And all the while, I saw and heard them attentively listening to and offering real, practical advice to each customer that came in; not trying to upsell or pressure people into work they didn't need done. I went in first thing in the morning on Sunday morning, and although they were a little behind on calling me back, they made up for it with the most exceptional service. Out the door spent $150 total to replace my charging port which was very fair and a turnaround time of same day before they closed. Not only did they fix my issue, but they also cleaned out my camera and so now my pictures can take clear photos of my ugly mug that I will be able to use AI to Photoshop now that I have my phone back! I came in…read morelooking to upgrade the PC i already had with some brand new parts i bought, and instead of slapping everything in there (which i now know wouldn't have worked), and charging me anyway, he gave me the honest truth which was that my computer [14 years old with DDR3 memory] was not only incompatible with the parts i brought, but wasn't worth upgrading/wasting nicer parts on it at all, and I was simply better off buying a new setup entirely. Appreciative, but pretty bummed out, I took everything home and he was nice enough not to charge me for his time. I had somebody drop it off for me as I was out of town and was told there was a $60 inspection although they were told what the issue was. This brought the total to $160. On top of this they put a sticker that was difficult to remove and left residue and didn't give me back my cords and not original sony power cords.
