I have been on a boba tour, and Teastori was on my latest stop. I kept seeing that they had split cups and just had to try it. For a Saturday afternoon, it was definitely poppin! I love that they have trinkets in the shop and just overall a cutesy aesthetic while K-pop plays in the background. You can order from the kiosk or the front which makes the flow of everything so easy. I ordered the Vietnamese coffee and Taro tea both with boba pearls. Also, I got a ube taro mochi which a single one is $2.25 which is pretty steep compared to other spots I've been too. They also have the viral peach and mango ice cream, which I need to try. The split cup is perfect if you want to try different teas or have two favorites that you can't decide between. The Vietnamese coffee was strong but so smooth and good. I felt like it was a great mid-afternoon pick me up. The taro tea was everything! I see why it's a popular pick amongst customers. It was sweet and has a slightly earthy taste. It also had hints of vanilla and coconut which I slurped that side up first so fast. The mochi was really good as well especially as it went well with the Taro tea. There's so many flavors and combinations that you can choose from which makes Teastori a standout for me.

Stopped off in Gainesville while traveling and wanted something fun and refreshing for my drive. I looked at the pictures from TeaStori and was inclined to try. I got the mango matcha milk tea as well as the Galaxy limeade. I was a bit disappointed because it really didn't give galaxy vibes. The picture is misleading and the drink is just ok. Nothing really special. The mango matcha was good but somewhat thick. I wasn't a huge fan of the drinks. The service however was great! Staff was really pleasant and the cafe itself was super cute. Probably wouldn't return but glad I was able to try this location.

We came here after a recommendation. Super cute vibe inside and out! Staff was very friendly. My daughter ordered a vanilla chai tea with tapioca pearls. She said the drink was really good, like Cinnamon Toast Crunch in a drink. She said the tapioca pearls were not sweet enough at all.

I got a mango slush with lychee jelly, my typical go to drink. I used to visit Teastori often when I was in undergrad and my husband and I visited Gainesville this past weekend and hit up our favorite spots. I remember when I was in undergrad when I got this drink it was a bit smoother and not as icy, and the drinks used to be called "mango sno"

BEST BOBA TEA IVE EVER HAD IM NOT EVEN KIDDING!!!!!!!! First of all, the decor was wonderful! The cashier was soo nice and helped us navigate the menu!! I wish I lived around here so I could be a regular!! Another cool thing; they do split cups!!! It's the cup with two drinks in one! I got half lavender and half jasmine!!! Now usually, lavender flavored things aren't very strong on the lavender, but the way they do it here is just the best I've ever had. The jasmine was also so peeerfect!! the jasmine flavor was so strong!! I recommend trying the lavender or jasmine because they both blew my socks off! My life will only be complete once I'm able to visit again!

I give this place an above average simply because of the kindness and attentiveness of the worker behind the counter. Similar to other Boba places I've frequented (the last 2 months of this infatuation since I discovered the drink), it's in a small "strip mall", "coffee shop like" setting with books to read, and plenty of seating for 1-2-4 people: A few couples and a few solos were enjoying their beverages, chatting, and on their laptops. I went with the usual: Lychee w traditional boba, threw in some bursts. The person behind the counter was super busy, but still took a second to let me know that I would be taken care of shortly. Once they finished the orders they were working on they jumped to help me decide on size of cup, which flavors might do what to which flavors, and by the time I paid and sat down, my order was ready! I ended up with ROSE lychee tea (new to me, their recommendation) and it was ON POINT and exactly what I wanted even though I didn't know so This location also offered something I've never seen before. A "split cup" (see menu pic). One type of milk tea on one side, and another type on the other . It explicitly showed the variations offered and stated NO SUBSTITUTES! I was a little disappointed that the ONLY options involved milk (which I'm intolerant to). The tea-maker didn't seem to think they could do "fruit tea split", though I got the feeling that if I pressed the issue, I could've convinced them to either ask, or at least try But the cup size was even larger than the EXTRA large, and all I needed was the medium Was only passing though Gainesville, it was recommended by family who frequent A def good recommendation. I suggest you try it!

