able to sample one of theirs prior to ordering, which made my decision easier. Each time we have visited, the same girl was working behind the counter. There was one day, where she was slammed with atleast 10 orders and she was by herself. I felt so bad for her because she couldn't catch a break, but she kept a smile on her face and kept it pushing. Kudos to her! I'm not sure if they have other workers, but it would probably be best to have more than one gal working. . .or give the girl a large raise! lol read more

Came here for a tasting event but was also able to purchase from their menu. They have their official soft opening day on Saturday, August 17th and will run from 10AM-7PM From their tasting event, I got to try six of their drinks which include creamy jasmine, silky mango, matcha royale, thai tea, peach oolong, guava sunset. I've previously had the guava sunset before and had loved it. All of the drinks I really enjoyed cause it suited my taste being not too sweet. Aside from the drinks I also got to try bite sizes of three desserts, which include red velvet cake, Peruvian chocolate brownie, and marshmallow bar. The cake and brownie were my favourite out of the three. Afterwards I purchased the strawberry colada which was new to me and I loved it also! Most of the sweetness comes from their strawberry jam and the pineapple coconut smoothie was not too sweetened so together it went well. read more

Yay! Have been waiting for so long for this place to finally open!! I attended their taste testing (limited menu) but just enough to get my boba fix and of course buy some for home. There is plenty of parking here and it's located next to UPS, Sees Candy and Jamba Juice. There are a few seats inside if you want to chill or have a boba date. They put a glass up so you can actually watch them make the drinks. I do like how you can see what toppings they have so if you are not familiar with the toppings on their menu, you can see it first. Staff was super friendly. I had met the owners and spoken to their district manager Sara who provided the tea tasting and samples of the desserts. She was very welcoming and explained all the drinks very well and answered all my questions. Though they had the tastings for the drinks listed below, they still had the full menu available and since the majority of the staff are from other locations they are well equipped to make all the drinks and even drinks that may not be on the menu any longer like the Violetta latte! Tasting menu: Matcha Royale Silky mango Peach oolong Creamy jasmine Guava sunset Thai tea - they all taste amazing! But especially love how strong the jasmine tea was but still sweet and how refreshing the guava sunset taste. -the matcha wasn't too grassy tasting which I enjoyed For home, I ended up ordering their Matcha Royale, Guava Sunset, dirty Ube and taro lover. -for the Taro lover, they told me that it is made with powder but they incorporate real taro that they purée in house. A cute spot in Loehmann's Plaza, it's on the southwest side of the plaza. I tried the Silky Mango, infused with milk and honey, with boba. It was pretty tasty, but I learned that I do not like the boba (chewy tapioca balls) and its texture. I can tell that someone who loves boba would absolutely love this drink though. They had a very large variety of drinks including Vietnamese coffee, of which was very good, and strong. The Guava Sunset with pineapple marmalade was very good, and very refreshing. It can be tart, but you can add whatever percentage of sweetness you want from adjusting the pineapple marmalade. Inside, there were a few tables to sit and enjoy your drinks, and the staff were very friendly. Their displays were very well organized, and there was a shelf of dessert items that looked really good. Been coming every week because I cannot get enough of the starlight sesame with oat milk. Something about Hojicha and black sesame is just a good pair. Wish it wasn't a seasonal item because it's that good! If you get a chance, hurry and try it. I am not sure how much longer it will be on the menu. Also, if you like Vietnamese coffee, they have power hour from 9am to 12pm for $2 off coffee drinks (for a limited time). read more

I've really enjoyed the other Teaspoon locations, so I was excited to hear that this new place was opening. I walked in, and the owner greeted me with the friendliest welcome. Everybody there was extremely kind and warm, and you could tell how happy they were to have people coming in. I got the Silky Strawberry and Taro Lover, and both did not disappoint. Everything tasted consistent and fresh. The boba was the perfect consistency and I love their generous amounts. Everything is reasonably priced as well. I'd definitely come back to buy another drink. I came here to this location the other day since they were the only Boba place nearby that was open, I was wanting a milk tea , I was surprised by the selection of all the other types of drinks that they had, unfortunately the Boba was not ready yet, and the milk tea was OK, really was not my best milk tea that I've had the tea tasted burnt, or like old coffee, kind of bitter... and it definitely was not sweet I suppose I needed to ask for it to be sweet I just thought it would be sweet enough to cut the bitter taste of the tea. I've been to the Davis location so this is my first time here at the fair oaks location. Let's go into my review Location and visibility: 5/5 I could find it right away. It's on the corner of the plaza. The location is convenient. Go shopping and then come back for boba or go get boba and drink while you're shopping. Drinks: 3/5 there is no food food items. But they do have pastries. My daughter loves the macaroons. Today my sister and I got 3 drinks. She got the lychee on lychee at 75% sweetness and I got the mango puree on organic whole milk. I couldn't reduce the sweetness according to the cashier. Total came out $13 before tips. The lychee sweetness was too sweet for me. I would have gotten the Vietnamese coffee on matcha or ube. I tried the Vietnamese coffee and it was good. Customer service was excellent. 5/5. The cashier was patient was guided us to select a drink. I didn't feel rush. Also the day we went was on Sunday around 5pm and it wasn't super busy. read more

always been a fan of teaspoon so it's nice to have another in the area. this one is just as good as another location i've tried! got a creamy jasmine with boba, soo good!! boba was perfect as well. next time i'll get 75% sugar as their 100% was too sweet for me (which is what i normally get) my group all got something different and they really liked their drinks as well! smallish places with a few tables. you can order at the online kiosk or counter. they workers were very nice. and they had a few samples of some other drinks to try as well. will definitely me returning! read more

They make every drink on the spot, as they should, and every aspect is adjustable, such as the amount of syrup, sugar, boba, ice, foam, etc. Thr staff is always friendly, and typically very knowledgeable regarding what goes into each drink. Teaspoon has the practically expected Boba atmosphere, (bright earth tones, anime characters on the walls, clean white floors and walls, etc). However, their saving grace is the presence of an automated ordering system. It's critical to note that you are NOT restricted to waiting in line if the automated podium is available. Additionally, they have a bathroom that is readily available to all customers. So excited there's a new Teaspoon closer to home!! They have a great location in Loehmann's Plaza so I had been eyeing it anytime I was driving past. It's a smaller one much like the other ones but they do have some tables inside, and there is outdoor seating around the corner if you wanted to hang out. Service is always super quick here which is impressive since they just opened up. I came in yesterday to grab the new Starlight Sesame drink which is a hojicha milk tea and it tasted so good! Very roasted flavor and true hojicha milk tea, which a lot of places don't offer! The crème brûlée on top makes it creamy and you can smell and taste it while you enjoy your drink! I will definitely be back soon again for that drink and to try the new ube creme brulee drink too. read more

Teaspoon offers a wonderful menu that has unique drinks that made my sweet tooth go crazy. The drinks came out pretty fast and the drinks are of decent quality. Boba had a nice chew to them (which I like), and the drinks were not overwhelmingly sweet. I got the silky strawberry and the bits of strawberry within the drink made me love the drink even more. The overall tea was so smooth and delicate, I felt like the milk tea was coating my tastebuds so well haha I'll try the fruit teas next time when I'm here. So glad the milk tea drinks were top-notch.
