So of course i bought one of each. They also sale graphic tees, shoes, etc.. The employee who rung me up, unfortunately i didn't get her name, was very pleasant. Actually all employees were pleasant. My only issue is they waited too long when the line got long at the register for someone else to assist while four other employees could have helped. Also I had 12 items, struggling holding them while waiting in line, no one asked me for assistance nor did they have shopping bags for customers to use. Another positive point is they give military discounts on non sale items.

The most upsetting thing about being followed around the store offering a bogo deal is that when I needed help the lady avoided me like the The plague. She specifically crossed to a different isle & Wouldnt look up which made me have to yell to get her attention. I have shopped at other off-Broadway shoes and I'm not treated like this by the people who work there. I don't like being racially profile. I understand that I'm a black woman and my mom is a black woman and my mom's friend is a black woman and we have two black daughters but that does not mean we're going to run inside your store and steal everything. It's almost pathetic the way that I've been treated at this place multiple times. At least this time I was greeted at the door. These employees are either taught to racially profile or they choose to . We were the only people being followed the whole time & the only black family in there . You will need to use street parking or a public parking lot such as I did. It's really not bad at all to park away from the location and get out for a nice walk to the store. You will pass other stores and businesses that perhaps catch your eye for shopping. After finishing up at Patagonia I went to Denver Market for an ice cold beverage. The store lay-out for Patagonia isn't bad. It's clean and organized. Staff aren't so helpful. There were two staff members at the front register. Why one of them couldn't be on the main floor helping customers is a mystery. When going to check out at the register one of them pretty much ignored me then caught herself moments later. Management: please improve customer relations. Don't make interactions so transactional. I walked away with what I wanted but probably should have just used another retailer or distributor to get it. I'm in no hurry to return to this location.

It was delivered by UPS to some guy named Flakes in a location called Dock. No dock at my Denver home and nobody named Flakes. After calls to UPS, USPS and Crew, turns out that my package was delivered to the post office dock. Nobody was very helpful at any of these locations. Turns out that J Crew, to save money, uses UPS to get packages to the area, then leaves it all for USPS to deliver. Strikes me as a really stupid process that adds days to the process. My stuff is in Denver but I can't get it until the post office delivers it. Should be a couple of days before it arrives. Stupid, stupid, stupid adding an extra step to the process. Just adding that I got another email just now saying that the package had been delivered. Still waiting for it
