To make a long story short, after 35 days on the market my wife and I understood that this was the worst time to sell a house (July2022) with this horrible administration and Fed that are just destroying the US economy with a special focus on destroying the Real Estate market for regular folks like us. We took the house off the market after 35 days and posted it for rent. I decided to use the photos from the for-sale listing and posted them online (FB and CL).Less than 24 hours later, I got a note on my FB listing from someone by the name Eli Quezada, EQ productions, Real Estate Photography, Drones Brentwood, CA 94513 (a person I never heard off or from to that point), here's the full unedited exchange: *****************************************************************************************************************Eli Hi Dominik, is this still available? Missing was an introduction of who she was, the purpose of the communication and generally a nice, polite and respectful. I find her communication to be an aggressive Cease and desist and unprofessional, and worst of all, damaging to the very clients who pay her: the listing agents, which should question themselves whether they should be doing business with this toxic photographer, calling on their customers making allegations and threats.

Not once was he in the way of ANYONE, and I actually forgot he was there. But the coverage that he got was amazing as was the end product. Check out their work and you'll see for yourself. I was thrilled to find a local business that might be able to revive my "dead" iPad.
