They have an extensive menu, so you can definitely find a drink that best suits you. The Brown Sugar boba is a great choice paired with the little delimanjoo fish! The honey milk tea is also one of my favorite drinks but may be on the sweeter side! Customize your drink as well with the ice level, sugar level, and toppings! By far the best boba place in BR! I honestly drive an hour & 30 mins from NOLA once a week just to come here for their Thai Green Milk Tea w/ baby tapioca (if thai tea and matcha had a baby, this would be it). Am I crazy for doing that? Yeah probably. Is it worth the drive though? Oh yessss bb, you best believe. They have unique drink options that I don't see in NOLA, and so I instantly fell in love. Their interior design is minimalistic yet cute - aesthetically pleasing I might say. It's quiet so you can definitely enjoy your boba while studying here. We came in during lunch time and they were busy but greeted us right away and made our order quickly. Her Vietnamese coffee and my Taro milk tea were delicious. First time there and ordered a mangonada with tamarind straw, and strawberry banana smoothie (for the husband) and tried to order delimanjoo but was told they were all out for the day (Sunday lunch time). I was disappointed there was no delimanjoo and my tamarind straw couldn't be used as the straw end was filled with tamarind. This is by far the best Bubble Tea (specifically the Thai Milk Tea with Tapioca) I've ever had. I've had Milk Tea in multiple counties and states and this one surpasses them all. As soon as you walk in, the space itself is beautifully decorated and inviting. The menu is great too. Not many places allow you to customize drinks but the Teatery will let you pick every single ingredient to fit exactly what you want. I cannot express how much I adore this place. Really cute place! Wide variety of drink options. I went for my go-to bubble tea which is passion fruit. You can customize and choose from different types of tea as well, like green, black, and oolong. The boba were the perfect consistency and the flavor was delicious. First time we went the drinks was great! Except for the put milk in on of the 4 drinks we order. We let it go the first time. Second time I went here I order the Thai green tea and mango green tea with rainbow jelly. Not only that they mess up the mango green by putting milk in it ! The guy that remade the drink seem to have a problem about remaking drink so he fill the cup with nothing with ice. FYI I didn't pay for a bunch of ice in our drink and milk when I didn't ask for it. We won't be coming back here because of the lack of consistency and the way the guys who made the drink gave us an attitude when remaking our drink. If you going to open up a tea shop you have to have good listen and order skills. Overall Teatery is a decent boba shop compared to the rest of the boba places in Baton Rouge. They have a great selection of alternatives and options. The taste is a bit watered down but the tapioca itself is the perfect amount of chewiness. We heard good things about this place, so we wanted to give it a try. A few things were new for us - for example, the sweetness level and ice level. I thought that was really cool that these options were given, most places don't offer that. My drink in particular was the watermelon slush with boba and jelly. Although the flavor was good, the texture of the slush was just not there for me. It melted almost immediately, leaving it more so like a regular drink. Maybe I'll shoot for a colder ice level? The Vietnamese coffee was really good, so if I came back, I'd play it safe and get something I know I'd enjoy thoroughly. The shop itself was very nice, the decor was modern and appealing to the eyes. The prices are decent. We had a large drink order so they accommodated us by taking our order via phone for us to come by and pick it up with no wait. We appreciated that very much and the staff was friendly. I visited the shop for the first time on Monday, I perused the menu, decided on a fruit tea. Asked the associate at the counter about the flavors, confirmed that my choice was not caffeinated and ordered. I chose a Hawaii Fruit tea with Aiyu (?) jelly, regular sweetness. When my drink arrived, I realized that one of the ingredients in the tea was jasmine green tea. 1. I strongly dislike jasmine tea, and if I had known it was an ingredient, I would have chosen a different tea. 2. Green tea added to a fruit tea still means there's some caffeine in the tea - so it was misleading to have it listed as a non-caffeinated tea. 3. The associate could not tell me all of the ingredients in the drink, and there was nothing written in the store to assist her in answering my questions. Also, while they shook the tea with ice after sweetening it, by the time I took a couple of sips, my drink was room temp, not cold at all. At this time, I don't know if I'll return. read more

If you like sweeter drinks, try the Vietnamese Iced Coffee with boba. For fruity drinks, you can't beat the Pina Colada with popping boba. I got the Okinawa milk tea, which was a step up from your regular basic milk tea. Their boba is VERY soft and chewy, like stick to your teeth chewy. For their fruit tea drinks, the tea has a pretty strong flavor so if you don't drink regular tea, it's not for you. I also really wanted to try their delimanjoo, but they weren't gonna make any until the next hour. The shop was cute and small. Overall, I would visit again and definitely would try the delimanjoo. read more

Came back here to try others flavors now that I am in town. Bought myself a ParTea which was awesome with 3 toppings and a Wintermelon Passion Fruit Tea with tapioca to bring back for my sister.