I know it's a bubble tea place but they have amazing fruit tea too! Really cute inside and outside. I got the guava peach tea, which was bright and refreshing. They have tons of other fruit and milk teas and macarons. Would definitely get again!

Cute little tea/boba joint in a small strip mall in Gainesville. Loved all the cute little nook areas with cute sayings and photo ops. We came after dinner and the line was quite long and due to that service took a while. It can be a bit cramped while everyone is waiting for their orders. Staff was friendly but maybe a bit short staffed. The tea was tasty and priced in line with most other shops of this type.

I was very close by to this bubble tea place thought I would stop by and get one! You walk inside and there's two kiosk that you can put your order in! I ordered the Mango milk tea with boba (.50 extra). The drink had too much ice and it wasn't made out real fruit, so the taste just ok! Also they don't give you enough boba!

Teastori is great, they have soooo many fun flavors and toppings. They keep the store looking a little funky but in a cute fun way. If you are a Mango lover... the Mango Fresh Milk with Mango Jellies is top tier! I think for the fun flavors I come here for sure, but for the classic milk tea I do check out many of the other options nearby. Teastori is definitely in the rotation and worth a try. They've got mochis and macaroons too. I like the mochis better than the macaroons as those can also be found in other places. But again. DONT SLEEP ON THE FRESH MILK MANGO!

Driving through Gainesville back to Georgia and stopped by TeaStori. The decor was very cute. You place your order using the tablets located in the back, right in front of the unisex restrooms. I wanted to try the split cups but none was available. I got the Matcha Tiger Fresh Milk for $5.48. We also got 2x Mango fresh milk tea ($5.38) and 1x Strawberry Rose Milk Tea ($4.88). Boba was an additional $0.60 My drink was pretty good. The boba was a little hard and there was too much ice. My family didn't enjoy their drinks at all. My kids took a few sips and ended up throwing the rest away. My husband finished his and said it was like drinking flavored milk.

So I'm from Atlanta, GA where there is a plethora of boba shops. This spot from the outside was filled with plants and had a cute aesthetic. Me and my friend arrived before they opened, but we had no idea what their operating hours were since we weren't from the area. They didn't open until 2pm, so we had a bit of time to kill. I'm not going to lie, but when 2pm was creeping up, there was already a line at the door! Like where did everyone pop up from lol. When we got in, there was a kiosk that you can order from, or you can order at the counter. I ordered an Earl Grey Milk Tea before my friend got to order hers. When we were waiting to pick our drinks up, my friend already had gotten her order before mine. I had a feeling they were low on the Earl Grey tea. I did see them bring out a container from the fridge, so I'm assuming they don't freshly make all their teas. The drink overall was just okay, it had a subtle tea flavor. My friend also ordered macaroons. I don't think they were the freshest macaroons because the shell was kinda hard. Maybe it was a couple days old.. Other than the drinks and macaroons, the employees are nice. The sell cute planters and other stuff like hats and shirts. I would not recommend the macaroons, but check out their large menu.

The prices are pretty reasonable and he informed his favorite boba was a seasonal one, the hami melon boba tea which sounded good and will try soon! This boba tea was surprisingly not super sweet at all. It was very creamy and delicious. It had a subtle hint of brown sugar and the boba tasted like it soaked up the brown sugar flavoring. There's lots of yummy sweets in the bakery like chiffon cake, cheesecake, basque cheesecake, cream puffs, burst cake, mochi, crepe cake, french macarons, and more. It's near the Enson Market. It wasn't too loud inside and there were plenty of places to sit. I think it would be a great place for a date or to meet up with friends. My order: The matcha green tea w. coconut milk (no boba). I also tried the tiramisu mousse cake. The green tea was really tasty, the tiramisu mousse was just okay IMO. Why I left a four star review: There weren't a lot of dairy-free milk options, the price point was a tad high, and there are too many other boba tea shops in Gainesville with a better price point and flavors.

