Bunch of lazy mf's just there to collect a check, because there's no possibility you're there to ACTUALLY fix phones. I get in a horrible motorcycle accident, wife decides to get my phone fixed. (Not knowing I had a protection plan with AT&T) I see the bill of $258, assuming it's because it's a newer phone and there's things to work around, nope. Mf's didn't even bother messing with my front camera, then have the decency to put on the invoice that if it's not working it's not their fault and I'll have to pay for THAT to get fixed as well. They plug the phone in and it will show you on their software what's operating and what's not, it was a choice to not repair that too and still slap a shotty screen on there from temu. Screen repair was garbage, I see light on the top left side seeping behind the screen, got purple dots all over my screen, but these are subject to defects after the shotty repair? Unacceptable. I also have issues with my brightness where its showing I have it on maximum but it's the lowest brightness available. It'll occasionally flash the brightest setting randomly, then immediately shoots back to lowest setting. Y'all are lucky $200 really isn't anything to me and I can get this taken care of by AT&T, but the principle of this is completely screwed. You wanna take advantage of a woman and tell her that's just how it's gonna be? Wouldn't have gone that way with me and I'll leave it at that. Don't waste your time handing these stooches your phone, just pay the extra $5-10 a month to your provider to have it covered. Run places like these out of business, they don't deserve any read more

My phone got a virus so I took it to the ATT store next to Academy in Mansfield and he sent us to this fix it place. The technician there continued to tell me that there was no way to get rid of this virus and said 'Mam I don't have time'. So we left there and went to TECH it on Debbie lane and met Milton. He told us yes he could fix it so within about 30 minutes he had the virus gone. He also told me if I could come back the next morning he would reconnect my fitbit with my phone. I did just that and he re- connected it at no charge. Wish we had gone to him first. I recommend this place very highly that's why I get it 5 stars! read more

Spent 300 on a new screen and battery in my iPhone 15 pro and it's trash the screen is popped out and the battery dies fast and charges slow and my screen is starting to get some black cracked looking lines on it from the inside I've tried going back and telling them but they won't do anything about any of it I don't recommend coming here read more

I went in and my phone wouldn't charge because the charging port was dirty and I told him to clean it and he did but it took him 45 minutes and he said that it's not charging and he said the charging port needs to be replaced for $130 and I said that's not the problem he tried to rip me off, but he charged me 45$ just to clean. They just want your money read more

I wish I could give this place a zero but it isn't an option. They charged me $190 to fix a cracked screen on an apple watch that was 2 days old. My wife dropped it on the ground from about 2 feet after wearing it for an hour after purchasing it. The guy at "tech it" said he could fix it for $190(I wasn't there or I would have said not to do it). When she picked up the watch, it was at 5% battery, she put it on the nightstand to charge at home, woke up the next day and it still was dead. Took it back to Tech it, he said he would call us with a resolution, and he did. However, the resolution was that I was out $190 because somehow, lotion(which is thicker than water) made it through the screen and inside the watch face, even though my wife didn't even wear the watch. He even said that the water gasket around the watch was still in-tact, so how he hell could the lotion have gotten inside it before he opened it?! I have never been so angry at a business in my life. To take a product behind a closed area that customers can't see, and then tell them that it is the customers fault. I am on a mission to make sure no one else ever uses this place! read more

I have never provided a negative review for a service in my history. But, I have now received the worst service of my life and I believe that the people looking at reviews and should understand that. When I took first took my watch in they said it would be ready in a day or so they have parts on stock. About a week and a half later I finally got my watch back repaired. I thought! My wife put the watch on for about an hour and the face fell off in the car. As it turns out the watch face was an aftermarket product that apparently they disclosed in the fine print of their webpage, but not at the store. They did charge the exact same price as Apple would have with an OEM part. I then requested you have the Apple Watch 4 repaired that afternoon. They informed me that I will be put back in the queue for the watch repair. In the end they refused to repair the watch and left me with a baggie full of parts. They did refund the original repair cost. read more
