This self-serve boba drink is a fun concept for a boba cafe. We arrived around 2:30pm on Saturday and the cafe was quite busy. The cafe is tucked in a corner shopping complex with some parking spaces. We paid $6.50 per cup for self serve boba at the cashier and they gave us the plastic cup and a small sample cup to try the tea. There's a sign on how to build the cup on the wall. First, we chose our toppings. There are lots of varieties to choose from. We put a mix of classic tapioca boba, crystal boba, dragon fruit popping boba, lychee popping boba, pudding, grass jelly, and mixed jelly. We then tried some of the tea using the small tasting cup and decided to get a mix of strawberry brown sugar & unsweetened assam black tea. We skipped the cane sugar & honey sweetener as our drink already had a nice sweetness. Last step was to seal our cup with the sealer. Me & my kiddo had fun making our own concoction and the price was good for the boba we got. Next time, I'd love to try their made to order boba since the menu looked so good.

I was in the area and I was craving something refreshing and this was nearby. I ordered the matcha flights. Which came with a strawberry matcha, mango matcha, banana matcha, and double matcha flavors. Overall, all of the drinks were pretty solid. My favorite personally was the banana matcha. I saw that they also have their own self serve boba station which is pretty cool. The workers here are really chill and are very helpful. I'll definitely be back again to try more items on the menu and try their self serve boba. Try it out if you like. :)

Self serve boba? Who does that? Only this place! U buy a cup and then there are like 3 or 4 unsweetened drinks and the rest are sweetened. U can add your own honey/sweetener. Then you add your toppings.... And then seal the deal! I got unsweetened mango oolong tea which didn't taste unsweetened but I'll take their word for it. Then added some boba and a little lychee jelly. I also added a tiny bit of milk tea to make it a tiny creamy. I had to try the cute steaming teapot! Yes u get to keep it. Haha. It's dry ice and then u pour a little hot water on it to make it steam. It costs two dollars fyi. my husband ordered the Vietnamese coffee which was good and potent! My brother got the matcha flight and we thought banana flavor was the best one. The cashiers are very helpful and easy to talk to. I wish they had a few more snack options, but nothing really to complain about! My brother liked the kpop playing in the background.

Good service. Fast. Nice staff. Everything is clean. If you don't like making your own, you can always have them make it for you. I like that there are the options for both. It's decently priced. They always change up the flavors for the build your own, so that's always nice. I also like the opportunity to try the different drinks before committing to one. This was not our first time here and definitely won't be our last seeing as the kids always enjoy making their own.

We ordered the Peaches & Cream and the Strawberry Yogurt blended drinks. The guy serving us was friendly and quick, and our drinks were delicious.

Walked in and the ambiance was very dark and humid. I was quickly greeted by the cashier and he helped me answer all of my questions. I ordered the regular matcha latte and was reasonably priced for its size ($7~) My matcha came out super fast and upon first glance I was not impressed. It was 85% milk and 15% matcha. After mixing it, it just tasted like milk and sugar, I would not get it again and I would not recommend. :((

Boba was perfectly cooked, taro was so smooth and creamy and sweetness was balanced. Strawberry banana perfect sweetness (bf highly recommends)! Staff very kind and informative. FYI, if you get a blended drink/latte they put your boba in for you but I'm sure you can ask to do it or ask for your preferred amount. The place was clean, not super busy, bathroom is open and clean.

We heard about this self-serve boba place and had to try it--my daughter loves boba! You walk in, pay $6.50, and then you're free to build your own drink with whatever toppings and flavors you want. The customer service was very friendly, and the place was clean and well-kept. They have seating both inside and outside, but since it was raining, the outdoor seating wasn't really usable--everything was wet. Still, we had a great time and will definitely be coming back!

I got the taro cream matcha latte and it was decent. It was thick and heavy. I believe it's about 16oz or more so it is a lot of matcha which makes sense because it cost over $9. The environment is small and dark but there is also seating outside on a covered patio sunroof kind of place. The service was nice. She helped me decide between drinks between similar flavors. I would go back and try a different flavor.

