They could not repair it and they were concerned about his safety. I asked if they knew any resources that could help him get an affordable new walker, the incredibly kind and caring woman went in the back and found a used walker that was in way better shape and gifted it to my vulnerable friend. It brought me to tears and has made a world of difference for my neighbor. He lives alone and is in his 80s. This place is employed by the most caring knowledgeable, helpful woman who restored dignity to my friend. Thank you.

Staff imposing solutions that are convenient for the company rather than the patient. Not clear that presumed experts are in fact competent. We are very appreciative of Kevin and team, we purchased a used wheelchair lift. Other companies…read morewould not help us move I and install it for a reasonable price. I contacted Kevin and he said yes of course. They relocated it to our house, then we had to get a plug in installed. They moved the lift, built the platform for the less than other companies quoted just to move it. Then about three weeks later they were finally able to install it. They had to build a platform, which is very nice. I am completely impressed and will recommend, Kevin, Jason, Logan and Jason.