So the fact that I'm giving this place 5 stars means this place is stellar. It's not a place I would even expect to exist in a small place like Gainseville, let alone be THIS GOOD. BUT this place is THAT GOOD. The cakes were all LA tier, maybe even Taiwan/China tier, which is Saying SOMETHING!!! I travel a lot and my experience with asian stores in small towns has always been subpar. It might look authentic, etc but then the taste will disappoint and I'm reminded why the 626 in LA is known as an Asian food haven. But this store tasted straight out of the 626. I walked in looking for Asian desserts because I can only go so long existing on wypipo food tbh. I noticed there's a nice new Chinese market next door and the staff inside was all Chinese, speaking Mandarin - very encouraging. I looked at the cakes. They looked legit! Real Asian cake store level. But I still told myself to lower my expectations with the taste so I wouldn't be disappointed later. I bought four cakes and two drinks. Would have bought food too but their kitchen was closed (I came 30 mins before closing). Tbh, the drinks are just fine. I've had better, these were a tiny bit watered down - but still decent. The guava and lychee flavors we got were very prevalent and there was a fresh lime slice in mine. But the cakes!!! The cakes are 5 star. The cakes are LA worthy. TAIPEI worthy. What is this store doing in Gainseville?? I sure hope they survive. I have to come back to Gainseville often for medical events, so - I will be coming to this store EACH TIME. Please, please stay open for me. ;) The cakes are perfectly light, soft, not too sweet. (If you know Asian desserts you'll know what I'm talking about). The mochi layers inside were perfectly done, sweet, smooth, very QQ. Everything from the injeolmi flavor to taro paste to mango gelatin layers - all the flavors were there in just the right way. The textures - perfect. Lady M can't compete with the crepe cakes. The basque was cooked to PERFECTION. The mochi round cakes - like eating Taro clouds. This is not an amateur bakery, folks. This bakery know what they're doing. You have a gem here, Gainseville. I literally logged into Yelp to leave this review for them. Please do yourself a favor and try their cakes - Try them ALL. Experience the beauty of Asian desserts. I feel like every single thing here will be done perfectly. I know I'm gonna keep coming back to try more!

Before I say yes to boba tea, though, I ask the waitress for their dessert menu and they sent me to BC Boba Tea & Ice Cream. Apparently Swamp Boil doesn't serve dessert. Anyway, this cute little tea shop also sells some snacks and ice cream. Given my friend wanting some boba tea, the desire was contagious and I wanted one, too. I also figured it made more sense for the road as I had many hours until I would reach South Florida. He ordered an oolong milk tea with boba while I ordered a strawberry green tea with boba. Both were refreshing, but I think I'm happy I stuck with the strawberry green tea. Milk and long car rides aren't good companions and that's with me not being lactose intolerant. Anyhow, the service was fine, a bit cold perhaps, but it is what it is. They have a lovely mural on site and I'm generally curious if this and Swamp Boil are owned by the same person. At any rate, I would go back if in the area.

I ended up ordering creating my own poke bowl with a zucchini noodle base instead of rice. They have a great selection of different proteins to choose from including scallops, ahi tuna, salmon poke, shrimp, etc. I opted for the ahi tuna and salmon poke. The topping selection doesn't disappoint either. I decided on seaweed salad, avocado, kani salad, edamame, scallions, and bean sprouts. For my dressing/sauce, I went with the citrus ponzu. Which was a soy based sauce, a little lighter than the mayo based ones. This bowl was heavenly. The fish and seaweed was really fresh, as well as the other ingredients. The zucchini noodles were nice and had a good consistency. This bowl was just so refreshing and healthy. It had a nice balance between the proteins and various vegetables.
