Took my Galaxy Note 4 for a glass replacement (digitizer was fine so it was only the glass that needed to be replaced) which came out to about $92. Solid deal. I've replaced the glass on my phones before and the part itself can be around $15-20. The theoretical $70 in labor to have someone else do it in an hour or so is worth it. Only reason why this isn't 5 stars: (1) Obviously, I have no phone and my office phone is seldom near me. I gave my e-mail address so they could notify me when it was ready. No e-mail. I had to call to find out it was ready. (2) When I got my phone back, the wallpaper was changed. Not a big deal but I did have to ask myself why they would even do it. Seems odd. If you need your screen repaired, I'd give them a try. I'm sure they'd get 5 stars from every customer if they were just a bit more proactive in their service and made the customer feel more comfortable with their personal information. read more

Unfortunately, I have to change my rating from five stars to one star because after only 12 days of use, my phone screen broke WHILE IN MY PURSE. Let me preface this by saying that my purse did not get dropped or anything out of the ordinary like that. I was just doing normal, everyday shopping and when I reached in and pulled out my phone, lo and behold, the screen was busted. Maybe it got knocked into my keys, maybe my purse bumped the side of the grocery cart, I don't know, but I consider having my phone stashed inside my purse a safe place to keep it. I don't know, though, that's just me. Well, I went back to the store assuming that since their warranty is "against normal wear and tear," I would be able to get it replaced with no charge. BUT NO, that was not the case. First, when I asked if they use OEM (Apple) products I was told yes, but further questions revealed that the screen is an aftermarket product. I'm not against aftermarket products, but there is a wide range of quality in aftermarket products and uDropiFix apparently uses low quality glass screens as their replacements. Second, when I asked if they would replace it under the 30 day warranty, I was basically accused of lying and told that, no, it wasn't covered and they wouldn't replace it. So, I am left with a broken screen, AGAIN, for who knows how long and out $80 to boot. Awesome. Moral of the story: don't break your original glass screen. BUT if you do, and you go to uDropiFix to get it replaced, make sure you get an industrial strength screen protector because the glass they will replace it with is inferior and if it breaks even with "normal wear and tear" they WILL NOT HONOR the 30 day warranty. Never, ever again. Not only was the repair, and the attempted re-repair, awful, but the service was poor. The repair simply performs horribly. I had the screen replaced on my Galaxy S5, and found that after, it barely worked. sometimes random characters would show up, and then I could not do anything that involved pressing or dragging. I went back for a re-do, and they replaced my screen again. Now the problems happen less, but still the same issues. I have to press down on my screen really hard to make contact. On top of it, the "glass" does not appear to be the same quality of the original. When I press it I can see what looks like polarization. The service was MISERABLE. When I called about the first failed repair, I was told I could come in at any time the technician was available, however, I would not be prioritized and would have to wait behind all the other repairs. When I came in, I happened to not have my receipt. The clerk told me I would have to go get it. I reminded her that she had recorded my repair in a book, and asked if she could locate it that way. She did, but only after very curtly replying, "I guess so." I'd expect her to know her own shop better. On top of it all, the agent I spoke to on the phone told me this i not an authorized repair shop for my carrier. Hence, I probably voided my warranty with the repair. I would have been better paying $40 more to pay my deductible and get a refurbished phone. read more

Went here today to fix my iPhone 7. My screen was cracked badly and the glass started to chip away. I walked in and they had it fixed in 30 minutes. Came out with a good phone and a new case as well. Would definitely recommend these guys for fixing cracked phone screens. read more

Only took 30-45 minutes to fix my I phone 7 screen plus the waterproof rim and I have a 90 warranty for $90. If I sent it to Apple I would have to wait about a week for them to fix it and send it back or go pick it up. The guy was nice and it was a friendly environment too. read more

I went here today with my Galaxy Note 3. I had dropped it and cracked the glass. Others would only replace the glass and OLED screen as a unit for around $250. Udropifix got the glass separated and charged me half of that. He even said if I have any issues with dust in the future to just bring it in again. Awesome service, quick (2 hours with someone in front of me), and good follow up. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do it was well worth the drive across town - even during SXSW traffic. read more

Don't go here if you expect a professional treatment. I took my Samsung S5 in because the charge port had stopped working completely. Nothing was wrong with the battery or my screen. My phone was (besides that) 3 years old and in perfect condition. When I got it back it wasn't charged. They had peeled the paint off from the top of the screen while removing the LCD. I took it home, plugged it in and turned it on to make sure everything was in working order. HAHA what a joke. The SIM card was missing. Frustrated that they hadn't put it back in on top of my ruined screen (which I wasn't offered any kind of condolences or discount for) I drove back and asked for my SIM card. The girl there called the person who did the repair (They don't do repairs in-house.) and instead of saying he would be right over with it. I was immediately told to just go to ATT and get a replacement. This seemed an extremely sudden decision to be making- and also an incredibly unprofessional thing to demand from your customer. It made me suspicious that they had done something with/lost my card and knew it so they were making desperate grabs for excuses. So I said no, this isn't negotiable. I want MY SIM card back. They said to come back tomorrow after 9.. SO I go in today at noon during my lunch break at work and the news now is he "doesn't remember removing a SIM card" Which is really cute because I was using my dying phones map to even get to the repair shop in the first place. Something I COULDN'T DO WITHOUT A SIM CARD. I had also texted a friend, again. kinda need a SIM to do all of these things. So this person is without a doubt lying. In order to repair my phone, the SIM was taken out. I don't care that they don't remember it. It happened. Period. So stop giving me a three-day runaround and give me my property back. TL;DR Don't come here expecting good service. This whole experience has felt extremely scammy from the start. Find literally anywhere else to get your phone fixed and good luck. read more
