So imagine my dismay when my SSD crashed. I lugged my 27in iMac over to Apple, only to find out they couldn't do the repairs and referred my to MC Services. I emailed the company Saturday night (after hours) and got a quick response back Sunday morning (when they are closed) from owner Duane. He said to just bring the computer on by (even though they are closed on Sunday) and he would take a look. He wasn't able to remedy the situation immediately Sunday, but had a tech take a look Monday morning. I got a call from Gabe the tech and he confirmed it was my SSD. He explained all of his findings clearly, was patient with my questions and then he ordered the recommended SSD replacement for the computer. He installed the next day and I got my computer back by mid-week. Why I love this place is they were friendly, honest and quick. Thanks for getting me back up and running!! It actually is just as bad if bot worse. They made admin logins (which I don't want or need), and all of the issues we wanted fixed were not taken care of. Our contact was Alex, and his solution was to schedule another day and have ME pay for it. No thanks. I called the president. After several days he left me a voicemail but never followd up after that. Nothing was explained very well. I have no confidence in them helping us anyway. Very disappointed.
