Had an appointment scheduled yesterday for no one to answer the phone or open the door or bother to unlock the door. After waiting over 45 minutes for someone to open the door or pick up the phone my family and I gathered ourselves and left. The audacity to call me and ask me why we didn't show up to our appointment and ask me to reschedule when we showed up early, waited, called over 3x. Visibly seen a young chola that works there walk past us and past the door not to say a word not to open the door but act simply as if we didn't exist. The audacity to ask me why we didn't show up when everyone of the working offices heard my kids playing and waiting in the hall way is just ridiculous. When checking the hours on yelp at 9am it said open to refreshing the page at 9:30 saying the office is closed. I called 3 times the day before to be ignored to confirm the appointment. I showed up and nothing happened. This dr every visit shows up 2 hours late with out fail she's late. It is unfair to any working parents time. Do not waste your time to come here. read more

Office staff is very welcoming and nice. Doctor takes too long-- we have to wait at least an hour (sometimes longer) to be seen. A few times we left without being seen because it was taking too long and we had to go back to school or work. read more

Today was our first visit. This location is clean and they have a nice little play area for the little ones while you wait. My daughter felt comfortable and safe. The Doctor conversed with my daughter and made her first time experience fun. The X-rays were explained to us and we were given some tips. They made us feel cared for. Have been bringing my two daughters here for 2 years now and has been an excellent experience. Dr Andriani is professional while adding a light touch of humor for my kids, especially when it comes to getting difficult procedures like fillings. Great bed side manner over all between dr and staff. When the Dr explains things to me she gives another age appropriate explanation to my kids and continues to explain to them step by step during the procedure. And now my children appointment seem to be minimal time as well. At our initial exam, Dr. Adriano was super nice, the office is beautiful and clean, and kept my kids entertained. The office staff was nice, so the wait didn't seem too horrible the first time. Plus, I felt like the doctor really took her time to explain and go over things. She even did a lot of teaching with my daughters. We then made an appt for fillings, where my daughter would need sedation. We were told to be there by 8 am. I even asked if the doctor would be there at 8 to administer the meds, and they said yes. No one showed up until 9, only to tell me that the doctor wouldn't get there until 10. I was so upset!! My daughter (3 years old) was so hungry and thirsty. I drove 45 minutes to get there and had to drop my other daughter off at daycare so we had been up super early! All for nothing. The lady didn't even apologize and just kept saying that we weren't the only ones. Shouldn't they do something about it then? I was really disappointed because I knew the wait would be an issue but didn't realize that they'd have me sitting there for NOTHING, when the office wasn't even open! I'm glad I didn't stay. I really loved Dr. Adriani, she was patient and thorough. Office is GREAT for kids. I have a super charged 15 month old and when I say great for kids, you can believe IT WAS GREAT FOR KIDS , and It was super clean!!! There's a separate lounge for kids with a wii and toys. The staff was very nice, super friendly and very helpful. I didn't have to wait very long, but I'd rather wait for Dr. Adriani than go somewhere else that's just my opinion. I have to say that Dr Andriani is the best dentist hands-down! She is so caring and thoughtful to all three of my kids. My oldest son who is now 18 has been seen her since he was two. The office is beautifully decorated always so clean and sanitized. There are nice video games in the waiting rooms and always a movie playing in the waiting lobby. Never come here! If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Took my son here yesterday at appointment 9:30 am, waited until 11:00 am to see Dr. for 10 minutes. The lady Dentist said to come back tomorrow at 8:00 am, fasting for sedation - treatment needed is root canal and crown for my son's that very bad pain tooth with another male Dentist. Came back the next day at 7:55 am and there were already 3 other family with kids waiting in the door. The office was closed, staff showed up at 8:15 am to open. My son got sedated, 50mins later the male dentist finnaly took him in (because he is seeing other 3-4 kids at the same time) to start the treatment. Can NOT believe what happened next! He said my son start to cry and move around. He refused to treat him. He MADE US LEAVE!! What my son sedated for?? What all the time wasting for nothing since yesterday!!! They are so in hurry for next patient. I was so upset. They are irresponsible and do not care. My son left in drowsy and pain. Worst experience with dentist ever! I'd love to give Teeth R Us all 5 stars because the Dr really does seem to be a good dentist. The problem is the wait!! Our very first visit we were scheduled for 8:00 am. They don't open until 9:00 am! And she never shows up before 10:00. You are guaranteed to wait at least 1 hour. Even if your the first appointment of the day. We've had 3 visits and each time is the same! The staff isn't any better. They are all moving at the same pace and with the same disregard for others time as the Dr. herself. Dr Andriani is the sweetest, she was kind to our son and also with Cookie Monster whom received a complete check up as well :) I understand some people complaining about the wait. But also, I know how much one can wait at the dentist, more so at a pediatric dentist, where one can't rush a frightened kid. We've been three times for check ups, yes we waited maybe 45' each time. The staff is kind and sweet with kids. Both staff and Dr work fast to make the whole experience the least traumatic possible, also while in the waiting room, I was able to see how the dr waited patiently for a little patient to calm down in between rounds of filling some teeth. They let patients choose a present from a basket before they leave. On every occasion Dr Andriani walked us out and helped our kid choose a present and give him a big hug. read more

