We left the VCR-s, called in about 2 weeks and he fixed them, he was testing them to make sure! After a few days we picked them up, he checked them for us, and he gives you a 3 months warranty which is great. If you're in a rush, this might not work out since Mark is busy, but if you're patient, he will get it fixed in a few weeks. It's not cheap, but he gets high quality parts and it makes sense for the repair to last. If you have an old piece of equipment that needs to be fixed, Mark is the guy. Hurry in before he retires! I'm trying to remember oh what happened but basically when I got there all of a sudden out of nowhere, the screen magically started working or as before, if you would touch it, nothing would happen.
