We recently decided to buy a new / preowned bus from Marathon Coach sales department. The overall sales experience was a great one. There where a few things we wanted changed, a few upgrades and a few things that need fixed and repaired. Marathon Coach literally made our new /preowned bus look flawless and in brand new condition when we took delivery. They also made sure that it was in perfect mechanical condition and fully serviced as well. When we sold that coach, it was better than when we originally purchased it. The Marathon Service department made maintaining our coach easy. The coach was kept working extremely well. And they were timely. We got service when we needed service. On the road with a problem? They will overnight the parts you need. Or help find a service shop near you. The person buying our 20 year old coach got a bargain. It worked perfectly when we sold it. And it still looked like new (They do paint touch ups also.) When we went to hook up the trailer we realized that we were missing the electrical hookup on our Sprinter Van. It was already 1:30pm on Saturday. I felt that I asked a lot of her considering this was a warranty issue/claim with an out of state business who also asked a lot of questions throughout the process, and she delivered. Regarding the warranty work, it was obviously an involved tedious repair and I feel it was repaired professionally and thoroughly. The warranty repair finish work was sloppy on the interior. Straightline took responsibility for this. I brought the vehicle back in and they corrected all issues. In addition to warranty work, I had elective paint work done and the craftsmanship was phenomenal. The color match to the factory color is beautiful. The paint warranty is superior. I am definitely satisfied with the ultimate outcome of this experience and would give them my business again.

They refused to refund our deposit and told us they had a program for us to borrow the down payment. The manager, Matt More played games with us saying he would see what he could do. But when we insisted on him to tell us yes or no to the refund, he said 'no' . This was a very upsetting experience and our dreams of getting an RV will never happen now. We couldn't afford to lose $1000, but we thankful that we didn't owe anything else. We were not given a copy of our paperwork, contract or anything else. All we had was the debit receipt for our deposit. They are sneakie con artists. Buyers beware!!!