Wait time is always 45 - 90 minute wait for ortho EVERY time. Oh and that is WITH an appointment. I have heard multiple people complain about the same issue, to deaf ears. Today someone complained that the wait time was unacceptable and ridiculous. She suggested they stop over booking or get more Dentist, orthodontist and a bigger place or book appointments for the appropriate time. They reply from the receptionist was that if they did that, we wouldn't get appointments for two months. What does that tell you. They know exactly what they are doing. They would rather have everyone wait and don't care about our time. More patients, more money for them. At our expense on both time and money. read more

My children have been seeing Dr. Adriani for the last year and I am very pleased with her and the entire staff. She is very patient with them, explaining what she is going to do in words they understand, showing them the tools she uses, letting them touch the tools, etc. She makes it a very warm, safe, caring environment. I love the fact that she is very conservative in her approach. My daughter had a front tooth capped when she was 4 at another dentist office out of state, and when she had another cavity- I was so worried that she would require another cap. Dr. Adriani was actually surprised that they did the cap in the first place and was able to fill the cavity without any shots. She then recommended filling her other teeth with deep grooves as a preventative measure. She always asks the kids about their brushing and eating habits and my kids listen to her and follow her advice and rules. They have had healthy shiny beautiful teeth ever since. The waiting areas are very kid friendly, and of course the treasure box is always filled with fun toys after the visit. My only wish is that she was their dentist from the get go. read more

I always enjoyed going there, and she still offered me toys even into my teens, which I found endearing and shows how much she cares. We stopped coming here ... she is very nice but my little one had a appt for procedure done ... We arrived on time and he took the meds that made him drowsy so they can start ... But she came 1 hour+ sometime later and started the procedure with him wide awake ... We basically paid money for him to nap in her office ... her office people didn't know what to tell me other then I am sorry she's late!!! I hope she changed!!! And know how to be on time. I am so glad I found Teeth R Us for my toddler daughters first visit. Let me tell you I was totally dreading our first visit to the dental office. Nonetheless, with a lot of story telling & positive reinforcement I made our first appointment for a dentist @ Teeth R Us. From the start the staff was friendly and approachable. Love their child friendly office -decorated with lots of animals (which my daughter loved) and they provide a tour to let you get accommodated to the the place. The Dr. Andriani and her staff (especially Norma) were very friendly - thankfully our visit went off without a hitch. I found the Dr. Andriani's very direct and frank advice about diet and teeth care very informative. I'm not afraid of a dentist who is firm with parents regarding dental care - its important & I appreciated it. On the other hand, I also appreciated that the staff (Norma!) at TrU treated my daughter with kid gloves - no one wants to hear a screaming toddler so their extra friendly attitude and patience with her was a blessing. My 4 year old daughter and 2 year old son are so comfortable not only in the office but with the staff as well. We have had three separate appointments so far, and each time the staff is kind and easy to deal with my hectic scheduling needs.
