The communication was poor, the customer service was unacceptable, and I left feeling completely taken advantage of. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate Orange County consumer protection agencies regarding my experience. The replacement only took 1 hour, but he wanted to keep the tablet another few hours to make sure the glue stayed on well, which is fine by me!