Went to try their drunk flights! I loved the establishment, with the honey bees themes. I love honeybees. I will say when we went, it was extremely hot in the place (during the summer), go during a cooler day. The staff were nice and patient as we figured out what we wanted. Tried the matcha flight and Vietnamese coffee flights. The banana matcha was a favorite and the fruit ones- with mango and Strawberry, but I wish they had more pureed with it. The coffee ones- liked the banana and mocha one.

We had a fun time making our own boba drink using the self service option. They gave us little sample cup to try out the flavors and choose what topping we wanted to add.

The Matcha Flight and Vietnamese Coffee Flight were amazing! My sister and I popped in an hour before they closed and were able to put in our orders and relax for a bit. Service was quick and easy and the staff were very patient with answering our questions. We purchased a spam musubi to eat while we waited (definitely the perfect size for a quick snack) and then got into our flights. The Vietnamese Coffee Flight came with ube, banana, matcha and tiramisu flavors. My sister loved the lightness of the ube flavor and the chocolate flavor from the tiramisu. Our matcha flight came with double matcha, banana matcha, mango matcha and strawberry matcha. I loved all the flavors, but wished there was more fruit puree in the mango and strawberry. The flights were the perfect size for tasting. The place was neat and quiet, even in the midst of the heat. I'll definitely be back to try the self serve bubble teas.

Wonderful Vietnamese (cold) coffee here! Very cute little cafe type building at the 65th and Folsom crossroads. It's kitty corner to Dos Coyote, if you can't find it. They have make your own boba here?!?! That's a fun experience. You pick out your flavor, add boba and seal your cup all on your own. That is very unique, I've never seen it before. Only downside is it is pretty pricey. My large Vietnamese coffee with tiramisu foam was close to $9. But I guess that's getting more typical these days. :/ The girl at the counter was really sweet and helpful. Thanks!!

This led us to Bingsu Tea in Natomas on Del Paso Rd. This shop has plenty of parking as it's a pretty big shopping center that it shares with many other businesses. When you walk in,the shop has the cutest interior design, little tables on the right side of the store, cute little design touches on the left. Ordering is mostly handled by two kiosks on the left. Menu is pretty lengthy but since we came here just for the Bingsu dessert dish,it wasn't too tough to decide. I've been here two times now and both times I got a Bingsu dessert dish. The 1st time we got a Oreo version and the 2nd time we got the Strawberry Mango version. Each ran about $14.30 I'm a little out of my element when to comes to this dessert as I'd never had them before but I will tell you this, both versions were excellent. Not too sweet, which was a surprise, the ice cream and the shaved ice on the bottom worked together flawlessly.A drizzle of condensed milk added a nice touch and enhanced the flavor profile. Between the two I think I preferred the strawberry-mango version but it's really close both were really high level. The Oreo version definitely hit right if you're in the mood for chocolate sweetness. The desserts are big enough to share-we shared with 2 people on the Oreo and 3 people on the strawberry version. In closing, I 100% recommend this shop if you're ever in the Natomas area and want to try out a pretty unique dessert experience-I'm sure you will enjoy it.

That guava cloud is thicc and velvety, full of guava flavor. It paired beautifully with the floral notes of Jasmine tea. I would definitely return for this. Taro paradise milk tea supposedly uses real taro, but my Asian mother said there wasn't enough of it in the drink, making the taro flavor light and diluted from the milk. I cannot vouch for the quality of this beverage, but it's a bit disappointing to hear it fell short. Strawberry smoothie was a hit and my grandpa happily finished it all. He's not easy to win over so imagine my surprise when he reported that it was a really good drink. Unfortunately, we weren't able to try the bingsu despite it being such a hot day, but this won't be our last visit. We will return for more!

The taro drink and mochi dog we got were good. Inside was very picturesque with a good amount of seating. The ramen wall was impressive and had a good selection. It served more for a decoration that day than for eating. But we loved the cute tree and floral wall. They also had some games for you to play with while waiting. Overall everything was ok but maybe we'll be back to give it another try.
