The owner walked up to me and really wanted to impress and have me order their 'best sellers' and I did! But I didn't think this place was as good as some other boba around because of a few reasons - Their Bobas are generally sweeter by the kind of options they had. The quality here is great. Definitely worth a try. The service was really good. The two young men working the front asked us if we needed any help with the touch screen pos syst AND they brought our drink to our table. We two drinks and popcorn chicken. Brand new boba shop in the area and their menu has so many options that you don't find at other boba spots! Their prices are a bit higher but I feel like the taste & quality makes up for that. I got the strawberry fresh milk and it had fresh little chunks of strawberry which made it taste even better! Obviously the time that we visit the store, get the phone number for person we need to talk to, committed on the phone same day doesn't count to you. 2) if my in-law and wife agreed on limited selection that day, the conversation of size and price change between my wife and Connie which I posted wouldn't happened, right ? 3) Wrong, you change your mind. You want to switch from 50% off for all drinks to either A) 35% off and smaller cups B) 50% off for limited 4 or 5 selection 4) Again wrong, this happend mostly because they number of person we were given (Connie) doesn't handle actually business operations, so she have to consult with Ken & Lisa whom are handling the store. That caused you folks changing things back and forth. Most importantly, 50% off is what we were OFFERED as we agreed on party tray purchases for certain amount. So you don't make profit on the food tray ? Its because we know our event going to occupied your business for a few hours, we agreed on food terms that you would like us to buy, and didn't negotiate any price and size for those. Because we know business needs to make money too ! 5) we didn't insisted, again from the text history that I posted. My wife is questioning why your business decision jumping back and forth. Then all in a sudden she was told that the other owners does agree on the event ? 6) Timeline is we confirmed the event prior to deposit. You can of course argue with time of deposit too. We agreed on ALL food purchase requirement didn't we ? And now it became not feasible to your business because what you to uphold your offer ? Judging by how you respomd to my review. No, You didn't try to work with us at all. And no, it's not whatever extra $50 and gift card that you guys trying to offer matters too. Honestly it's okay as a boba place, but please don't be fooled by their decorations. Its not going to be the place for you to hold any event. I made a mistake by assuming that it's going to be a good revenue for my son's birthday party and happened to talk to the owner. Made deposit and confirmed the date and time. They said there's minimum requitement for food order which is understandable because afterall we are going to occupied their businesses for a certain period of time, which is totally understandable and we complied. We needed up commiting more than requirement and made deposit. While happily planning for the event and invited over 40 guest, they told us that it's better to limit drink selection to 5 which seems a bit off because, we are willing to pay for whatever our guests are going to order. At that point we declined because we want our honorable guest to enjoy the selection. Then all in a sudden the so called one of the owners that we have been talking to say they cannot do it, saying they are going to refund our deposit. That's like a week prior to the event and we have all RSVP for the place. Sometimes it's not soley about the monentary, it's the commitment and trustworthiness as businesses owners. Got 2 oolong lattes with osmanthus jelly-- really refreshing! We like our drinks less sweet, so ordered with 0% sugar knowing the jelly would provide some sweetness. Service was great as well. After we ordered, we got our drinks brought to our table! The staff were also super patient when answering our questions about their drinks. Atmosphere is clean, and chairs are comfy. Teavoli Boba is one of the newer boba spots in the area, it is clean and modern as well. Strange that I did not see it when I went to Happy Lamb the other week, since the storefront is so bright and hard to miss. This looks like a fairly new plaza across from a plaza I used to frequent from time to time, and it looks like they are slowly opening up stores. There is plenty of parking as well. They have boba, snacks, and some food options as well - I already ate before I came, so I opted for just a green milk tea with boba. After I got my drink and was sitting down to enjoy it, I noticed a lot of people ordering the popcorn chicken, so it must be popular and good - it did smell good though, maybe next time. Anyway, my milk tea was just okay - the milk to tea ratio was off and it had a weird sugary aftertaste, while the boba was kind of too chewy and soft, but they were very generous with the boba (maybe about 40% of the cup). Stopped here because I was craving popcorn chicken and Boba while waiting for my son's soccer practice to end. Nice clean spot! There's a code for 10% off if you look at the order screen. Place is physically very nice. Automated order system. Ordered green tea milk boba. Big sticker with my name on side of cup that could not be removed. Big no no. No way I want to walk around with my name on the cup. Straw not large enough to suck boba through. I came on opening day and the experience was great! The drinks were well-made (nice blend without seeming too sweet, too much ice, etc.) and were prepared very quickly. Normally at boba places, I get my drink and immediately leave, but at Teavoli the overall vibe was very friendly. We played a board game they had on the table to pass the time, and the staff was very friendly and close (someone had come to wish the manager a happy birthday). The restaurant itself is very clean, comfortable, and very upscale looking, and the manager was nice enough to check in on us while we were there. I hope to come back soon to try the food dishes.
