The ordering process is self serve, with two touchscreen kiosks located on the left side, making it easy to browse the menu and customize your order without feeling rushed. I loved the variety they offer. Not just drinks but also hot foods and donuts, so there's something for everyone. I decided on the Panda Milk Tea and adjusted the sweetness to 50%, which was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with both agar and regular boba, adding great texture to the drink. It was refreshing, flavorful, and definitely something I'd order again. For food, I tried the French fries and the popcorn chicken. The fries were decent but could have used a little more salt, while the popcorn chicken was flavorful and enjoyable. My only complaint was with the sauces. When my hot food was handed to me, no dipping sauces were included, and I had to ask for them. Thankfully they were free, but I was only given one ketchup and one ranch for the entire order, which felt a little skimpy considering the portion size. Every major city has that one well-known milk tea/fruit tea franchise. For Sacramento, I assume it's T4 since it seems to pop up everywhere on Google Maps. The best word I can use to describe this location is reliable. Their brown sugar milk tea and passionfruit tea consistently taste great; they're not at the top of my list but certainly acceptable, especially when it's 10pm and it's the last boba shop open. The value could be better on the normal-sized brown sugar milk tea with boba. For a little over $8 after tax, it's on the smaller side. However, the price makes more sense for the fruit teas (~$6.25 with boba after tax). This is a great cafe for passing by -- it's conveniently near both midtown and downtown. If you're driving though, good luck finding a parking spot. read more

Bad customer service.!! I had a disappointing experience at T4. I stopped in as a DoorDash driver to pick up an order for one of your paying customers and asked to use the restroom while I was there. I was told I had to buy something because I wasn't considered a customer. As a Dasher, I'm representing your business by delivering food to your customers. It was disappointing to be treated like I didn't belong, especially over something as simple as using the restroom. A little understanding and courtesy toward delivery drivers would go a long way.
