I couldn't print and I couldn't save anything. Great. I called my friend and he said my C drive was full. How was that possible? I don't store videos and I don't game, I called another friend and he said something was using up all my C drive but he didn't know how to diagnose it. What to do? Take it in someplace? Call the Geek Squad and wait for days for an appointment? Then I remembered Derrick. Years ago, when I was a transcriptionist, our service used him because he was fast, accurate and could even work remotely. With transcription, everything was stat and there was no time for breakdowns. Well, I looked him up under his company name, Unbreakable Solutions, and was pleased to see he was still in business.
