There are so many quality employees at Marathon Coach but if you truly want THE BEST of the BEST, for a true Marathon experience see Chris Welch the Service Director. Sept 2016: I have been a loyal Marathon Coach service department customer for 6 years now. I have been blessed to have had two prior Marathon Coach's that I have purchased via private party. We recently decided to buy a new / preowned bus from Marathon Coach sales department. The overall sales experience was a great one. There where a few things we wanted changed, a few upgrades and a few things that need fixed and repaired. Marathon Coach literally made our new /preowned bus look flawless and in brand new condition when we took delivery. They also made sure that it was in perfect mechanical condition and fully serviced as well. Since taking delivery we did experience a few small issues that Marathon immediately took care of under warranty. I would never buy a bus from anyone else other than Marathon Coach. You can definitely buy with confidence knowing Marathon Coach stands behind their bus's. They will make sure you have a true Marathon Experience. Feb 2017: Another great service experience at Marathon Coach. They continue to keep raising the bar higher than even I can believe. Whether you have a Prevost or a Class A motorhome know one does it better than Marathon Coach. Nov 2017: I have always been able to share my incredible service experiences with Marathon Coach over the years. Today I am able to share my recent experience with the Sales Department. I would like to thank Rick Mount and Steve Irvin for a incredible deal and exceptional customer service that has exceeded my highest expectations. Whether you are shopping for a new or preowned bus Rick Mount can make your dream become a reality. Feb 2018: What can I say but another great service experience at Marathon Coach. A special thanks to Chris Welch and his entire service staff for a top notch service experience. Have a Blessed Day

When we sold that coach, it was better than when we originally purchased it. The Marathon Service department made maintaining our coach easy. The coach was kept working extremely well. And they were timely. We got service when we needed service. On the road with a problem? They will overnight the parts you need. Or help find a service shop near you. The person buying our 20 year old coach got a bargain. It worked perfectly when we sold it. And it still looked like new (They do paint touch ups also.) We sold it because the new coach they offered had compelling new features. Marathon Coach fully deserves their 5 star service rating.

Between Laurie, Colin and yes Erin we are back on track and everything got worked out. Freightliner is doing the recall at light speed and doing a great job! This is the service we have always had with this facility in our past dealings. At the end of the day everyone can have a bad day but it's not the end of the world. Kudos to all and we will be singing your praise to others!

We should've known better than to go back to freightliner in Coburg. We've had bad experiences…read morethere every time and now I will make sure we don't ever go back there again. Last visit was to find out why our motorhome coach was leaning. It has a freightliner chassis. They didn't know how to measure to see if it was level or how much it wasn't level, so they called their techs. The tech told them wrong way to measure (we found out later at another shop). We were told by freightline nothing needed to be done, 4 hours labor and $500 for nothing, coach is still leaning. We called another shop, they said it only takes 30 minutes to get measurement and figure it out, and that freightliner did not measure the correct way. We took our coach there, and in 30 minutes we had the problem figured out!! Much much less bill to pay, and an answer!! By the way, while our coach was at freightliner, they wrecked 90% of the side of our coach while taking it out of their shop, hitting another parked truck. They didn't have a spotter and obviously didn't use a mirror. They admitted that this happens a lot and they'll take care of it, they always do. They had their next door body shop friends come over and they gave an incomplete estimate (we found out later it was an incomplete estimate) which was significantly less than actual repair estimate later. They then proceeded to harass us over and over to take our coach to their next door body shop friends because they give them a great discount (their words). Oregon law says we can have it fixed where we want. We told them no at least 3 separate times, we want it done at the body shop we have our coach at already (fixing a deer impact). Then they wanted a 3rd estimate, didn't do it, we know who we want to fix it. Now finally about a month later, freightliner is allowing our body shop to fix our coach, but freightliner wants us to sign a release waiver. I'm not signing a waiver. I may edit this later with additional information or pictures. I have picture of the whole side of our coach with the damage, but it has their people in the pic so I've left those pics out. I will get other pics taken.
