Bought a phone over 2 months ago and it has been failing little by little. The camera went out, I can't hear people when the call me so I have to answer and talk to them by speaker only. I can't ever lower my volume and my head set piece doesn't work. Talked to the guy who "was going to repair my phone" said to be there early when they open and when I show up he's not there. Issue was a tablet that would take too long to charge. Took it here and when picked up it only worked for about two weeks. Do yourself a favor and don't take anything for repair here. Charges for service depends on who you talk to. Time frame for repair is way longer than quoted, warranty for repair is only 30 days, be sure to ask for repaired parts if possible as the "repair guy" may say he replaced the part knowing well he has not done so. Once the issue gets worse they will try to blame it on something completely different. Luckily found another place that actually fixed my tablet. Wish I could give negative stars. read more

I absolutely love this place! I wandered into iMobile Cellutions to replace the defective screen on my iPhone 5s, Celeste Quintero was SO friendly! She not only repaired my phone, but she actually explained the problem to me (my screen detached from my phone due to a swollen, defective battery) I didn't feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable as I typically do as tech places where (in my experience) they "know it all", she was very straight forward, honest, and helped me stick to my budget. She was quick with the screen replacement (15 mins vs 1-3 hrs at other places) and had amazing customer service. I took a handful of business cards so I can refer iMobile Cellutions to all my friends & family, I'll definitely be coming here for all my tech needs going forward! GO TO THE TECHGUYS ACROSS AT HARDEN RANCH I went in to replace my screen on my iPhone 5s, they said 20 minutes and that it was cash only so I had to pay $5 in fees to withdrawal at the atm in the mall . Came back phone was done everything seemed ok so I was on my way. I restarted my phone after I left and noticed bleeding white light at the bottom of the black Apple screen. Went back. The guy says that's normal. Ya right I've never seen that before on any phone. He opened it up played around with it and said the problem was the frame was bent and missing a screw. He could replace it for $20. Negotiated $10 but then the screen stopped working so he had to replace it. Sat there for half hour before he got it back on. The next day the screen was popping out on the top. Went back he said that's normal. Wtf?! Then he said no it was the frame issue again. I asked him to change it for the $10 we settled on the day before. He wouldn't honor it do I left with phone in the same condition. $90 well spent. Bottom line spend the extra money and go have it replaced at Apple if you want to save a buck go to Techguys While I was there 2 other people came in with problems from their repairs and the guy would just say it was normal. read more

I have to say just terrible customer service. I brought in a Kindle with a cracked screen and asked about getting it fixed. The guy said he had to order it from a vendor and that it would take a week about to get here or I could pay 20 more to get it quicker like the next day supposedly, so I decline because it was costing 68 to repair it already on a 200 item, but pay the 30 dollar deposit to order the replacement glass. So he orders it and takes my name and cell phone number and tells me that he would call me the next week. So I wait, that week came and went, no call no text, on to the next week. So I wait the next week figuring it just didn't arrive yet, and still no word from the guy about the part. So I go in almost 3 weeks after and walk in to the store, ask the guy what's been going on if he got the part? He tells me that he's been on vacation and barely just got back. So he checks the computer and says it arrived on the 23rd. This day was currently the 28th. And he asks me after he told me the part came on the 23rd, he asks, "That was yesterday right?" I was like no it was like last week....... so he tells me to bring the Kindle by tomorrow, the 29th, as he will have located the box by then. So I came back and drop off the Kindle and he says ok it should be done in like an hour to an hour and a half. I come back 2 hours later, and HE'S GONE AND THE KINDLE WASN'T EVEN WORKED ON YET. Please read the previous comments before coming here. They are all true they are so unprofessional. I took my broken screen in to get fixed and the girl says it's going to be like 15 min we give her about an hour and then she says oh I broke the only screen we had for you phone it's just a crack but my boss said we can install it for cheaper $25. It was a small crack so we said ok. Then we come home charge it and the screen isn't put in all the way it's sticking out so we take it back the next day and she says oh yea it because the battery was really swollen you would have to get a new battery now this started to sound like the rest of tho reviews. So I ask her to change it then she finishes and said I accidentally broke one of the connectors of you bring it back tomorrow I'll fix it for free??? I was already upset so I said ok what time do you open tomorrow and she says 10. So here we go again a third day to the same place we walk in sit around for like 20 mins and it's open there's music playing but NO one is there. Very frustrating we just left didn't want to risk something else being broken! read more

Horrible service and bad experience. To begin, I went in for an iPad screen repair, in which case they had to order it and it would come in in about 2 days, I go back and the screen is apparently not there, but left the iPad as they were expecting it the next day and the owner wanted to work on it in the mean time. Go back the following day, iPad is still as I left it no work was done and the screen apparently did not arrive. Go back yet again and left my iPad overnight for repair. Suggested pick up time was after 1p and so I went after work at 6:30 and the iPad was still not ready until about an hour later from my arrival time......oh but it doesn't end there! after the repair I noticed my wifi wasn't getting much signal if any and my screen was beginning to come-off. Being that they had just replaced it I immediately go and tell them the situation. They were okay to fix the problem and again left it overnight to pick up next day. I arrive and nothing had been done to my iPad. I had to take it back another day until they go the wifi part (may I add the wifi was working just fine when my screen was cracked and it wasn't until the repair that it wasn't working) So the iPad was taken to get fixed and they suggested I picked up the following day by 3. Again arrive at 6:30 and surprise surprise my iPad was not ready. Waited for about an hour, pretty upset by this point and once it was ready he gave it to me in bubble wrap and taped because it needed to set for another hour so it was unusable until then. Once I get home wait two hours to my surprise when I take it out of the bubble wrap I find a cracked screen. So RIDICULES! Worse experience ever such a waste of my time going back and forth and I am beyond baffled by their in-honest business practices! read more

I do not recommend going here. I dropped off an ipod to be fixed yesterday 7/29 and was told it would be done the next day 7/30. I went by around 2 p.m. the lady at the desk had her ear phones on and appeared to just be playing on her phone, it took her some time to acknowledge me, and when she did she said their parts had not been delivered yet, and to come back around 6:30. I had some things to do, so I returned around 8. We walked in, and the lady didn't say a word, and ran out of the store. She came back and asked if she could help us, and then left again chasing who I assume was her daughter who was outside the store. A few minutes later she returns and tells me the part didn't come in. There was no apology, no mention on if they had it coming, or were going to order it, nothing. She handed me the ipod, and that was that. Guess they didn't want my business. She was not very professional. The store was a disaster, there was food and trash everywhere. read more
